3 men stand in a circle.
One man wears a crown.
One man wears a toga.
One man wears a wig.
A crowd stands around them.
They hand the he that wears the toga eggs.
He of the toga either drops them or hands them to the man in the crown.
The crown man either hands them back or puts them in a basket.
The wig bearer listens to the crowd.
When they dont like an egg thats been put in the basket, he makes sure it's worthy and drops it if it is not.
A very specific period of time passes.
A time diffrent for each place in the circle.
one man leaves.
The crowd decieds who takes his place and coresponding item.
Thats it. go for it. biggrin

Ooh!Ooh! I think I got it.
The congress? A Republic? A democracy? I really don't know much about politics.
The people of the country give the circle people an idea, and then the circle people decide whether to do it, and the other guy can veto it. And every term, the people get re-elected.
I don't know if that made sense.
Is there a money prize?

yes! the three branches of the goverment specificly. the crown is the executive branch, since the role of presidnt is the highest office, sort of like a kings (but not like a kings realy....you get the point). the toga is the legislative branch. he wears a toga becuse the modern U.S. legislative branch is baised of the anciant roman model. and the wig is the judicail branch. it has a wig becaue old school judges wore big curly white wigs. i should have been a little more vauge. it was answerd to quickly.
