((Those of you who are not there, at the tower, I will assume they’re there. You guys just respond to the post))
“Well, it seems our guests have arrived!” Avis exclaimed with a hint of enthusiasm. The subject matter at hand did not have the same sense however. It was something more dangerous and it could be felt as the others walked into the room. Avis sat himself down finally, the anticipation obviously getting to him. All of the masters knew their predecessors would be shocked, to say the least, when they have to be put in a room with some of their enemies.
“This is going to be… fun?” Cathal commented as his eyes shifted over toward the elevator, knowing they were beginning to arrive. Renae had already made it there because he was brought by Avis. Lilith had already made arrangements to get Zeal to the tower. A matter of time is all that remained.
This sort of event, one could say, appeared like “Parent’s Day” or “Bring Your Kid to Work Day”. Each of the masters were obviously the “parents” and the predecessors were the “children”. Slowly, they one by one arrived. All had came, just as planned.
“So, who’s going to start us off?” Visola, the dark elf, asked.
“I would love to.” Solstice volunteered. “Okay. I know all of you are rather confused.” She let out a pause knowing they would confirm it somehow. “This does look like it’s a taboo but in all sense of reality, we have an alliance among each of us to maintain a balance in the world.” Her eyes shifted over towards Namir.
“Well, this has been going on for ages. You, our dear kittens, are here because you all are in quite a bit of danger. Although, we promised we would not bring ourselves or you all into the war, it seems like it cannot be helped.” The were-cat tried to explain as easily as she could.
“It seems that you all are being targeted, as well as us, to get rid of this… neutrality. You see, we are the only things keeping both good and evil from ripping each other apart as well as the world for that matter.” Tamal continued on with the explanation.
“We brought you all here to tell you of this dire situation. It seems we are going to have to… better prepare you for such tribulations that lie before you. Each of us know that you were attacked earlier this evening but we are not sure of who declared the assassination, you could say.” Jada hesitated for a moment. “I wish it never would come down to this but if we are all eliminated there will not be anyone left to control this monster, the war.”
“I don’t think that we can avoid this so… we decided that we would hand down more powers to you all after training. It will be dangerous. The thing is, you will all be trained together within this facility to make sure you are safe. The places you once hold dear no longer are. You must stay here for you own safety.” Kira, the kitsune, added.
“With that, try to get acquainted with one and another. We will be starting training soon. I know some of you may feel adverse to such things as working with your once sworn enemies but this is in order for all of us, including the world, to survive. We have already set up quarters that suit each of you.” Avis wrapped it up. “In one day, we will begin. Relax for now, get acquainted, and study up.”
((Okay, this is going to be an easy post. I want everyone to basically meet. We’ll train together and keep on pace with one and another. For this post the thing I mostly want is: you reaching the destination (the tower), your characters reaction to the ordeal, you meeting others, etc.))
