That is a very difficult question. I feel guilty answering...
Fushigi Yuugi reminds me of a Japanese version of "The Never Ending Story," so I am not sure how many creativity points to give. However, I do like the hit on many life elements involved.
Imadoki reminded me of Fushigi Yuugi, but without so much fantasy and magic from what I have read (doesn't really count, only Vol 1).
Ceres struck me as completely different than I've ever heard or seen before, so I think I will have to say Ayashi no Ceres. It was absolutely stunning and beautiful. I love Yuuhi and Mrs. Q!!! I felt so bad for Aki and Aya.. they were so close to begin with! And Toya's past completely took me by surprise. There was evolution at hand! Completely new and creative in my book!

Well technically I don't think it's fair to say "Which is best" I think it should be "Which do YOU think is best" xd But it's really hard to say, Yuu Watase is my favorite manga-ka and she has some really good ideas 3nodding I've read Fushigi Yuugi, Ayashi no Ceres, Alice 19th, and Imadoki. I wish I could get my hands on Absolute Boyfriend... anyways I'll start with Imadoki since it's the shortest.
I like that one because it was cute, and had an easy to follow plot. Plus Tanpopo and her pet fox were adorable 4laugh Alice 19th was really good as well... I really like Frey, he has a braid whee I think the best part in that was when he asked Kyo something to the effect if he was in love with him "Is it my braid?!" rofl Then comes Fushigi Yuugi, I haven't read it all but so far it seems really sad but I love Tamahome and Hotohori 3nodding I think Ceres is my favorite though if I had to choose... I haven't read all the manga, I'm poor sweatdrop but my cousin loaned me the entire series of the anime which I really liked... just something about it is really catching. And Tooya is in it, do I ever love red-headed bishounen wink hehe And that is my really long opinion on the matter XD;

I would go with either Imadoki; Nowadays!-Because like +_asuka_mikamura_+ said...you can relate to the series personally. Plus I like the humor, and she has awesome art/expressions!
Or Ayashi no Ceres-because its so original.Then theres issues that everyday people deal with...like the stuff between Yuhi, Tooya, and Aya. (not the sub-personalty, Ceres)

I really like Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden. I liked Imadoki too, but I saw the anime series of Fushigi Yuugi so..I think that's why I like Genbu Kaiden best for the manga.

It's just so......different from her other works(i think ^^; )
Absolute Boyfriend is good too but I'm really diggin into Ceres ALOT more.
Never knew shoujo could have so much blood in it xD(i kinda like that)
Plus its so angtsy(gotta luv the angst)

I'd have to say Ceres because it blended so many different elememts of the past and the present. There was a nice blend of science-driven themes plus all of the personal relationship aspects.
