~Tortured you? For what purpose?~ That question was more rhetorical than anything. Nyl touched the burn marks lightly, but Fen wouldn't have been able to feel much more than small relief. Using chakra through a spirit form was difficult at best.

Fenris looked down at Nyl's hand, then closed her eyes and layed back again, it's no use trying to heal them, Nyl... they're all over my body. She coughed a bit, covering her mouth as she did, then finding she shouldn't have as she groaned softly and slowly lowered her arm.

Fenris watched Nyl disapear, leaving her there. She wasn't hurting as much... but she still didn't want to move. She stayed perfectly still, closing her eyes and trying to relax, right by the door.

-=After about an hour more of torturing, the guards changed Neko's tattered straight jacket and wrapped him in chains. He was stringer than they thought, and they had to take more precautions. They drug his halfway-unconcious, twitching body back across the bridge, and threw him into the cell. His skin was blackened, and his eyes were out of focus, and he smelled of burnt hair as he tried to look at Fen, his muscles still flexing involuntarily=-

Fenris looked to Neko weakly, then slowly sat up and walked over to him, hating herself afterwards. She then layed beside him, staring into his eyes sadly, "Neko... are you... alright...?" She asked, still in pain.

"Fine... I'm... fine..." She said, moving hair out of Neko's face. She frowned at how burnt her was, then flinched as pain shot through her arms from moving it. She stayed close to him and sighed softly, "I want to get out of here Neko... no... I want you to get out of here... I'm sorry this all happended... it's my fault..." She started crying again, unable to control herself.

"Neko...? No... save you energy..." Fenris said, not even daring to move any muscles but the ones in her eyes and jaw. "Please... I'd rather you get better... Plus... I'm afraid it is quite immpossib;e at the momment to put my hand on your forehead..." She said, pointing out the straight jacket.

Finished in Durem, Nyl left to head back to the dojo. There was a lot to do before their return.

"Mmh... I think... I saw Nyl earlier... Either I did or this pain is making my hallucinate..." She gave a slight smile, closing her eyes. At least that was it... for tonight... right?
