My entry for the Wesker Fan Club's wallpaper contest:

Wow. I totally can't remember when the last time I posted in this guild was. D8 Busy-busy...

Anyway, continuing the tradition from last year (with the Nemesis pumpkin x3), here's something I'm hoping at least some of you will find amusing:



You have no idea how long this took, especially considering that a lot of the finer details kept collapsing on me. DX I would rather have done the Nemesis one again...But I'm pleased with it, over-all.

My father (once again, kudos to him) took the official art from Umbrella Chronicles, printed and mapped it for me to trace onto the pumpkin. I don't know how he pulls it off. o_O

The photo blurred it a bit, so some of the lines look a little too thick, but whatchya gonna do?

I really surprise myself most of the time when I carve pumpkins...It takes so much patience and a steady hand to make the more intricate cuts without busting the front of the pumpkin clean in. I've developed a steady, careful hand from all the pixel art I work on, but since I the patience of a rabid squirrel on Red Bull, it's kind of amazing, in a way. XDDD

The only suggestion I can really make on carving pumpkins is to make extra especially sure that lines on your pattern that shouldn't connect when you carve them DON'T. XD I made that error with the pumpkin I carved of Alucard from Hellsing a few years ago, where I accidentally beheaded him. >.> We had to hold his head on with toothpicks. XDDDDDDD

Thankfully, Wesker suffered not such a fate.
