Wait, how is it that we're nominating for the best member of December when we're not even halfway through November yet? @_@; And how come we've already voted for November when it's not over yet? Shouldn't the member of the month for November be voted for AFTER the month is over?

nuclear banana Wait, how is it that we're nominating for the best member of December when we're not even halfway through November yet? @_@; And how come we've already voted for November when it's not over yet? Shouldn't the member of the month for November be voted for AFTER the month is over?
How do they do "employee of the month" at McDonalds or Home Depot or whatever? Would it be decided just before the beginning of the month, and then be effective for the whole month? That would suggest that the decision is based on most of the previous month. Then we'd vote near the end of this month for December...

Pfft. It is the same way I have always done it.
I dunno I figured that, we should nominate people now so that the person who reigns in December actually gets to REIGN in December. It makes sense to me. And who said this guild is suppose to make complete sense. xd

so... Ive been part of the guild since i think july/august area... anywho, i don poast and do as much stuff as i'd like to, although i liked the bumping contest lol. um... anywho... I came on cuza dark nyte and flick mage (strange callin them by code names) ne who... instyead of askin them.. i thought id ask on here and be more involved, what exacitaly is member of the month, like why do they get it and does anything happen when they do? smile -shelbz-

smile thanx... i still dont get why the whole member of the month thing. OMG i guess i should post in the sub forum.. so ill switch now, but i watched lucky number s7even last night, it was tyte... okay, switchin, thanx again and if anyone can explain memeber of the month to me a bit more thanx for that too smile
