((XD Funny, Fai sounds like me cleaning my room.))

Kurogane had just gotten to his office when he realized there was something stuck to the back of the "Beware of Dog" sign. Managing to take it off without tearing the sheet, he realized that it was the science teacher's lesson plan.

Damn it. Now he was going to have to return it.

Well, no, actually...He wasn't obligated to...

Yes he was. If he had lost his he would have wanted someone to return it. Damn.

Grumbling something about stupid blonds and absentminded professors, Kurogane left his coffee on his desk and made his way back to the science lab.

"You forgot this," he said in an annoyed voice as he opened the door. Waving the sheet of paper in the air, he added, "It's your lesson plan."

(He sounds like me cleaning my room. Except I'm more like. -pushes everything under the bed- There! All clean!)
Fai, who had been stuck trying to think of the next part of the lesson, looked up as the door opened. He grinned at Kurogane as he entered the room, and jumped to his feet when he mentioned what he was holding.
"Hyuu, Kuro-tan's so cool! Thank you." Fai said, walking to the door and taking the lesson plan from the gym teacher. "Where did you find it? I thought I might have dropped it in the halls."

"You left it on this," Kurogane replied through clenched teeth, holding up the sign Fai had placed on his door. "Which, by the way, you also forgot." He then shoved the sign harshly into the blond's hands, glaring daggers at him.

Fai blinked down at the sign and a smirk spread across his face, "Oh no, I didn't forget this." Fai said. He walked to his desk and set down his lesson plan on the newly "organized" surface. He then pulled out a roll of tape and stuck some on the back before walking over to Kurogane. "I made this for Kuro-rin!" Fai laughed before pretending to be inconspicuous and sticking the sign on the gym teacher's back.

Kurogane stared at Fai, a look of utter disbelief on his face. "Please tell me you don't think I didn't notice that," he said with a frown, tearing the sign off his back without much difficulty. Glancing down at the sign, he took a step foward and gently tossed it onto the desk. "If you're going to try and make a fool of me, at least try a little harder. I don't want to deal with half-assed stupidity."

"Hyuu." Fai said, a small smile on his face as he stepped away from Kurogane so that he could look up at him.
"That almost sounded like a challenge, Kuro-pon." Fai smirked a bit before he picked up the sign on the desk and stuck it into his pocket. "I promise that I'll try harder the next time I attempt to make a fool of you."

Kurogane couldn't help but chuckle slightly as Fai gave him a smile quite unlike the ones he usually had plastered on his face - this one was sharp, intelligent, and rather mischievous. Maybe he wasn't such an idiot after all.

"Just do me a favor," he said, his tone now amused laced with a bit of interest. "Wait until after second period. Do that, and I'll make sure they don't fall asleep in your class today as originally planned."
PostPosted: Sun Sep 24, 2006 7:55 pm

"Aw, but if I wait until after second period your students won't get to see...though that's probably your point." Fai paused for a moment, pondering this. He decided that it would be much more fun to embarress the teacher at an important meeting, and that he could always attack him during his class tomorrow...
"Fine. Besides, I can't have sleepy children in my class." Fai said, waving a hand a bit.
(I should probably be going in five minutes....four hours of sleep, and staying up late on a school night. I win stupid award of the year.)

((I was just thinking that. stare About the sleep, not the stupid award, since I've done that plenty of times. Go to bed. I still have a paper to write, but since I'm an hour behind you I don't care. =D Happy dreams!))

Kurogane eyed Fai curiously, wondering what was going on in that mind of his. For one wild moment, he thought Fai was going to decline his request; however, the next second Fai was concurring and saying something about sleepy children. Good. He needed this first day to terrify all his students.

Kurogane smirked. "Just remember this: I always have the class before you do, meaning I more or less determine how they enter your classroom. If you're going to have a test, I suggest you don't use that day to attempt to follow through with your plans unless you want everyone to keel over in exhaustion and fail."

(back to the classroom)

Chiharu nodded to Yamazaki. "Thanks!" She whispered. She turned back to Mokona who had just told them to write their names in English. Chiharu raised her hand and said"Ano.. sensei... I can't write my name in English. I've never studied English before..." She could feel the colour rising in her cheeks and even through her braided pigtails.

"Ah, but I always have the class after you, and can thusly have the children prepare to attack you the next day for me." Fai pointed out, making what he said sound more logical than it actually did. "And besides, you've given me permission to embarress you throughout the rest of the day, as long as it is not before your class. So, I think I can be at peace with that." Fai nodded his head lightly.

"I do write my name in english." Eriol said with a bit of a chuckle. It was true that his name was written in english instead of the traditional Japanese characters, considering he was from England.

Mokona looked from student to student, taking in the many words that everyone said. Kinomoto Sakura could write English. Another student that he had yet to learn the name of couldn't. And the last one's name was English? He glanced at the student and realized he didn't look of Japanese origin.

"Mokona would like students to write name on a piece of paper in English if students know how," the teacher stated and grabbed a pen from his counter of papers. "And male student...where is student from?" he added after jumping off his stool to go help Chiharu with her writing.

Tomoyo complied and pulled out a sheet of clean white paper from her bag and an old fashioned fountain pen. As she wrote her name down in neat romanji - a skill she had been required to master at the age of 10 for her position in the company - she eyed the boy with glasses with interest. She hadn't heard him speak before, but he had an interesting accent. It wasn't fully Japanese, but she couldn't quite place where she had heard it before. All she knew was that she had heard it in a business meeting somewhere.

Yamazaki couldn't help but smile gently at Chiharu. She was actually quite cute...

Kurogane eyed the blond suspiciously. What had he and his big mouth just gotten into? "Don't get too excited," he said with a frown. Still, he wasn't TOO worried. He had many students in the past try to surprise him or strip away his warrior-like exterior with a variety of tricks and pranks - some of which were actually quite brilliant - and was well-trained to watch for anything out of place. Still...this one was different. He may act the fool, but he certainly wasn't one.

"Aw, does Kuro-pon think that he can stop me?" Fai asked with a playful smirk on his face, "You know, it's not a good idea to think you can best a science teacher. If I wanted to, I could throw a pie in your face, and not even have to leave my room...though I'd never do something that childish." Fai waved his hand lightly.

"My name is Eriol Hiragizawa, by the way, and I'm from England." Eriol said as he watched the creature go and help the girl...Chiharu.

So the boy was from England? That explained why his name was English...

"If Eriol is English, then why is Eriol in an English class?" Mokona thought aloud as he reached Chiharu's desk. Without being able to reach her any other way, the teacher hopped up onto her desk, hoping that she wouldn't shriek and push him off. It would be difficult to help her any other way!
