a bird flew into the hokages window sill with a note attached to it and dropped it on his desk and flew off the note read "im sorry to say that i used the full sized phoenix again but i am being treated by the kindness of the hidden waterfall village"

"hmm" picks up the note and reads it "....." sighs and goes over to his hawk and attaches a new note too it and sends it in the direction to there allies in the north the hidden water fall

A wind blew into the Hokages office, manefesting as the Mizukage. The Hokage was not here apperantly so he decided to wait for him. Sitting down in the Hokages chair he kicked his feet up and set them on his desk. He stared at the door intensely waiting for him to arrive.

The Mizukage stood up from the chair and walked to the other side of the desk and turned looking at him. "Hello Hokage-sama. It is a pleasure to finally meet you in person."

"I was just going to ask you if the Chuunin exams were being held here again this year?" He knew that the Hokage didn't like him, their villages and countries not being allies and all.
