Looking around, she saw the large man start to go below decks, and saw that Tracey was taking care of him. The psycho wench was being attended to by Tia (at least, until she left), and the others seemed to be working diligently. Moving to Tracey, Zaldeer moved in so she could whisper something to him.
"Oi, allow me to take care of the pirates here. I'm sure I can handle them. Go check on yer lass, I'm sure she's missin' ye as well." Smiling genuinely at him, she waited for his response, clothes slowly starting to dry off; though she still shivered from time to time, grumbling about how cold she was now. Perhaps someone would have a pair of pants that she could use or something.

Luther wasnt sure if the man yelling was speaking to him. He had already been below deck, and could not understand why he would be getting called back. Just to make certain he did not make trouble, Luther turned back to the top deck and approached the man who had hailed him.
"Were you talking to me? Because my name is Luther." he said as politly as he could, noticing that what had come out carried a bit of an edge to it. So he softened and added, "Sir." Luther wasnt about to get into trouble his first day. "Are we not to go below deck at this time, sir?"
Luther stood up as straight as he could and tried to keep a straight, respectful look on his face, eyes on the man infront of him. A women appeared at his side and whispered something in his ear. Luther really wished he could go below and get his blades, incase he needed them, but didnt want to stir up trouble. This women seemed to be friendly for she gave the man infront of him a fervant grin. If they were not allowed below deck, however, possibly he could tell this lady of his perdicament and she could retrieve his swords for him.

Tracey was more then pleased to have gathered attention he had called for, responding to each person in turn, he looked to Avelop and responded, "I want to know what you know. Such as, can you recognize the pipe call for meeting on deck quickly?" He would be the one with the pipe after all, he didn't want to call people to form up and have them look at him as if he had two heads. His opinion of Avelop was changing. "The Captain is busy at the moment, once Tia is done talking with him, then Alexis wishes to speak with him next. You can talk to him after her."
Thinking about the armory, he wondered if the one they had, if they even had one but he was sure they did, would have spare weapons. To spare, "As the captain said, you'll need to get one of your own, however, you can look into the Armory to see if it has something to spare. If you do find and take something, I want to know about it." He was going to try to get an inventory of the armory and stores; the chance has not come up yet.
Watching the elf, which he still didn't know the name of, and the other lady coming to the call. He felt even more comfortable that they were the same rank, unless the two lost theirs. Waiting on them he turned to the next person to talk to him, Victora.
Tia missing him? Pulling his mind back to the task at hand, he spoke quitely to Victora, "There is much left to do, both above deck and below, stores and weapons need to be counted down there and just keeping the Captain from being bombarded. If you wish to take that responsibility, then thats fine." This was his station, now to leave it to do another important job, and just happen to see Tia while down there, then that was fine but until he told Victora what needed to be done, then he could not leave.
Now for the man that went below, glad to have a name he answered him, "Yes, Luther, I was talking to you. You are allowed below decks; however, at this time I need information from you. As well, there are places below decks that are restricted, the lowest deck to be exact. I am Tracey, by the way" No need for anyone else to get in trouble like Penelope had.

Victoria nodded in an obeying manner...until he said that Avelop could see the Captain after the female dragon-kin. That didn't sit well with her. She had already expressed intrest in seeing the Captain, and obviously this dolt was in too big of a hurry to even remember such a thing.
"Tracey, I do believe you said that after Alexis, it was fine for me to go, did you not?" she asked, English accent clipped, her tone distant, arms crossing over her chest. "And, if necessary, I will visit the lowest deck and take care of things if the Captain wishes, since he seems to be quite busy at the moment."

Tia didnt really pay attention to the room she was busy trying to get herself to remember that this was not the old captain. After all it had not been long since she had been suffering under the orders of Captain Blackheart. She tried to not let her face betray her feelings as she entered the room and took a seat where Aiden had directed her. As she sat she wondered about the glow that was on the captains cheeks after all she still hadnt taken her eyes off him to look around the room. She took the jar from from Aiden with her uncut hand and looked at it abit wondering what is was. She hadnt really seen healing paste before wounds where simply cleaned with water and sent to thier own course of cleaning which more often or not lead to death or serious scars. Tia watched the captain as he talked, her eyes and position seeming timid not at all like that she had acted amoung the crew. She was trying to not to be this way, but to her not only did Aiden's captain title demand respect from her but fear as well. "My question was rather or not the below decks were still off limits I was quickly running out of work to give out above deck." Her timidness turned to abit of a smile as he mentioned that Tracey had been promoted and she wondered whom the third was. While Tia was dissapointed that she had been teased with the title then had to wait she reminded herself that she had worked many years on Blackhearts ship without even any hint of good words towards how hard she worked. "Thank you Captain." she said with a happy grin. "I can really rest for the whole rest of the day not just a few moments? And...I really have a cabin?" Her eyes almost became child like as these thoughts crossed her mind. Never would she have such things with Blackheart the crew basicly slept in piles below deck only the truly grusom of the crew were alloud cabins. Remembering herself she snapped back to a half serious and yet half blushing from her over excitment. "Umm is there anything else you need from me captain?"

Marius approached Tracey. He wasn't sure what he should be doing, at the moment, and hoped he would have an idea of something he could be doing. He supposed that he could mop, but it seemed like the deck had just been done.
"Is there something I can do to help?" Marius asked, and then added, "sir." He wasn't sure about anyone's rank, and decided that it would be best to treat everyone with respect.

IC: Great, he got himself confused and now he was going to admit to mistakes, everyone was human but he did worry about his credibility. "You are correct, Victoria, I do apologize for misspeaking. You are correct; I did say that you could speak to the captain next after Alexis." Attempting to keep his pride he responded back to Avelop, "To finish the thought I should have done so before, the order to see the Captain is Alexis and then Victoria." There was little to cover up the damage, he would just sit and take it, knowing he would have to prove that his word could be trusted again if it was doubted, which he knew there was a good possibility.
He then remarked to Victoria quitely as to not give the impression of any disaggrement between them, "I said nothing about going to the lowest deck besides that it was not allowed. I suggested on of us check what is in storage on the other decks." At least that wasn't a mistake he made.
[edit]
Turning to the red head, he responded, "At this moment, I want to know what you know. Such as, do you know how to reconize boatswain mate's pipe calls?"

Alexis stretches her wings out, watching Tracey and the others. She was growing very bored already. Perhaps waiting for Tracey and Tia to go before her wasn't the best choice on her part, but it was one she would have to live with, however she was glad that she was next in line to talk to Aiden.
Alexis starts to flap her wings softly creating a soft breeze, standing on deck with the sun glwoing brightly in the sky was starting to make Alexis hot, however the breeze from her wings was helping a bit. She continued to look around, waiting for her chance to talk to Aiden.

Mariko all of a sudden noticed Marey and immediately swung over, twirling the mophead through the air as she went. She leaned backwards in a seemingly-impossible arch, with her chest up and back curved. ((Really, it was just a thing of training and nothing special. Even someone's grandma could pull it off, but it made for an exciting perspective on the world, but Mariko did it nevertheless.))
"Eh, so what's bought you here?" Mariko asked, leaning half on the mop and half in midair. "Not everyday there's a fine lady-lookin' lass onboard. Watch out of the men'll be over you and Cap'n'll haul you ova like jetsam for "distract manly work!"" She laughed again.

Victoria still seemed a bit disgruntled, but she nodded, starting to walk away, turning towards him as she brushed past Luther. "By the way, Tracey, I know what you said about the lowest deck, but I'm concerned. Besides that, I doubt the Captain has any spare time at the moment, so I'll ask him if he wishes me to check up on the deck."
With that, she went down to the lower deck and sought out a cabin of her own, inspecting a few before selecting one. It was at that point she began to undress, shaking her clothes to try and air dry them some. In nothing but black pants that had been ripped to disappear under her dress and a matching breast band, the woman growled, keeping both her boots and hat on, looking a bit upset.
"Stupid water for being so wet. My sword will rust at this rate!"
Sliding back into her clothes a short time later, she appeared above the deck again, looking around at all the pirates with a satisfied smile. Sure, they may look more like a ragtag, oddball group, but she was sure that they could become great.
Just like he had been...

Before Marey could respond, Mariko swept up a puddle off the ship with the mop, sloshing it all over their shoes.
She sniffed. "Arrrr, are you perhaps a Deckhand? Well Ah don't envy you ya job...." She grinned and leaned on the mop. "I'm a gunner," she added. "Been loadin' damn firearms since Ah was ten," she added and looked away, still grinning.
"So what bought you here to this godforsaken job?" she asked. "Ah bin lookin' fer adventure, but the most Ah got was a bunch of cannons. Not much of the knightly stuff if ya ask meh. But then again, I've just come on this ship!"
Mariko's eternal cheer forced her to rattle out the story of her previous ships. "Fives ships Ah bin. Ah got knuckled off the last one for eatin' tah Cap'n's Parrot," Mariko declared.

"Yes, sir," he responded. "The captain of my last ship made sure we knew all of the pipe calls before we were taken on as crew."
He had fond memories of the eccentric captain of the Sapphire Rose, although, now that he was thinking about him, he didn't seem to be half as eccentric as the captain he was now sailing under. Never the less, he had the greatest of repects for both captains, even if he did find them a bit odd now and then.
"Is there anything else you'd like to know?"

Tracey was glad for it, teaching them commands would not be hard but he hoped not to have to. Nodding his head, clearly pleased with the answer he was given, he responded back, "Very good, now I need to know your name and specialty." Not only did he not want to go calling people 'hey you' or 'you with the red hair'. Also, there were better uses for a rigger then cleaning cannons. Likewise, jobs needed to go and stay with those that know them well.

Luther listened to Tracey introduce himself, but was unsure what he really wanted. "What do you mean information? Such as?" asked Luther as politly as possible. "I really dont have much to tell." He stood there uneasily as the many people around them talked in turn. It seemed that this was a man who's attention was called upon often. "But as long as it is alright to go below deck, all but the lowest," he added wondering why, "then might I return to my room and retrieve my swords? I fell... uncomfortable without them." He ended with a respectful bow a clear look of determination on his face nontheless. Luther waited on fish hooks for an answer, hoping to postpone the questioning as long as possible, hoping that at least with his swords he could show off his skills if not answer to Tracey's liking.

Turning to Luther, he asks the same questions, "I want to know if you know the pipe commands," Those were not the only commands, but normaly if those were known then the others were as well. "Also, what is your specialty." Granted he talked of wanting his swords.
The nut job with the the mop, he wouldn't let her hold a tooth pick, this man he was unsure how safe he was with them, "What is your skill with the sword?" Wanting to make sure this guy was capable, he had to ask the question
