[Melfel's spot:

You notice on the vial itself a symbol that you've seen while passing by the Vasharan's own hospital area. It also has a message in what seems to be a very demonic language that you can't understand, but assuming the symbol is the exact same as the one at the Vasharan's Hospital, you can possibly assume that the vials contain some sort of medicine.]

"Well?" I ask Melfel, eyeing the beast out of the corner of my eye. "Do you know anything?" I ask calmly.

Kern takes a moment to make sure he is not the first thing the beast sees whenever it decides to notice his comrades. (no real actions to make, so I'll just make sure Im not this big guy's first target >_>)

""It seems to me that these vials contain some sort of medicine, considering I have seen this sort of thing before in the Vasharasn's hospital area." Melfel says, pointing at the symbol on the vial. "Still, I don't know what king of medicine it is, or what it will do, so it would be best if we only take it if we find ourselves in a very bad spot. If your going to die, this might speed up the process or might help you. But, we should concentrate on our new friend over there..." Melfel points at the giant foe, move slightly back behind the melee fighters and pocketing the vial. He had no intention of getting hurt this time around. He would blast, while the meat shields took up the damage.

While moving behind the other fighters, Melfel attempts to get a better view at the monster, considering his eye's sight was already improved by his incantation. He might have seen that kind of creature somewhere before...

((What does the creatures feature's looks like? Or do I have to make a spot check? I already have darkvision, so the darkness shouldn't be a problem.))

Let's be ready for the worst, I say, trying to identify the creature.
(I'll roll a spot check to see any details about it, alright? 2+4=6. Curse my luck.)

[Both Spots:

(This is about what you get of an image for the creature. Just for OOG knowledge. Yes, it's Krug from Heroscape, yes, don't ask.. xd )

The creature is a rather large, hairy creature, wielding a rather large club with one large spike through it. It's features are basically large muscular arms, bulging muscular legs, and quite the dumb look on his face. He doesn't appear to be anything but a giant walking thing that like to smash things.

[Melfel (i'll consider it a 20 on a spot check due to your magical enhancements)]
You can tell by it's markings and the way it's moving around and acting, that it is an Ogre, not by any means a different Ogre than any other one. This one is preticularly green-skinned and notably muscled differently then other Ogres, the green skin may noting sickness, it may not, you can't tell, and it seems to be a big more intelligent, although Ogre standards are quite low. You get the idea that this is a freshly captured one that the slaves just brought in and that is now just having the time of his life, smashing the stands and taunting the noblemen, all while looking for more things to smash.]

I look around at the arena, looking for anything that might be helpful against the beast. "Well, ah think we should spread out, far enough that when da creature sees us, we can all git at it from different sides. Flankin' it might be are best bet."

"After you dwarf" I say and move about 30 ft away, keeping my eyes on the beast. I'll look at it to see if I can detect any weaknesses and/or otherwise.

[Yuan's spot

From what you can see, you can't really make out any ideal weaknesses in the Ogre, other then the fact he's a large walking creature nearly lacking a brain. You do notice though, that along his arms around the area where they're connected at the shoulder, that there are some sort of marks, whether they're stretch marks or otherwise, you can't discern.]

"Well, seeing as we have the numbers to do so, the casters can afford to stay in the back and blast away while the melee fighters engage it up front." Melfel said bluntly. "No matter how tough that things hide is or how much armour it has, it won't do it any good against arcane might and my eldrich blasts. So if you keep us alive, you'll be better off, it seems." It was about this meat shields were of some use to him.

I take note of the marks and ready my weapon in both hands. "Yes of course. Let's leave the frail ones in the back" I mutter to myself.

At this point, the Ogre was getting rather bored of crushing the stands as the people all left. The Ogre then grabbed his greatclub and turned around, walking towards the center of the arena. His gaze looked around the arena but from the looks of it, he hasn't spotted anything of interest to him yet. He just stomped around as he walked.

[Percentile Check : 20% - Ogre has not spotted any of you yet, in fact, he isn't really actively searching at all.

You have three options (sorry to limit)

-Attack him (you will receive a surprise round)

-Hide and attempt to set a trap (Hide / Move Silently checks are needed)

-Hide and try to wait it out (Hide checks are needed as well as Move Silently if you wish to move)]

"Well, we're very limited in what weh can do, so mah idea is ta try to surround it. Us fighter types can get the beast's attention, while a couple of ya less tough ones hide off to the side. When it comes after us, as it inevitably will, we'll keep it's attention, and ya can sneak up behind it. And the frail spellcasters can stay behind us, readying their spells and such, protected by our might."
