hahaha idk I'll try just about anything but there are certainly books that I would refuse to read again. Two of those would be Old Man and the Sea and The Princess Bride

I don't read Twilight. I don't like how they make vampires sound. I mean since when do vampires sparkle? And when could they ever see their reflection and be near garlic?
I don't like romance either which is partly why I don't like Twilight, because Bella and Edward fall in love and all that.
I read just about anything else.
I love Harry Potter and can't wait until the new one comes out July 15th (U.S.)
Still I can't believe it's rated PG with all that fighting, and stuff. I won't say anything else for the people that didn't read the 6th.

i'll read almost anything. although i ussually will stay away from romance. frankly i find them borring, slow, and full of drama that i have to deal with in real life so why would i want to read about that AND deal with it.

i prefer fantasy/adventure/scifi. anythig exciteing. and of course it's always good to go back to the clasics. lately i've also been reading books that were made into movies (Dracula, The Neverending Story, Jurassic Park, exc.)

one book that we had to read a few years back was On The Beach. this was possibly the worst book i've ever read. a book that size i normally can finish in a few days but this took me 2 weeks to finish burning_eyes what i don't understand is how it won an award scream and i hate that teachers think that a book must be good if it's won an award scream scream i've read pleanty of award winners but this book was just absolutly ridiculus crying

The Alchemist ....it's all about Nicholas Flammel and all that. I know he wasn't just a creation of Rowling's but that's how it feels...creating a fictional story about him kind of throws the author in a copycat light.

The other Twilight books. I read the first one and I might go crazy from brain rot and long forgotten teenage emotions if I read the others.

I refuse to read Animal Farm by George Orwell.
I've never read Orwell for school or anything (never will now I've finished school), but a friend recommended 1984 to me, and I thought I'd take it up.
That was a mistake.
I don't think I've ever hated a book so much, and I will never read Orwell again, that put me off completely.

Not and never will be a fan of romance. I don't mind if there is love in a story, you know when a character falls in love with another, it doesn't bother me, only because the book isn't centered around it. Plus romance novels usually involve sex and other adult topics, I don't believe that should be written, it's gross.

There was one book, based in Australia, about Australia being invaded or something and these teenagers had to try and save their home, which they didn't, it was awful!@!!!!! scream scream I hated it!!! I couldn't even finish it!!!!!

Twilight. Never. Ever.

When LOTR movies came out there was a lot of hype and it turned me off.
I still plan to read those someday,
maybe years after The Hobbit is realeased.
But I will never read Twilight.
Ever.

I Hear Thunder

Im very open minded about books, i read almost everything. Children's books, classics, teen, poetry, biographies, fantasy, scfi, mystery, murder and basically what i feel could sate my literary hunger :3

But i have a few authors i stay away from just because i loathe them and dislike their opinions.
