I never did see X-Meteor, so I have to go with Grand Lethal sweatdrop (correct me if I'm wrong but X-Meteor is Gogo's near fatal attack, right?)
Speaking of which:
Gogo from FFV or Gogo from FFVI?

After alot of thought, I'm going with Illumina sim ply because I remember it giving you more of a speed boost then Ragnarok did. Other then that they were fairly similiare to me.

Light Pillar because if you've ever tried to fight Ultima Weapon at lv 100 (like my brother did) you'd know that Light Pillar + 254 speed is a bad combination in a foe. And I would've chosen Illumina also... but thats only cuz I make sure to have ragnarok as an esper.
Flying dragon(FF5) or Flying chocobo(FF9)?

2. I errr... Don't actually remember alot of V. It's been that long since I've played it sweatdrop
Able to choose jobs/classes (eg. FFI, Tactics) or already assigned ones (IX)?

Already assigned ones... It gives more reason to use specific characters, and they fit the characters storyline-wise.
Legend of the Crystals or Unlimited (both anime)?

Tarutaru because theres no advantage to being a mithra when you could just be a hume, whereas with a taru you can be a damn good blm. But really it all depends on what you wanna be.... I highly discourage anyone from being a taru thf when you could be a mithra thf.
Traditional Summons(i.e. Ifrit, shiva, etc.) or FFTA/XII summons (Zodiac Braves, Famfrit, etc.)?

Traditional Summons, I'm so used to them...
Lionheart Gunblade (FFVIII) or "First Sword" (FFVII:AC - Cloud's Sword in the movie.)

Gunblade... Even though it's suposedly really hard to use, First Tsurugi must be much harder.

Going off FFT's Ninja's and assassins. I'd say Assassing's cuz seriously I'd love to be an Ultima Demon in disguise, not to mention they could whip your a** while in that disguise.
