Slayer the Fallen *Rei-kun's face was blank. Adults sure do act wierd. That's why he was glad he wasn't one yet. Still, the thought of becoming a grown-up sure was depressing. Shaking his head, the boy turned to happier thoughts. Tugging at Mimi's sweatshirt, he looked at her with innocent eyes.* Hot chocolate, chocolate?Oh, that's right! -Mimi shook her head, crossing the lobby as to enter the bar room. She really needed to get some sleep because if she didn't, she was to turn into a bumbling zombie at the rate she was going. Without further ado she slipped behind the counter as to prepare some hot cocoa. At the sound of her name, she looked up, offering Bertram a faint smile.- Evening....and I suppose you haven't missed as much as I have.

With a rather long groan, the female everyone seemed to be talking about was slowly coming to consciousness. Her hair would be rather frizzy by now, it was aweful sleeping on the couch, and by the time Midori got onto her bac with one leg and arm dangling off the side of the couch, it was obvious she didn't sleep well.
"Hnn.." Her eyes would slowly flicker open, At least it was a good day to wake up, being cloudy and what not. It wasn't hard on the eyes like sunny days. However, due to it being such a good day, Midori would just lay there for a few moments staring out the window.

Bertram nodded, seeming a bit distracted. "Well, yeah... I was out all day looking for the spectre. Then my master contacted me, and told me... um... I don't quite remember what he told me to do...' his expression changed when he saw Midori. "Ah! Mistress Midori!"
The wraith faded out, and then faded back in right next to the female. "Can I get you anything?"

*Hearing a soft groan, Rei-kun's eyes peered back into the lobby. Seeing that the groan belonged to none other than the batty lady, he gave a startled yelp as he ran back into the bar room. The boy took refuge under a table.*

Duellist Bertram nodded, seeming a bit distracted. "Well, yeah... I was out all day looking for the spectre. Then my master contacted me, and told me... um... I don't quite remember what he told me to do...' his expression changed when he saw Midori. "Ah! Mistress Midori!" The wraith faded out, and then faded back in right next to the female. "Can I get you anything?" Midori would get a frown on her face as she stared up at the wraith. Something was wrong.. she couldn't put her finger on it, but something was wrong, very wrong! ..Maybe it was just the fact that Bertram worked for Duellist. "No." And with that small answer, she would slowly it up, and pick up her scythe. She would softly move her hand over the side of the blade. Duellist would be down for a while with his missing head, wouldn't he? Just the thought of Duellist running about with his head in his arms made her smirk. Finally, she would stand and strap the blade to her back, nearly falling at the added weight before she would able to stand properly.

-She set on the counter two cups of steaming hot cocoa and got ready with a third, y'know, just in case Midori wanted one as well. Once she was done, the girl skipped out into the lobby, a catty grin on her face.- Good morning, Midori. How are you feeling today? Oh, one would hope your'e feeling wonderful after having found a boyfriend last night!!
-Mimi giggled, her tail swishing about from side to side in a playful manner.- I got to hand it to you; you sure work quick, dear. -And with that said, she ducked into the bar room as to avoid any flying objects which she was sure Midori would send her way.-
I hot hot cocoa a-brewin', if anybody wants some come into the bar room!!

The wraith grabbed her hand, and helped her up. "You okay, Mistress Midori?" Bertram asked, concerned. "You seem unwell..." he looked around. "Why on earth were you sleeping on the sofa? And are you sure I can't get you anything?" The wraith was trying to remember what it was his master had told him, but was finding it remarkably difficult.

*Torn between his love of cocoa and his fear of the mean lady, Rei-kun scowled. Why were the best decisions in life also the worst? Then an idea popped into the boy's head. Chuckling at his ingenious plan, Rei-kun scampered out of his hiding spot, quickly snatching one of the cocoa cups off of the counter. Then, without pause, the boy nimbly made his way back to his hiding spot. Clapping to himself, he took a sip from the cup. Mmmm. That sure was delicious stuff, hot cocoa.*

Mimi, being a female, and knowing Midori, should have known better then to disturb a waking girl, especially if that girl was Midori. "I'm gonna kill you!" It was more than enough of a warning to send a giggling Mimi to duck beneath a table, a small hand covering her mouth. She wanted to laugh aloud badly enough. Doing her best to not make a sound, Mimi watched, quietly pulling her tail against her chest.-
