A creaking noise could be heard as one of the large doors to the office were pushed slowly open. Mikhail peered out from behind the door, nervous, before he made his way into the building. He was walking slowly, stiffly, somewhere between being unsure and cautious. He stepped up to the receptionist's desk, but hesitated to say a word. Howaiken made a nervous whine as he hid behind Mikhail's legs.
Wait... Why am I so nervous? If I ever want to make something of myself, to grow up, I need to do this. And I'm afraid of the stupid receptionist? Suck it up...
Mikhail tapped on the receptionist's desk, "Excuse me, ma'am? I was summoned by Mizukage-sama. Could you please assist me? I've never been here before..."

The receptionist looked up, grinning at the nervous little boy. "You're here for the Academy, huh? Well, you're a little late. Mizukage-sama has already left with your classmates. They should be down near the Ocean by now. Why don't you just run down and have a look?" She winked in a friendly manner, making shooing motions with her hands. "Go on! You don't want to be any later than you already have been, huh?"

Mikhail grinned, and nodded earnestly, "Yeah! Okay! Sure thing!" The now overly excited boy spun on his heels and dashed through the still open door, not minding to close it.
Several minutes passed before the door was opened again, and the same boy, now out of breath, came back into the room. He paced his way back to the receptionist's desk and said, "I was nearly out of the village," He paused to take a breath, "When I remembered," Another breath, "That I never said thank you!" He stood with a beaming smile, "Thank you!"
He turned and jogged off without waiting for a reply from the receptionist.

Daemon walks into the Mizukages office and looks around. "hello anyone here?" he looked around for someone and walked farther into the Sparkling clean reception office.
He scratched the back of his head and looked down at the note he had. it said be there at 10 am. he looked up at the clock on the wall that said exactly 10 am. "well i hope its not day light savings time" he sighed and took a seat in one of the chairs of the office. "guess ill wait till someone shows up"

Takara carefully walked into the Mizukage's office. She took a quick glance at her surroundings to make sure she was not interrupting anything important. Hopefully, the Mizukage would see her soon and allow her to join the academy. Her friend was already waiting for her there. Making him wait any longer would cause him to complain. Well, at least complain more than he usually did.
"Excuse me," Takara called out.

Daemon looked over at the unfamiliar girl "umm hello?" he didnt really know her... well for that case he didnt really know anyone. He hated his father for the solitude he made him endure.

The receptionist had been busily checking through some paper work for Reiko. She had actually been pretty flooded with forms and transfers and whatnot since Pandora had disappeared. It was such a hastle. She was so distracted by her work that she didn't even notice the two children enter the office building until the little girl called out. She looked up, a bit startled. "Oh! I'm terribly sorry. How can I help you two?" She looked, smiling, from one to the other.

"Um," said Takara.
She followed the boy up to the receptionist, thinking that it would be better to allow him, althouth she did not know him, to do most of the talking. She did not like talking much, especially to people she did not know. A moment was taken to study the two people. Satisfied with the fact that they did not seem ill-tempered (at least at the moment), Takara returned her attention to the receptionist.
"I'm here for the academy, too."

Smiling at them both, the receptionist nodded pleasantly. "Good, good! I'm so glad that our Academy is filling up so fast." She reached into a drawer, pulling out a thick notebook full of notes and messages. She flipped to a certain page, looking at it carefully before replying. "Ah...Rei said that they would be going to the Ocean first. They were supposed to swim and then work on taijutsu, I believe." The woman glanced up, "You've probably already missed the swimming, but maybe you can make it for the taijutsu matches? Better hurry, though." She motioned for the two of them to be on their way.

"Thank you," Takara said with a bow. She pivoted on her feet and exited the building. I better hurry, she thought, or Hiro will be pissed. It was not her intention to make the boy wait for long; at least she would not be the last one to arrive. However, they would not be able to wait for Mizu since they already missed a part of the class. Hopefully she would understand their reason for leaving before her.

Hiro walked into the Mizukages office like he was the best ninja ever to walk into the Mizukages presence. He held high respect for her because she was the greatest ninja currently in the mist village, but of course the only people who knew anything about the orphaned Hiro was Mizu-chan and Takara-chan. They were Hiro's best and only friends. They were going to become Anbu and be the best squad ever, or so they hoped. Hiro was a little weak on the skills a ninja needed to know, but he would do his best to become a master of all jutsus. First things first though, he had to pass the gennin exams. "Hello, I am Hiro Kiator. I am a new student to the academy. I was told to report here to meet the kage."

Hedoro felt his hand quiver as he approached the Kage's office. He'd been told to go to here before being assigned to the academy. His usual confidant and outgoing nature had left him as uncertainty rose in his mind. Going to the kage's office seemed to him like a particularly big deal to him, and his second guessing nature had taken form in his mind, filling him with small bits of doubt. He wasn't even sure if it was the right place for him to go for the academy, but its what he had been told. As he reached for the door of the building he opened it slowly and cautiously, noting another boy standing before him presenting himself in an overly dramatic manner. It made Hedoro's heart rise a bit to see that he was at least in the right place. Taking one last big breath of air Hedoro scrambled into the building letting the door shut behind him as he walked up near the other boy, Hiro. He kept unusually quiet none-the-less, then again, Hedoro despite his competitive nature was never one to initiate most conversations.

A woman approached the well-known office of the Kage. Her hips swayed drastically with her movements as she came in through the doors. Her lips looked as though they were puckered up in a pout, but that was how they always looked. She was an image from every teenage boy's fantasy with her tan skin, gorgeous eyes and seductive glare. She walked past both children that stood to speak with the receptionist, cutting off the first when as he was introducing himself. She looked down at him with her dark green eyes and shot him a glare that would send most men crawling home to their mothers. Perhaps, it would even make a little boy wet his pants. Sakaki rolled her eyes over to the receptionist and then looked her up and down. "Please, dont' tell me you're the Mizukage," the woman said as she brought her hand up to pick at her nails. Just by the way the woman held herself, Sakaki coul tell that she wasn't her. Huffing a great sigh, her dark green eyes focused back on the woman. "I wish to speak with her. I have some information she may find useful," the woman sighed, becoming bored with speaking with this low ranking receptionist.
