"Finir." Rivera whispered, commanding the device to break away from her. Her attention span was getting shorter and shorter. There was something wrong with her lately. Eversince the Decadia, her behavior was... erratic... and immature. There were things she did like a three year old and things she didn't do... like a three year old. Her mental age was retrogressing into the... land before time, so to speak.

"I don't think we can get Usagi back into that form anymore than we can turn a lion into a fish with plastic surgery..." Rivera sighed. "Not unless if she is needed in that form again. I suppose this is considered an upgrade. It's an evolutionary system created so that at a point of massive energy output, it would register it as a sign of danger and shift to match the degree of energy that is released. At the same time, the systematic change would destroy the energy sensor components and reset its meter with the origin at the highest recieved peak of energy. That way, there would be no retrogression..." Rivera spoke smoothly. It was almost as if she memorized it... except she didn't. She herself behaved much like an android. And android with many flaws, but still... No diamond is beautiful without flaw, the very proof that is is natural and not artificial...

Somehow, Tomoro was stumbling around the campus, and had found her way into Asura labs. What was she doing here? She didn't know. If anything, this place made her sick to her stomach, and she pushed all the thoughts she had of this place to the back of her head; so many memories of labs, none positive... blinking once, she opened the door to the lab, and waltzed in, this time wearing a rather large black sweater that enveloped her body to the knees, along with a short black mini-skirt. Her eyepatch was secure, and her boots were snug up to her knees. Biting her lower lip, she ran her fingers through her thin silver hair, looking around the lab.

There appeared to be another boy in there... he didn't look like much. Merely walking past him, Tomoro sat down on a chair next to a bookcase, taking out a few dusty books and throwing them onto the floor, picking the one on top up. This doesn't.... look like much. But when I was here before, I read this one... It was then that she began the game of finding out which plants she knew existed, and which ones she had no clue about. She moved her pale finger up and down the page, reading quite fast, wondering what to do next; labs were always so boring.

Her eyes gazing upwards, she looked at the cover of his book, her lips forming a very small smirk. "You... are one to talk." she said quietly, licking her lips and then turning the page to her book. "Who would have thought... one whom has chaos running rampant with them... would be reading a book about magic?" Letting out a small huff of breath, she read another page of her book and then closed it, dropping it to the ground, dust flowing up into the air. She then stood up and pulled her oversized sweater down, emotionless as always.

Touching her toes, she rubbed the top of her boot, and then made her way over to one of the experimenting tables, her eyes deep in thought, their grey hue turning a bit lighter. She quickly took off her eyepatch, sticking it into the pocket of her skirt, and then grazed her hand across the sleek metal of the contraption, quickly grimacing and kicking the table with her foot, causing it to topple over. She didn't care if the man in the room noticed or not.

"You have no idea what I'm capable of. I think I'd be better off dead..." She said softly, turning and facing the white wall in front of her. Many posters covered the walls, and among them were the table of periodic elements, combinations of chemicals, and a few other posters. A skeleton also was dangling loosely in the corner. "I really don't care.. about messing up this lab.. you could say... I was temporarily... overcome by emotions." She said, glancing over at him, her left eye closed.

"And why have you come here, stranger?" She said, her gaze piercing into his, cold and uncaring.

Tomoro folded her arms across her chest, her sweater covering them up completely, and sighed lightly, smiling just a bit at the man, opening her left eye, revealing her scar. "I see.." Shaking her head, she looked up at the ceiling, the bright lights practically blinding her, so she switched her gaze down to the ground, as she always did. It was as if all the lights in the room were focused completely on her, and needless to say, that made her feel a bit uncomfortable. "I don't mean to be blunt... but I really don't care what you're capable of... as long as I'm not involved."

Putting her hands behind her back and cupping them, she wandered over to a wall and leaned against it, her hair tumbling over her shoulders, her eyes not focused on anything in particular. "And just so you know... I don't take anyone's advice but my own. I don't trust anyone." Furrowing her eyebrows, Tomoro realized she sure was talking a lot... this man knew nothing about her, yet he preached and offered her advice. She didn't need it. She had gotten this far on her own.

"A lone.. wolf.." she said quietly to herself, repeating what he had said. Was that... her? She had plenty of people to depend upon, but never really confined in them.. they were more like... people she knew. Tugging on the sleeves of her shirt, she kept her eyes down at the ground, closing them slightly, listening to everything he said. They did widen a bit, however, at his last few words. Smiling slightly and looking up directly into the light above her, she reached her hand out, almost as if trying to grab it. "You speak to someone who is already sick and twisted, not by her own doing. I'm distorted in more than one way." She said, turning to the man and smiling sadly.

Taking a deep breath, she puckered up her lips and slid along the wall, sitting down against it. She couldn't just leave... that would be rude. But this man, to tell the truth... well, there was something strange about him. She couldn't put her finger on it.

Gazing into his eyes and smirking, Tomoro leaned back against the wall further, her sweater covering the entire frame of her small body. "One lifetime... is enough for me... I wish for nothing else but death to gently take my hand." She whispered, not even sure if he could hear her. "Such horror... and if you wish not to be caught in such a place, why not leave? I'm not holding you back." said, tilting her head to the side, her hair moving against her cheek. "I'm not... stopping you." She said, her eyes closing, her graceful movements guiding her upward until she was standing straight once again. She had nothing else to say to this man; if he wished to leave, she would stay behind a few minutes, and then leave as well; this place was rather uncomfortable to her.
