"Yay! Sano!" Aya cheered as she started to stand up from her spot next to the river. She didn't notice sensei looking over at her, but she did get that weird feeling that he was thinking about something. It reminded her of the feeling she got from her mother when she would go deep into thought and look at Aya. Looking over at sensei, Aya smiled. "I'm trying my hardest!" she told him as she sat back down on the ground. She had to save her energy for afternoon training.

Sano swam back to shore as best he could and climbed out pnating. "Damnit," he said to himself. "Why can't I do this right?" he asked himself. "Everyone else can..... But I can't." He got up off of the ground and went back into the water not ready to give up just yet. "I will make it," he said to himself with determination in his voice. He walked into the water and tried to cross it once again.

"Of course you are," Koro said with that squinty eyed grin. Turning his attention away from the girl and those thoughts about her, Koro put his focus on the boys in the water. "One lap to go, Sano," he told the boy proudly as he finished the second lap. Izuki was falling behind and probably wasn't going to make it. Koro still had faith in him though.

Sano smiled at the fact that he had been able to cross the river. 'Yes,' he thought to himself. "Thanks everyone," he said to him in a loud enough voice for them to hear over the river. He turned back around and walked back into the water and started tring to cross it again. 'I can do it,' he thought to himself as he tried to cross again.

Izuki was noticably closer to the other side of the river, he used his momment and is renewed inspiration to push harder and faster. He wanted to get to the other side without help. If he lacked in swimming he would have to train harder and want it too. He didn't want to be the kid with the lowest grades and scores in the class. Izuki continued to think of things he could improve on and how he could do so.

"Keep your legs up Izuki! You don't want the current to pull you down," Aya called to him, as he waded in the middle of the river. "It'll be pretty funny if Koro-sensei has to dive in there and save you!" she teased him with that cute little perk in her voice.

Struggling while swimming was expected for Izuki. He had never been fond of water, although his family combined with water was a dangerous thing and he knew that. I need to be more familiar and more comfortable in this enviroment if I'm going to impress anyone. Izuki never stopped thinking about his father and recently Aya had popped into his mind everynow and then. I can't let her get better than me. I hope she recognizes me as a decent sparing partner. Izuki's mind went back to wondering while the undercurrents raged.

Izuki heard the encouragement coming from Aya-chan. She's atleast helping me he thought optimisticly. Then he heard her last comment and it fueled him, he had to get there. If Koro-sensai had to jump in and get Izuki, he would be a laughing stock, atleast he would feel like it. Push harder, no losing my train of thought Izuki was concentrating this time.

Sano looked at everyone smiling. 'It is done,' he htought to himself. 'And I am not the last one too.' He watched over Izuki and unstrapped the weights to his legs. "You can do it Izuki," he tried to support him the same way Aya had supported him.
((How much do I add to exprience and also do I +1 to swim?))

"That's better!" Aya congratulated him as Izuki pushed forward. As she spoke, Aya batted the water towards him playfully, also giving Sano a little splash with it. "You're almost there, Izuki-kun!" she told him, getting closer to the edge of the river.

Aya's encouragement worked, wether it was her advice or her teasingly mocking him. Whatever it was, it helped Izuki get passed the worst part of the current. He was on the last stretch now. He was looking for a place to get out of the water when he reached the shore. He felt like he could almost touch it. Calm steady strokes, thats all I have to do and I'll be there in no time.

Getting splashed in the face was kind of refreshing. I think I was pressuring myself too much. Maybe I should lighten up a bit. He was glad Aya was in his class. The constant harrassment and having a good friend in the academy was always a welcoming thought. Now I just can't let her beat me at everything! Izuki increased his pace and got his body more syncronized. Not forgeting to fill his mouth with a little water to spit back at Aya in a moment.

Not getting to the shore quite yet, and needing to take a breathe. Izuki spat the water a suprising distance and hit Aya with hit. He took his breath and smirked before he went back under the water to hopefully finish his training for now.

"Don't you ankles hurt form those?" Aya asked Sano as she pointed at the weights. "I would hate to go to prison and have to wear those," she said, getting the chills from the cool wind that blew through the forest. "Sensei, is there such a thing as a ninja jail?" she asked him, wondering what it would look like if there were.
