Brutoth slices twice, biting deep into Uth-lar's chest. Uth-lar appears as if he's about to fall over unconscious.
The hobgoblins around him cry out in dismay at seeing their leader so hurt and renew their attacks with new vigor.
The hobgoblin ((HR3)) in melee with Dimitri and Riven spins around, his sword slashing at Dimitri's midsection. He scores a hit, cutting open a wound in the wizard's chest. ((Dimitri takes 5 slashing damage))
One of the hobgoblins ((HR4)) throws down his bow, jumps down the steep incline onto the road, drawing his sword in midair, and moves up to Riven. ((HR4 and HR3 are now flanking Riven)). He lunges at Riven, growling a threat as he brandishes his blade. "Die, elf scum!" Riven manages to dodge his attack though.
The other hobgoblin ((HR5)) that had been firing at Dimitri gives up on that elusive target and goes for an easier one. He fires his bow at Gloria, but his arrow breaks on her armor.
The wounded hobgoblin ((HR6)) fires his bow at Gloria (missing terribly), then turns and moves down onto the road, calling out for aid. "" Suddenly something catches his eye as he looks to the southeast. ""
Down the road, an unwelcome sight can be seen: six more hobgoblins are marching towards the battle, all with their longbows out and arrows nocked. They fire their bows, and suddenly the air is filled with a hail of arrows. Three arrows fall towards Gloria and three towards Brutoth. They all miss, however, leaving half a dozen arrows sticking out of the ground around the two adventurers.

Riven put away her bow and pulled out her rapier, turning to attack the hobgoblin who had come at her.(HR4)
"Die, yourself!"
((Attack 1 = 18 + 6 = 24 hit))
((Attack 2 = 4 + 6 = 10 ?))

((nope. You probably should've attacked HR3 so you could've gotten a sneak attack. Also, you add your strength bonus to your damage, so you did 4 damage))
The hobgoblin flinches in pain, but he growls and shrugs it off.
It's now Lunar's turn. ((she's 20 feet up the road at the northwest part of the map))

(with mage armor already casted, makin my AC 23, I see the battle ahead and cast true strike into my sai, and stop short of the nearest hobgoblin withthin 10' and attack with my sai of returning )

( srry i made a mistake, its a +1 damage, itd be +3 if i was using it melee, but im throwing it, so its +1 (magic item msc modifier +1 to hit and damage, right? cause returning ability gives the sai a +1 enhacement, correct?
if so, I did 4 damage

((You can't attack in the same round you cast a spell, unless the spell is a swift or immediate action.))
((also, returning doesn't give your sai a +1. your sai must be a +1 weapon before you can put returning or throwing on it. what you want is a +1 throwing sai of returning which is equivalent of a +3 weapon, thus you cannot afford it. Why not just a +1 returning shortspear? More damage, and a longer range. And you can afford it.))

((your sorcerer and monk levels don't stack for unarmed damage, only for AC bonus, so you do 1d6.))
