My math teacher in high school (who was married with another math teacher) had named her cat Pythagore, after, or course, the triangle maniac lol.

My cats' names are Freyja(Norse goddess of war and beauty) and Fenrir(In Norse mythology, Loki's son who is a giant wolf).

on a technicality this is a cat name: My mom's friend's dog is named "damned cat" n.n I cracked up laughing when i heard that one.
And my male cat is named "Ginger Snp" like the cookie so everyone thinks he's a girl because we just call him Ginger... ah gender confused kitty.

Bojack727 My mom got remarried to this guy who had adopted three cats over time. Two of them were just regular male taby cats. But the third was this wierd cat- it was this kind of bluish-gray persian cat. His name was Tarquinius- after "Tarquinius the Younger" one of ancient Rome's most despotic and crazy emperors. Tarquinius ran his father, "Tarquinius the Elder" with a freeking chariot in public to become the emperor. The guy is a classical history teacher, but you usual don't look at your cat and think "crazy roman king". You guys have any wierd cat names? A buddy of mine named his cat pizza exclaim

My cat as of nows name is Umi which is japanese for ocean. You usually dont look at a cat and think large body of water.

My aunt at one point in time had 21 cats so I was always helping her name them. When I was little there was a movie out called, 'Little Nemo" so I named on of her cats that. The name doesn't really fit him now cuz when people hear the name Nemo they think of the fish off of 'Finding Nemo'. Also there was this guy in animal behavior class who had two cats by the name of Spoot and Spork. Quite odd, but cool at the same time. lol
