Sora almost pulled his hand away noticing Larxene's hessitant nature, but hearing her satisfied words made him continue rubbing. He snickered, "Enjoying yourself Larxene?"
Sora had never been this close with anyone. Though he had friends before, nothing quite like this. He enjoyed it, especially with Larxene, with anyone else it might have felt odd, but this mood seemed to flow when he was with her.
His eyes quickly snapped over to the book. "Huh? ... Oh! Oh yeah, the green places are the forest areas. If you want, we can use that book to get out of here and go take a look around that area." He nodded, his eyes quickly moving back to Larxene.

 "Mmmmenjoying," the girl replied, relaxing back against Sora slightly. Whatever hesitancy she felt, ear rubbing was apparently the key to overcoming it. "Taking a look around might be fun. I can't remember the last time I wasn't surrounded by stone walls." Larxene paused and frowned a moment. "I mean, I literally can't. That's depressing. Makes me wanna zap something."

A small smirk appeared on Sora's face. I'll have to remember Larxene's ears are her weakness. He snickered a bit, pulling his hand away and giving Larxene's ears a rest. "Well then we better get going, I don't wanna get zapped again, that hurrrrrts!" He picked up the book with one hand and offered the other to Larxene. "So, shall we?"

Larxene smiled and nodded, grabbing Sora's paw to help herself up. "I think we shall," she said, nodding. "I can't wait to zap something outside," the girl added with a giggle. "Maybe we'll run into someone shockable."

Sora kept his hand connected to Larxene and stood next to her, not wanting to let go, but as soon as she said 'zap' he smiled and released her hand. Better safe than electrically charged. He opened the book and flipped through the pages. "Here we go!" He stopped on a page which looked like an outline. "This is where we are in more detail." He poked the word 'library', "And this is where we are now. With this we can get out of here in no time flat!"

As Larxene leaned over to look at the book, one of her antennae would likely find its way into Sora's face. "Oooh, I see." She pointed at a little room that was shown across the hall. "That's where I was staying, when I wasn't in here. I haven't really seen anyone else on this floor though. Well, before you came along. So ... we should goooo, that way, huh?" she asked, trailing a path across the paper with one finger.

Sora couldn't help but poke Larxene's rouge antennae with his tail as it invaded his sight. "Yup! I'm sure if you follow that way we can get out of here, fast." He looked at the place she said she was staying. "But, do you need to get anything out of where you were staying before we go?"

She shook her head a little, antennae bobbing again. "I didn't really have anything in there. Just the place I was sleeping, when I didn't just pass out in here. Those chairs were kind of more comfortable anyway." Larxene looped her arm around Sora's and nodded, smiling. "Let's go!"

Sora wrapped his tail around Larxene's waist and smiled. "Alright lets get out of here!" Sora directed Larxene towards the lighted part of the library as they found their way out of the maze of books.

Larxene giggled, feeling a warm tingle go through her as Sora 'gripped' her with his tail. Crackle. "Are we going to be coming back here?" she asked, glancing around. "I've kind of gotten used to this place. Although I guess I could probably get used to anywhere now." She gave Sora a grin and squeezed his arm gently.

Sora smiled at Larxene as she giggled. "I'll take you anywhere you want to go, no matter what I have to do to get us there. So of course we can come back here if you want. But then again, I do have your favorite book with me, so you wont be without good reading." He realized he was looking more at Larxene than he was the map and laughed at himself a little. "If we take this next left, we'll be just one more turn away from the exit."

"Oh yeah! The book!" Larxene laughed. "I vote to take that wherever we go. It can be our mascot. And if we never find that other book you were trying to get into... maybe we can get into that one." She squeezed his arm playfully again, then looked back at the map. "S'funny the exit was so close by, all this time. Maybe I just wasn't supposed to find the way out alone."

That book as their...'mascot'? For some reason that sounded odd to Sora, considering the books contents. Though he decided not to ask why Larxene said it should be their mascot in the first place.
Sora ruffled his tail around Larxene's waist as she squeezed his arm. "Just have to have the right traveling compainion, Larxene." He smiled brightly at her. Sora pointed at the exit to the library. "We're out of the first maze, now we just need to find the exit to this place." He stared at the map. "It's all just a lot of halls with random doors, we should be looking for one HUGE door to get out." His eyes settled on a big hole like shape on the map. "That's gotta be our way out."

Larxene eyed the book, then nodded. "I don't think I've been that way before. Though I guess I was never really trying to find the way out. I guess it did take the right traveling companion to show me the way." She glanced at the doors indicated. "I guess even if we don't find the way out right away, we might find something else interesting."

Some twists and turns down random hallways and an exit via one huge door later... Sora's grin grew wide as they stepped outside together. "Larxene, this is the outside. Outside, this is Larxene." He snickered in a childish way. "So where do you want to go first? The forest doesn't look far from here, but..." Sora looked around. "There's also a small pond over in the other direction. You can try swimming!"
