Malik followed,then crouched next to Ryou on the couch.He smiled at the sleeping hikari,then stretched out on his stomach and fell asleep as well.

And sorry if its too long or something x___x))
Ryou winced as he felt the soft heat of the rising sun hit his pale visage. He yawned deeply and rolled over on his arm, forgetting it was now extremely sore. He cringed at the extreme pain and jumped up into a sitting position. The images from last night filled his head as he start to wake up some more. The whole house was quiet except for the birds outside. His light brown eyes looked to Malik whom was sleeping on the floor. He layed a blanket over the boy, hopeing he would stay asleep for a little while more.
Finally, Ryou stood up weakly, and leaned against the wall, checking the now deep red bandage on his arm. He frowned in disgust and glanced up the stairs...he wondered what happened up there...but ofcourse Malik didnt let him up there last night. He looked to the kitchen, his mouth was dry and his arm was throbbing with extreme pain. He shuffled over to the kitchen and turned the water on, being careful it didnt make much noise. He grabbed the glass he had used last night and filled it up. Moving to the opened medicine bottle he grabbed two more and gulped them down quickly. Now he wondered what to make for breakfast. "Whats the easiet with one hand?" he asked himself tiredly and grabbed some toast. 'would the other's want some?...' he asked again, this time thinking it. He finally picked out 6 peices, knowing Jou would probably eat more than the others. He put the first 4 in the toaster and leaned against the counter. His whole body was weak and tired, and his arm continued to pulse with pain...

((Whee, next morning <(^_^)>!))
"Mn..." Jou nuzzled his head against the pillow, and stirred just a little. He felt too comfortable to move... and there was something in his arms... he had one arm draped over it, and the other folded up between him and the thing. He sighed contentedly and continued to doze, just barely a step away from his deeper sleep.

((since im in a writing mood...im gonna post again. It wont be much of anything...but heck, why not ? ^^;; ))
Ryou dazed off for a moment. The popping sound of the toaster made him jump and quickly turn back to the toast. He pulled the four out and put the other two in. Finally he slid the butter over to him and pulled out a knife. He set the knife down as he took out some plates. He was struggling a bit with the weight but he managed. He put the toast on the plates and started to spread butter on them, it quickly melted from the heat. His arm started to throb less as the medicine started to kick in. His stomach growled at the smell of the toast. He hadnt realized how hungry he was until now. So he grabbed a peice of toast and bit into it. It tasted better then before...The quiet house made him think he was alone like always, but he knew he wasnt...and this made him rather happy.
His light brown eyes moved the stairs again, waiting for someone to wake up or someone to come downstairs. He moved his back to the stairs and sat down in one of the chairs. He put his head against the table and yawned again. He was still tired, but the pain wasnt going to allow him to go back to sleep...

Yami Malik purred happily,not moving.He felt Jou's arm around him,he heard the other make a noise,but didnt move anyway.He was still a little tired.
Malik opened his eyes slowly,the sun was shining brightly in his eyes.He crawled around with his eyes closed,before crashing into something.He looked up and noticed it was a chair.With Ryou sitting in it.Malik crawled into the chair with Ryou,sitting on his legs and lap.He may have been larger,but he wasnt very heavy.The egyptian looked at Ryou with piercing lavender eyes,then leaned in and whispered in Ryou's ear,
"Feel any better?"

Jou sighed and held his "teddy bear" closer to him, still unaware of what it really was. He frowned in his sleep and moved his injured leg a little, not able to remember why it was hurting so badly, only that it was. A small unconcious whimper escaped his throat before he ceased the movement.

Ryou gasped at the sudden weight in his lap, and right as he did so, the toast popped up. He looked to Malik with a suprised, and also pained look. "Oh..umm...yeah" he said and color filled his cheeks. He looked away from Malik and to the toast...wondering exactly how he would reach that with the boy inabling him to walk over to it. "You...you can have some" he said softly and gripped his left arm again in pain. It actually hurt worst then last night, but he wasnt going to tell Malik that.
"...I made some for Jou too..." he added so he would know exactly why he had made so many. The pain was slowly starting to subside, so he let go of his bandaged arm. He needed to change it again, but that could wait until he was free to stand.

Malik blinked at the white haired other for a moment,then lept off of him and into a near by chair.He sat down there,watching ryou for a few minutes,then got up and went back to the living room before replying,
"I'm fine."Truth was,he was hungry,but he wanted everyone else to eat first.
The blonde egyptian lay down on his stomach where Ryou had been the night before,the spot still being warm.Malik folded his hands under his head and rested his head on them.he wondered if Jou was ok..
Yami Malik purred,completely not tihnking,until his mind finally cleared.The dark creature sat up,suddenly awake.He realized he had fallen asleep in Jou's arms,then hissed at himself.He reached out to choke Jou,but the jeans binding his arms didnt allow him to.Yami Malik lay back down,mentally cursing at himself.

(( whee ... What, our resident spirit doesn't like cuddling with puppy dogs? ...Too bad...))
Jou twitched and mumbled something incoherent, still not awake yet himself. He turned his head one way, than the other, before rolling over in Yami no Malik's direction. This oh-so-clever move resulted in Jou's arm and leg laying over the Egyptian, with the rest of him snugged up to the other like a puppy cuddling a pillow. He mumbled something again and didn't move.

Yami Malik frowned,then finally lay his head down again,not being able to move himself.He sighedand snuggled closer to Jou,feeling a chill run through his own body.His glazed over blue eyes shut slowly,his mind and body beginning to doze.

((awww...get up XD silly sleepy heads...*is in a giddy mood*))
Ryou looked to him in confusion and stood up to get some more water. He let his weak arm dangle against his side as he poured the water into the used glass. The scilence once again filled the room, he looked to the stream of water tiredly before turning the faucet off after setting the glass down. His light brown eyes looked out the window in question. The fact that his arm hurt like heck wasnt it, why was it so quiet? He was suprised at how fast he had gotten used to having someone talking to him. He frowned a bit, knowing that would end, and everyone would go home again, leaving him alone once more. Malik's sister would soon come to get him, and Jounouchi would have to go home sooner or later.

((Heh, don't worry, i'll have Jou wake up eventually. I've just been lazy and I have to get offline in a few minutes... anywho...))
A moment or two after moveing, Jou's eyes squeezed closed a little tighter, and he shifted a bit uneasily. The blonde's eyes began moveing a little under his eyelids, and he let out a quiet whimper as he buried his head further into the sheets. A another second later a shiver ran through his body, though it wasn't from being cold...

Yami Malik felt the other shudder,but lay still anyway.He was still awake,but he had his eyes closed lazily.He still felt a little tired,but he was strong enough to kill someone now..but the dark blond couldnt bring himself to hurt the other boy.'Infact..he would makea good uke..I DID NOT SAY THAT!!!"Yami Malik screamed mentally,his eyes openning and widening slightly.he then closed his eyes and refused to think any more of Jou.
Malik sighed then crawled back ner the kitchen,then sat on the floor and watched Ryou.The lavender eyes watched the white haired other stare out the window.Malik began to feel something towards Ryou.Pity?Love?Or something else?The egyptian shook his head mentally and got up,then stood next to Ryou silently.He had been acting so strangely towards the other..
The emotion had increased as he got closer to Ryou,and suddenly he found himself with an arm around the brown eyed male's shoulder..

Ryou had dazed off for a while, still holding his glass. That was until he felt an arm around his shoulder. He jumped, causing the glass to fall into the sink and break. Atleast it was in the sink and not on him. He gasped and looked to Malik with wide eyes. "Oh..sorry, im sorry." he said as he went to picking the shard of glass out of the sink with his good hand. He frowned at the broken glass and shakeing his head a bit. He hadnt done that in so long, that even suprised himself that he even dropped it. Maybe he should start buying plastic instead of glass...
"Sorry about that..." he said softly and looked to the sink. He saw some tiny peices sparkling as if intimidating him. He turned the faucet on to wash the rest down the pipes.

Malik blinked,then jumped as the glass shattered.He suddenly felt pangs of guilt.it was his fault..
"Ack!Dont be sorry.Its my fault anyway.."Malik frowned slightly and helped Ryou.After it was cleaned,Malik backed off.
"I'll be in the living room if you need me..I'm sorry."He retreated to the living room. 'What in the name of Ra were you thinking you moron!'Malik practically screamed at himself mentally.'You know better than to grow attached to people outside of family!Fate always finds a way to curse both of us!'Malik shook his head and put his head in his hands.He sat that way,then finally looked up,still screaming at himself.'And RYOU of all people!We're both MALE!I'm not gay!'He shook his head again,then finally gave up.
