Lots of thoughts going to you and your hubby Rorek!
We're really enjoying our time together and have all ready started planning for the reupping and finances. We hope to be debt free (minus the student loans) by the time he gets back, so we can be stable for TTC.

You know I'm kinda sick of people giving us crap about reenlisting (I say we, lol is that weird?). Yeah there's major sucky things about it, but shoot there's some good too!
We got the official roundabout date for when he'll be back.

I'm not sure if I want to know what's wrong with him. That's just rediculous.
With the way the job market is today. I don't blaime you for re-upping. That and hopefully this will give him more experience so when he gets out of the military he'll be able to get a really good job.

Overpaid? Since when was $0.37 an hour overpaid? Especially since most military qualify for Welfare, etc. What a moron.

Yeah, I cried.
It's one thing to hear some idiot kid spouting that stuff, it's another to hear someone who is supposed to be an adult doing it. All I heard him saying was, "WAH, they don't pay for my healthcare so they shouldn't pay for yours." Well, you aren't doing any services for the country, now are you?
Why take it out on soldiers? stare Chris didn't kill anyone while in Iraq and now he's a professional baby killer? (God, can we say Vietnam, everyone?) Gee, I thought he was trained to save lives as a firefighter, I must be some big idiot. The majority of troops overseas never even see combat, let alone kill anyone.
That guy was a loser.
If he has problems with the government, address the government, leave people who are trying to make a living alone. Why not go after grossly over paid and corrupt CEOs or something that has a more direct impact on his life? It's not like his taxes got hiked up to pay for anything with the war.

Those are all pretty new additions to the benefits package though. Even 50 years ago, everything came out of your base salary and that was even more pitiful then it is now. xP Oh what does your MIL know, Illi?!

Pirate Dirge Oh what does your MIL know, Illi?! Apparently everything about the military. Because she believes EVERYTHING she reads/sees/hears/googles about the military. She's even confused some Marines stuff with Army stuff.

Well I know my hubby killed tons of babys in Afghanistan... oh no wait he gave them toys and clothes, I always mix those up. Who ever made that web site is a total a**!
