Although 3 of you failed it doesn't mean that you don't have what it takes to be a good ninja. You must understand that a mission is indeed important, but a human life is the most important thing... and it takes priority, even over a Hokage's order. It was very hard for me to only pass one Genin, but I did what I had to. Practice up and be ready for the test on Wednesday. Don't forget to PM me for it. Oh, and btw, you can't take any tests from lessons 6 and beyond until you graduate to Genin level.

ok lets say that special item that was stolen was the scroll of forbidden spells and it escaped the vilage what happens now?

Actually, I'll allow the ones who failed to take another Exam on Monday. Wednesday is a long time to make you guys wait. It will be a different exam though.
