Ki looked off quickly as she mentioned the others, then looked back to her quyickly as he felt her extreme uneasiness. He braced himself to keep standing during the shockwave, barely, then he rushed to her side as she fell. "Runa!?"

She clenched her hands into fists in the dirt and slowly sat back. "Sorry....Ki", she said softly as she looked up at him and then back down. She was sweating and her face was heavily flushed, "...feels like I'm burning up....but it dosen't feel like a fever.....".

"No... it doesn't..." he said, trying to calm down. He looked at her, still very worried. What is it?!?! he thought to himself frantically. He tried to think of something to do, but couldn't think of anything in his current state without even knowing what was going on.

Runa looked up at Ki feeling how worried he was and gave a small smile, "Hey.....I'll be....okay", she said softly as her mind seemed to get clouded a little and she crossed her arms over her stumache as she tried to get ahold of her shaking body. "Could it be......but why now.....". she whispered softly as she stared at the ground as if searching for an anwser.

Runa looked at him before looking back down, "I...I have a small part of demon in me. Thanks to my.....Kang and his aura transfusions he did to save me a couple times. He wasn't a regular demon.....but a fire wolf demon. He told me once there could be possible side effects.....but nothing ever happened. They were.....dormant I guess.....but it feels like the wind powers....might have awakened the fire", she said softly and leaned forward as another strong wave of pain washed over her and she bit her lip to keep from crying out. "They're.....they're at war......I can't control them both", she cried out closing her eyes tightly. Her body temperature rose higher and higher and a gust of wind started to blow around her.

Ki instantly called forth his powers of the wood and stayed firm where he was. "What... can you do about it? What can I do about it?" He felt more clear-headed, and thought about the various things he knew about personal powers... and conflicting powers...

Runa looked up at him weakly her body still shaking. "Don....t touch....me", she whispered before her body collapsed and felt herself trying to cry, but her tears evaporated as soon as they left her eyes. The heat was so strong it was evaporing the water from within her body quickly, "....cool me....off", she whispered hoarsely.

*a splash of icy cold water drenches Runa from head to toe, seemingly coming from out of nowhere. A moment later, Asura landed beside Runa as silently as a bird, sheathing his Blade of Fates.*
"Hang in there, girlie. You've got it under control," Asura told her in a comforting voice, but not interfering any further.

Ki offered a quick "Thank you" to the man who had just helped Runa, then called forth a spell he hadn't ever truly used before. A blue vine made of pure frozen plant essence appeared in front of him and he bade it grow and form a wide circle around he, Runa, and the new arrival. If the heat returned, he would be able to keep it down. Perhaps it could help in another way, too...

Runa laid upon the ground her eyes closed tightly her body still shaking. She was consious and could hear Ki and Asura but did not open her eyes and could not speak. To her it still felt like she was being torn apart from the inside by her powers. The water and Ki's plant had indeed cooled her off but as a result had, for now, turned her skin an ashen color.

"If there's darkness with in her heart, then all it needs is a little purifying light," Asura says, slowly reaching for the Heaven's Cloud. "It's about to get very windy."
*As asura unsheathes the Heaven's Cloud, a great pressure and wind exploses from out of nowhere, sending dust and dirt flying everywhere. The brightest light also emits momentarily, but it's light so strong, that it and the pressure combined instantly melted the ice plants. Moving closer to Runa, Asura placed his left hand on Runa's forehead*
"We need to get rid of that demon inside of you," Asura says, so that way Ki can hear. "To do that, I am going to have to enter your mind. Since this demon has such strong power over your body, I'm going to need Ki to back me up with healing and protection spells while I attack the demon head on. Do you understand?"
*He said this while also sending a sharp look towards Ki.* "Are you ready? If so, place your hand on my left shoulder," Asura instructed, looking back into Runa's eyes, taking in the ashen colorization of her face. "Just hang in there."

Runa's eyes opened wide in horror as she heard Asura talk and felt his hand on her forehead. She tensed up and tried to speak but once again, found she couldn't. "No! NO!", she thought loudly-screaming, praying Ki could hear her. "You can't! He can't! My demon keeps me alive! I need it! I'll die if he destroy's it! It's wound too deeply in me, thru me! PLEASE NO", she thought sobbing.

Faeror appeared somewhere in or near the village of the firebird in the middle of a seemingly strong dispute beteen his already known comrads. He, although, spied his targets aura several hundred feet away. He had to chose between stopping Asura from hurting Runa (based on the lok on her face) and the one building up energy. Runa. Target. Target was robbing someone, but Asura was hurting Runa.
He decided to help Runa. He jumped over behind him and spoke "Asura, I dont know exactly what is going on but I have to ask you to remove your hand from Runas head, or Ill shall be forced to cease this myself." He looked again at Runa and then at Asura,"Do you not see her look of dread? Do you not care? Think man! Stop with this spell!"
