Well... Zetsobou lives in his Cheidenhal home stocked with his collection of enchanted weaponry and armor. Thrornmir (his Daedric mace of order given to him after his tribal chieftain position was fufilled) lies in a case, for it is one of his most beloved treasures. Despite the fact that he is an Orc, he still happens to carry and fill a number of journals around which he leaves at his desk for reading.
As for Rosalia Dare, she lives in her lavish Skingrad manor filled to the brim with interesting artifacts that she recovers from her travels. Most of which she tests in the field for combat purposes, but that is beside the point. She has a desk in which she stores all of her alchemical products for her research, and not to mention a closet filled with clothes for walking around town.

I usually go with Benirus Manor, or Rosethorn hall. They are fancy.
My little Khajiit thief lives in the Waterfront District, though.

I technically have a bunch of houses.
I have one in Bruma (not really mine),
2 in Skingrad (Summitmist Manor and Glarthrir's House),
1, 2, or 3 in Imperial City (waterfront cottage, dead guy's house, some den where you have to kill Faelin)
2 in Cheydinhal (Dark Brotherhood HQ, Rosethorn Hall)
1 in a Fort (Dark Hand HQ)
1 in Bravil [or Leyawiin, I forget] (Skooma Den)
1 outside of Leyawiin (White Stallion Lodge)
Maybe one in Chorrol if the ones in Skingrad aren't even there.
