probably Lisa Trevor and the little monkey things that look like spiders in REmake, those little buggers freak me out, you're just walking along and all the sudden one jumps down from the ceiling right in front of you....everytime see one I freak out and yell "SPIDER MONKEY"....then shoot the crap out of it xD
crimson heads never scared me, because the first time I saw one I didn't know what it was, it was just trying to run at me but being blocked by a dresser xD

I second that motion for regenerators and iron maidens........ mostly because I was playint that level at a friends place and they have this great big bull dog. And we were in her room, playing in the dark, with the door closed. And all of a sudden we hear scratching and wheezing ( in the game ) and it's the hallway after the freezer/garbage card key. SO I beat the first one you encounter and exit the area. And we hear more scratching and wheezing ( real life ) And all of a sudden it gets really loud, and there is the scratching at the door and it bursts open and her dog jumps on us.
That is why I hate regenerators, they aren't that hard to kill if your rifle has good firing speed.
