I have a question... When a teen turns to an adult he/she can change rank right?

Well, really no matter if you are a teen/ adult you really don't rank up.

Yes you can start role playing.
Just go in any of the areas and role play, other people might join in if there on.

ummm Slighter i think you miss read my post i asked to be a puppy lol not a puppy sitter. i don;t mind being both be kind of fun to be sitting the pups and be one at the same time
