So basically Make the sleeves a tad longer, the shirt a bit longer and the pants a bit shorter and VOILA!
It might just work.

All in all I think we are under budget. The shirt is about done and I have all the fabric for the length of the cape for about $30 I think I have plenty of fusing to do the collar of the shirt and cape, and enough white cotton to line the bottom of the capes collar.
I will have to dye the material for the cape and I plan on airbrushing the feather pattern on some brown material for the rest of the cape.
So the good news, might be cheaper then previously thought, bad news is it prolly wont be done by the 19th.

DANG YOU WALMART AND YOUR EVER CHANGING SELECTION AT ALWAYS LOW PRICES!!!
The brocade I wanted for your pants is gone now so I have to search again for a nice one that will work. The good part is I found a nice material for the collar of the cape. I just need to airbrush she feathers onto it, and I got the perfect material for the leggings and wristguards. Also managed the bias tape and tome elastic I needed.
Still under budget. That was $16
