She turns back to Mr. Timmy. "Alright, we'll let him in, just have him come here to sign up, 'k?"

Seven nods in agreement, thanking her. He then makes his way back over to his shadey spot under the tree.

"GAAAAH!"
Heavy footfalls, the panting out of a string of curses, and the clanks of the campfire gear in his pack announced the B-list celebrity guest: Anonymooo, known by a few people in this town. Hopefully not more, since that'd mean a whole town eager to beat the hell out of him.
Jogging into town, he pretty much ignored the gate sentry--who called out with a very ineffective "Excuse me, sir!" as Mooo shot past him.
Mooo didn't notice the guard chasing after him, since he was checking his pocket watch... while running through a crowded street... and somehow not bowling people over with his 220 solid pounds.
Refusing to say the obvious Alice in Wonderland quote, he finally made his way through town, to the festival, and to the signup booth for the tournament--and promptly tripped as he halted, landing flat on his face, his heavy pack landing on his head a second later.
Yeah, that was about four feet away from the signup booth, too. Pure genius, this one.

Lyra's breath caught almost painfully in her chest, so...fast! All before even her first hit with the impromptu bat, but that's impossible! Fleetingly she wondered how a belt that she had cut from his skinny frame could be so effective...but nevertheless with a yip she went down with nothing to hit.
Desperately she cast around for some way to turn this to her advantage; she hastily guided the air that encased her sword into invisible slender ropes that snaked up to prevent him from letting go. Tucking her head she continued in the original direction that he had pulled her, diving down to pass beneath his wide stance. With more than a little difficulty she managed to pull her feet up and change direction.
With a growl Lyra jumped up and on the confounded cloak that had given her such trouble, smashing his face into the ground. Using a dagger from her sleeve she cuts the belt one more time so she can free herself and relaxes her hold on the air that bound him.
"Don't...do that again."
Pushing straight up she leapt impossibly high curving into a controlled flip to land before her opponent. Lyra waited, now silent, for him to regain his composure. Her actions had caused her hair to fall from its bindings; she was breathtakingly picturesque as the slight breeze played about her. Sword still in hand, point low, but she was ready.
(edit- post 4...am I missing one?)

Approaches the fallen figure and reaches out a helping hand. Despite his solid mask of a face, his eyes betrayed his amusement. He knew better then to let the clumsy 'oaf' facade betray the fighter, but it was still funny to watch.
"Mooo, quiet down, the fighters have enough to worry about. Put your pack somewhere and go get signed up. We finally get a rematch."

Dragging himself to one knee, Mooo took Se-vens' hand, allowing the mysteriously random ally of Team 0wnage to help him up.
"Thanks, man. Good t'see you again--and good, I'm not too late."
Hefting his pack up, Mooo slung it over one shoulder, heading toward the signup booth. Signing his name into the book, he sealed himself as the last entrant, signing it only "Mooo," still passing a broad, friendly smile to the girl working the booth.
"So, a rematch, eh?" he said, turning back to Se-vens. His smile tilted up--being just about the same height as his new opponent, their eyes met, Mooo nudging his glasses up a bit with his free hand.
"All I need is one hit. We both know that. But it's easier said than done," Mooo said, pausing a beat, reflecting and looking cool. No, really, he was actually looking quite cool as he said this. "ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE WHIPPING OUT ARMIES OF SPAWNING SALMON LUNGING OUT OF RIVERS THAT RANDOMLY APPEAR INSIDE CARROTS THAT YOU LIGHT LIKE DYNAMITE!" That last, exasperated bit didn't sound quite so cool.

*A low, grating chuckle radiated from under the pelt on the ground. Easily dwarfing his entire form, he'd probably appear nothing more than a silver and black puddle on the ground where he not shifting beneath it. Slowly, he rose, the cloak drapping around him like a sheet to entirely obscure his form. "I'm sorry, I thought this was a fight. If you don't want to get hit, best to avoid tournament." Another chuckle, even lower than the last. "But you're kinda right, this hasn't been much of a fight. Maybe I should stop playing with you."
No sooner had he spoken than his entire form burst to the side, his cloak whipping around him. Beneath, he kicked the ground, dragging his foot and sending up a cloud of dirt. Then the cloak fell lifelessly to the ground, disappearing into the obscuring debris. Even as it did so, a streak of silver shot out from the left side of the dirt to her left. Was he trying to circle around her?
Probably not. Even as ones eye could register the blur, it became quite apparent that it wasn't him. A bunch of cloth, his shirt. His timing was perfect. A foot shot out of the settling dust cloud where he crouched, hes left leg hooking inward to steal the ground out from udner her. Meanwhile his right hand, again sheathed in his strange katar-like weapon, shot upward at her jaw, perfectly in line with the arc of where he fall would carry her assuming his first strike hit.

"...Blah Blah Blah", perfectly in line with the arc of where he fall would carry her assuming his first strike hit.

He had to wonder what exactly his opponent was thinking. First she had put all her weight on her weapon and let him directly hit the flat of the blade. Considering the usual force of his kicks, she should consider herself lucky her sword hadn't been snapped in two. Then he followed it up with a circular kick of all things while his arm was already in the way?
A simple tightening of his muscles halted her strange attack in its tracks after his blade found purchase on her flesh. In a wide stance on the ground while he had little more powering her kick than a bit of momentum and the muscles of her wrist, the kick was doomed to failure. Unfortunately he couldn't take advantage of her vulnerable position as she seemed to think better of using her primary weapon as a leg rather than the purpose centuries of designing had designed it for.
The the wind came. Never one to waste a good bit of kinetic energy however, he grabbed his cloak as the wind approached him once again. Spinning in a clockwise direction, eh? Well then he'd just have to...
Stepping on the lower corners of the pelt and holding the top corners tightly, he ducked behind the material just as the wind made contact. It nearly tore the material from his hands, but he held on, even shoving his left hand further into the small twister as he leapt forward and to the left.
The effect was actually quite spectacular. He began to move forward but then the air ripped him off course. Spun a quarter of the way around the circumference of the vortex in the blink of an eye, he tore the cloak away from the end in a brilliant act of timing. The end result? He was practically thrown in a spinning flight through the air between them.
In the fraction of a second that it took to reach her, he somehow managed to remove the cloak from his neck and release it in such a way as the whipping movements it was making around him only served to make it throw itself over her. All in one movement, he did such and tucked his body into the best semblance of a sphere his body should shape, turning himself into a living spinning cannonball aimed straight at her center mass.
Behind him, to his left, to his right. It was rather difficult to tell at this point, but the had wind dispersed.

Seven watched the battle as it neared it's end. His eyes moving between the fighters and the judges. He wondered how they actually intended to sstop the fighters when neither one of them seemed to be compleetely aware that they had lost. He also yawned boredly and closed his eyes, lying back against the tree he had returned to. It had been a long fight, and something told him he and Mooo would have to wait a long time.

After watching the fight between Kellindel and Lyra, Grazelda waits a moment and then leans over to wisper something into Nicholas's ear.
Nicholas nods to Grazelda. She turns to the two fighters and the croud.
"Alright, ladies and gentlemen, We have decided who is the winner of the first match of the tournament. The winner is... Lyra Aliton."

Dear BTO members, Well everyone, It seems he had gone a long way since our first posts. 13 pages is very good, I didn't expect this. Since we have begun, Gaia has added many things, one of them is the new dice rolling option. Since we are a RP thread I was wondering if you would all like to convert over to the traditional D&D way of RPing or stay with the freetyling we have been using. Now, in order to use one dice in our games I would have to set up character sheets for all the characters and a move list which all of you would contribute to. If you have and questions or ideas on how this would work better please pm me. If you like this idea or you want to stay they way we are, voice it. PM me your oppinion, thank you.
