Darin chuckles, "Well then you'll enjoy something warm." He smiles and flicks his tail, walking over to the couch and setting the tray down on the coffee table. "It's cool. I really need to learn to pay more attention to whos about. I tend to be a bit jumpy in the morning. Especially since my head hurts like a b***h from drinking." he chuckles, "Coffee and a quick shower plus a dose of Endra's healing works like a charm."

Aure floated towards the couch and tray sitting down. He covered his mouth yawning against and picked up the small cup. "I don't drink coffee but a warm shower does wonders..I didn't make you drink did I?" He lowered his eyes. "I didn't mean to."

Darin shakes his head, hair flying about a bit. It was still damp and his body had that wet smell to it, he even smelled vaugely of citrus fruits. "No, it's not your fault. It's mine. I drink to settle myself." he sighs and smiles weakly, "If you wanna take up on that shower, I can lead you to the showers so you can take one." he nods.

Aure sipped the liquid and nodded. "I would like a shower. Then I best go home and change." He pulled on the halter slightly and unstrapped it. "These are uncomfortable to sleep in." He rolled his shoulder back.

Darin watches him cautiously, unsure of how to react himself. "It seems so. The shower will loosen the shoulder muscles and relax your entire body." he nods softly, "You looked great last night by the way."

"Thank you, but I shouldn't not have danced. It was Maki turn not mind." He shook his head slightly and placed the halter down. Aure smiled, tipping back his drink to finish it. "That was one of my more difficult dances. It is straining but fun to preform."

"Maki likes a bit of a challenge when he knows whom the other dancer is." he shrugs and smiles, leaning against the other couch mirroring the one Aure was sitting on. "But your welcome." he reaches up to run a finger along the small scab on his cheek. He shudders softly and lowers his hand, flicking his tail and shuffling his wings.

Aure blinked just noticing the scab. "How did you get wounded Darin? I didn't see that last night." He shifted in his seat uncomfortable. "The shower?"

Darin shakes his head. "No, the shower didn't do it." he sighs, "When Maki hit me, the jewelry he wore cut me a little." he shrugs, "It'll be fine. Plus, the smack brought me back to my senses." he chuckles softly.

Cody's rather spectacular mood of the previous day was beginning to flag noticeably. Having to deal with something verging on protectiveness in his own self for someone he really didn't know all that much about didn't seem to bode well. At least he'd managed to ditch Kaine at the Townhouse, still sleeping like a baby. Well... not quite like a baby.
Anyway!
The flame-thrower had been easy to obtain - apparently, gun-control wasn't something the Gaian population had thought of yet. Then again, the flamethrower would've been the least of anyone's troubles in a shop like the one he'd purchased it from, he'd had a tough time imagining the use of half the items on display.
But the knock-out drugs? This was getting a little more difficult than he'd thought it would be, partly because he didn't really know what to look for and partly because he really didn't know what would work. There were half a dozen herbs that came to mind, sure, but none of them were quite strong enough for what he had in mind - nor was he absolutely sure they'd work at all. It'd been far too long since his time in Kedalion's haven... or not long enough, he was having a tough time deciding.
And so here he was, bar-hopping. Or something. In the middle of the day. Yup, real clever. Then again, he only really had one day to get this over with... and he had to get it over with before the day ended. Thus did Cody enter the Night Demon Club, glancing about for anything remotely resembling shady enterprises. Seriously, he was getting desperate here!

Deamon watches the other walk past, having a good sense to know he was old enough. So he let him pass, noding once to Christmas.
The bunny steps up to the other, smiling softly, wearing his usual work attire. He tilts his head. "If you have any concerns about anything, please feel free to ask any workers, most of us will be able to answer your questions." he smirks, returning his head back to upright positioning, "Thank you for coming to the Night Demon, we all hope you enjoy our stay." he steps aside, waving a hand out to the surroundings of the club. A few people were already there, though they were at the bar or either upstairs.

Adjusting the weight of the bag that held the flamethrower over his back, Cody headed towards the bar, scanning the seats for anyone... naw, this wasn't working too well. How the hell did one go about asking for this kind of stuff, anyway? Should've gotten Marks to come... or anybody, really. This so totally wasn't working.

Serina walks up to him, dressed in his bartender attire. "Hiya there. Anything I can help you with?" His long blonde hair was tied back in a simple braided ponytail, his blue eyes dancing happily. He seemed a bit out of place in his uniform, the fishnet shirt showed his chest clearly, the redish-orangeish fur with his white belly showing underneath and his black slacks to match it. He wore a red ruby teardrop in his left ear, which moved along with his ear flicking.

Cody blinked once, slightly amused at having been approached. Did that mean this place was new and craving customers or just that it really was sort of early to be out? Whatever.
"I dunno," he said truthfully, raising an eyebrow. "You know how to contact the local mafia?" And he wasn't entirely sure that was a joke anymore.

The fox blinked and frowned, ears laying back some, "That's an unusual question there. But to answer it - no. I don't." he shakes his head, sighing softly. "The owner, who happens to be one of my housemates, refused to have anything to do with the local Mafia."
