"Heheh. That's what I said!" Astra proclaimed, shaking his head. "Uhm, multitasking?"
Astra took a moment to think as his slippers slished across the tiles. "I can listen to music, compose an essay, communicate with Lieth and Aerin in two separate strings of thought, as well as order lunch. I never really need to do more. Sometimes I play games too, I guess~" he shrugged.
The door to the infirmary swooshed open, a bright sunny light and a strong scent of florals wafting out.
Astra tried to stall a moment; this kid was sort of neat.
"What would you want to multitask with, anyhow, Small Child of Feral-Ness?"

Maji was thinking along a similar line, and good thing too, because normally anybody who kept emphasizing him being small would be regretting it or having it coming to them eventually.
"I don't know, I guess I'll have to think of the possibilties after I try it out," he mused, a thoughtful look on his face.
He normally wasn't big on communicating with others but he figured he'd be able to figure something out. Mostly he just hoped he could listen to his music while doing other things at the same time.

"The combinations are endless. My whole first week, I didn't move at all. I played bananaphone on repeat and played games till school started. Then I listened to all my other music in class. Though that may be why I failed."
Astra shrugged, not looking like he really cared. "Anyway. In you go, to land of floral-be-laurels, with Sir Mouse."

"Bananaphone? Should I even ask?" Maji shook his head as he entered the infirmary, deciding he wouldn't ask about the 'floral-be-laurels', either, and looked around for this "Sir Mouse" person, wondering if he'd be as quirky as astra.

Aerin greeted Maji with a small smile. His skirt was pleated and a pale creamy pink, his shirt a loose fitting blouse. His shoes were platform boots as usual, a neon pair trimmed with electric blue. His face was subtly done up, so that his lips were a little more red and his green eyes were a bit brighter. His hair was in a very swish
"Hello, Maji!" he greeted warmly, and he stood to greet him, the pleats swishing pleasantly. The room in the infirmary was brighter than any across the Academy, the walls themselves seeming to be cheerful.

Maji blinked, then blinked again. "Uh, you're Sir Mouse?" he asked uncertainly, while taking in the outfit and trying not to stare at the same time. He even sneaked a glance behind him to see if Astra was still there with a questioning look.

Aerin nodded, smiling sweetly. Astra was long gone, his giggles fading out as he walked down the hall. The door behind Maji slid closed, and Aerin beckoned to him.
"Take a seat anywhere you'd like, little guy." Aerin said, grinning. He beckoned to an assortment of chairs, beanbags, couches, and anything that could possibly be reclined in. He went to the cupboard, and began preparing the anesthesia.

Maji decided for once to be polite and refrain from a sarcastic comment. Even he could realize not everyone was as they seemed. He picked a comfy looking chair and plopped down while aerin got ready. He wasn't really nervous even though he was pretty sure he was going to get knocked out for this (what else could astra have meant by going 'to land of floral-be-laurels'?), more excited about what this feed thing could do.

Aerin grinned, glad the kid was taking it nicely. He came over, and in his syringe was a slightly bubbling lemon yellow liquid. "I promise this won't hurt too much," he said cheerfully, and slid the needle into Maji's vein.

Maji coudn't help but eye that bubbling liquid but refused to look too nervous. Instead he looked away and bit his lip as aerin gave him the anesthesia.
"That wasn't so bad..." he commented, blinking a few times and eventually conking out.
