Sailor Meissa - Team White - HP 9Meissa felt guilty about when her blow landed and caused the woman to keel over and wheeze from the strike to her guy. She was managing to keep her mask out of reach but she was starting to get a little winded from the fight; even if it was just a pretend battle. This time she was going to try and use her magic in conjunction with trying to attack again, simultaneously. She wheezed a little herself as she once again cried out her attack, "Meissa's Silent Stalker!"
This time as soon as the apparition appeared Meissa went on the offensive again. Her hands scrambled to snag the black mask once more. It was probably getting near the end of the battle and she was tiring but Meissa was in it til the end.Quote: Sailor Scout Attack: Meissa's Silent Stalker Meissa will create the illusion of a bobcat that circles her chosen target for twenty seconds. During the duration of the illusion the target of the attack will feel like cornered prey being stalked by a predator. They could experience fear, anxiety and maybe even the need to flee. It takes attention away from Meissa and could maybe leave the target open to being attacked. It's a distraction technique at the most. The enemy has to be inside a nine foot radius for the feeling of prey to be most effective. If Meissa is struck during the duration of the attack the illusion will end abruptly.

Page Richtersveld of Pluto - Team Black: HP: 15Perhaps Richtersveld should have expected that Meissa would use her attack again. After all, it had been rather effective the first time. And it seemed like the girl was getting tired, so she would probably try to perform another move that might give her the upper hand. Still, Richtersveld froze when she saw the bobcat once more, her blood running cold for a moment before her heart started slamming in her ears. She needed to escape. She was being stalked. She couldn't escape. She was going to die. For real this time-- Richtersveld was distracted sufficiently, and Meissa managed to get her hands on the mask for a moment. It wasn't long enough to get it off Richtersveld, though, because the sudden sensation of someone else grabbing onto her mask snapped her out of her frightened daze. Oh, right. Richtersveld pushed her mask back onto her face while trying to reach out for hers.

Sailor Meissa - Team White - HP 6That had been close. Meissa had had her hands on the mask and had felt it pull away from Richtersveld's face. It seemed as if though her hands reaching out and touching the mask though had sufficiently snapped the woman out of the magic's grip. Breathing heavily the senshi of bobcats took a moment to nod to herself. There were a few things to take into consideration as she backed away for a moment. She had seen the younger senshi on the field hop onto the backs of others and there was no way she would be copying the move. She was a teen; it would not bode well. She sighed and went in for another regular attack. Her leg this time snapped out to the side in an effort to maybe trip the older woman up. Or at least distract her. Her hands were still attempting to snag the black mask as that was the main point of the exercise. She managed to find a small amount of energy to speak over the din still going on around them, "You're a great opponent."

Page Richtersveld of Pluto - Team Black: HP: 13Being a larger target with longer legs, she was perhaps a bit easier to trip. Unfortunately, the force Meissa used in her trip was enough to only make Richtersveld stumble, not fall, and she put her other foot behind herself for a moment to force herself to gain her balance back. Was she really a great opponent? She was kind of just trying to get the mask off Meissa's arm-- "Ah, thank you!" Still, Richtersveld knew better than to reject a compliment. Even if she didn't think it was true, it was true enough to the person who was talking to her, and it was probably just her brain telling her she wasn't. Still, though, Richtersveld wasn't sure if she wanted to be thought of as a great opponent. She'd rather be a great ally-- Cutting her brain off, Richtersveld reached for Meissa's arm to get at her mask.

Sailor Meissa - Team White - HP 0 (handing mask to Richtersveld)It seemed as if she was done in. She was sucking in air and barely landing her remaining blows. Perhaps it was time to call the match. Backing up and untying the mask from where she had tied it around her arm she held it out in front of her. "Thanks for the battle Richtersveld. I actually enjoyed myself. You have your spoils of the battle." Here Meissa presented the mask to the other woman. She was beat but smiling. She had learned a few things during this battle that she could take away when it came to fighting the enemy.
"I think that I'm going to head back to the snack table. Wanna join me?"

Page Richtersveld of Pluto - Team Black: HP: 13-- Oh. Did she win? Richtersveld blushed when she was handed the mask, taking it and tucking it in the sash around her waist. She then paused, walked back over to her first aid kit, and placed it back in her hands. From the way some of the others were going at each other, she had a feeling some of them might need it-- "And thank you for the spar!" As much as she really hadn't wanted to, at least she had won. Maybe she wasn't terrible at this. Not that she really wanted to be good at it, either-- "I'm happy to hear you enjoyed yourself! And I would definitely enjoy snacks." Gesturing for Meissa to go ahead of her, Richtersveld followed afterwards.

Super Sailor Cybele- Team White Cybele might have been out, but it didn't stop her from leaning over her table and watching the action of the others. A few masks were stolen in the end. More of them were white than black in the end, she noticed with a small sigh. Winning was always nice, but she couldn't be that upset. The strong and supportive people on Team Black were still Order, in the end. The people who hadn't gotten their masks taken even this far in made her happier, still. Both the strong and the kind were both only as helpful as they were alive. She was distracted from her thoughts by the buzzing of her egg timer. She held it up and gave a quick smile, before booming out in her professional voice, "All right, everybody! It looks like it's not safe to be here anymore. The official brawl is over now, congratulations, Team Black!" She turned around with a small conceding nod. "But really congratulations, everyone, and thanks so much for coming out! It's been so lovely to see what everyone has in their back pockets. Feel free to keep your masks and whatever snacks are left as thanks. Of course I won't say no to more training if you'd like to stick around, and I'll give anyone my contact information if you have any feedback, suggestions, that sort of things." That said, she back around her table. Quote: The official battle is now over! Feel free to either keep mingling or to start writing exits. Thank you so much for the support everybody. This has been super fun!

Team White - Guardian Cat Mlinzi Mel whined when the senshi huffed at him, he didn't understand why she was so mad. Ok so he did knock her down... twice. But they were accidents and he apologized. For the first one at least. She was the one who freaked out over her mask, like he wanted to take her mask or something! Bah. He had his own mask, he didn't need hers! Unfortunately for Mel, the senshi had had a moment of inspiration and called out her magic attack. Golden cat eyes widened when he found himself held in place by some spirity thing. "Heeeey!" He squirmed slightly but he was well and truly caught. He wasn't going anywhere. "That's not fair!" It was during this short captivity that the 'fight' was completed. The magic that was holding him down dissipating even as the lady who had set the whole thing up called the brawl to a close, congratulating the black team for winning. Mel didn't even know that they were playing a game! But what caught his attention was the comment that he could keep whatever snacks were left. "Fish!" with a shout the large guardian cat forgot the senshi he had been tormenting and raced off towards the snack table. Was there any fish left? Could he snag some? Could he snag it all? Yum! Fish!!! -I've got to remember to hit quote not edit- Nuxaz >.< well at least she isn't dealing with him any more XD serpentsong Mel is going back to the snack table now that its all over... he wants fish XP

Team White - Squire Tortuga of JupiterTortuga needed to focus on the magic in order for it to last but even then it didn't stick around for an extended period. Not that it mattered because the two girls apparently decided to work in tandem. The one he had bopped on the head aimed another kick at his leg while he was distracted but he hadn't been training with Maia for over a year for nothing. He still took the kick, and it hurt, but it wasn't debilitating, however the punch the little rabbit girl was unexpected. That punch connected with his side and it hurt a lot more then the kick to his calf. Stifling a curse the squire disengaged from the two senshi, his magic fog already dissipating. Ugh, he really didn't like fighting. Purple eyes took in the two senshi's as he absently rubbed his side where the rabbit, rabbit punched him. He needed to come up with a plan that would take one of them out of the fight, but didn't hurt them, which was harder then it seemed. Against Maia he had to go all out or she would wipe the floor with his face but against these two... he didn't think that was necessary or warranted. Luckily he was saved by the bell, the kitchen timer to be exact. The senshi who had set this whole thing up called an end to the shenanigans, declared team black the winners, and offered up the snacks to anyone who wanted them. With a sigh Tortuga pulled his mask off and offered it two his two opponents, "here you go." He didn't want to keep it anyway but he did offer up a comment to the one senshi. "Be careful with that magic, if it reacts the way grain dust does in real life you could get in some serious trouble." That science class had been interesting. Watching a small fire ball erupt from just grain dust, air, and fire had been cool but being in a cloud of dust and having that flash through his mind... that had been a little terrifying. Glancing at the bunny girl he added, "You've got a decent right hook there. Good job." He didn't really know what else to say or any other suggestions. How did one give fighting tips? He sucked at this whole 'teaching' thing. Merurulince punch him again just cuz XD Nuxaz No laughing at him you two.... >.>

Sailor Anastasia - Team Black
Anastasia had run off, pushing past whomever she had to to get away from the large cat who'd decided she would make a good target. Luckily she wasn't followed or her magic worked, whatever. She didn't care. She was ready to get the heck out of there.
But then the girl who arranged the whole thing told them the 'game' was over and that a team (her team!!!) had won and the senshi halted, debating her options before she shook her head and decided, nah. She wasn't sticking around.
She did, however, pull off the mask and drop it on a table when she slipped away.

Gev was finished, the two masks in hand, and frowned as the announcement was made that the fight was over. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
Looking about, he passed by Emry as the man had tried to threaten him. "You know when you shove a weapon at someone's throat, it's often considered a threat. I won't warn your husband then since he isn't your keeper, right? I'll just warn you. Do that again, and I'll put you in your place."

He was breathing heavily, his chest rising and falling, but as Gevauden's voice came wafting back towards him, Emrys turned to look at him, green eyes darkening. Silently, stepping past Eurydike, he leaned in towards the other, his expression as cold as ice.
"Go ahead and try."
His hand reached out and threaded with Eurydike's fingers as Emrys backed away again, and there was something uncompromising about the set of his jaw, the glint in his gaze.
"Let's go home, Eurydike."

Before he could get a counterstrike in, the whole thing was over; still, though, Eurydike wasn't feeling especially sore about it, even with the aching foot and the knowledge that he hadn't snagged a mask. Actually, he had to laugh. "I feel like that was half a spar an' half a bitchfest about our wardrobes, " but there was a brightness in his remaining eye, now. It was kind of nice to spar in good company. He really did need more of that, and maybe that in itself was part of the problem. "I'd be down to do this again. Hit me up sometime, yeah?" He was extending his hand before he abruptly realized there was a problem. Because in all that, he'd kind of missed his husband holding his weapon to Gev's throat, and all of a sudden they were snapping at each other and - "Oh, ********, " he grunted, flashing the senshi of vampires an apologetic look. "S'cuse me. Seriously, keep in touch." Then he got there just in time for Emrys to whisper a throat and then grab his hand, Eurydike's gaze flashing back and forth between his new friend and the love of his life with visible confusion. "Babe - " but if his husband said it was time to go, then it was time to go, and Eurydike wouldn't fight him on it. He did, though, flash an apologetic (if confused) look in Gev's direction. His voice dropped to not even a whisper as he hissed to his husband, "The ******** was all that about? - what'd he do to Celsus, I don't - ?"

Squire Emrys - HP: 34
His leg was aching a little already, and he had been ready to go home before he heard Gevauden's voice. Emrys stopped walking, his fingers still clenched around Eurydike's, and maybe it was the fact that Gevauden's attitude was grating at his nerves. Or maybe it was the fact that for once, he was so tired of always being the one beaten that he wanted, painfully, to prove that he wasn't just a shrinking violet.
Or maybe it was his fierce protective nature when it came to Eurydike and Celsus. Either way, he didn't answer his husband's question; instead, Emrys swung around abruptly, the staff brandished, and swung it suddenly sideways in a low swinging arc that was aimed at Gevauden's legs.
"My stick you said?"
