Mera returned to find...her ice hive in good condition! Wow. She wasn't sure what to make of that. Good that it was in one piece, but then there probably wasn't much attention going its way...Hm. Mera could only shrug and work on the hive further. Maybe make a little chimney? More stomping! Ugh. She would just have to try...harder. Somehow. Could she work any harder? Wander wasn't sure. But she could keep trying... For some reason. She sighed. Leaving the space empty felt bad, too. Just looked sad. And if she made something...maybe Poe could see it! And that would be something. She couldn't disappoint her friends if they decided to look at her entry...

His house stood proud and tall! Still! So proud of himself. Reemus felt like he hacked this competition. Looks didn't seem to be everything (not that he really had any issues with that, personally). His ice hive stayed sturdy and stable. Reemus decided he would reinforce it and maaaaybe punch in some windows? "There's RAMPS?!" The lowblood shrieked. Panic filled her veins as she looked up ahead. In a perfect world she could simply bypass them without riding any. In reality, however, she was too uncoordinated to achieve this. Tevini attempted to turn, shooting her grappling hook into the ground in desperation. All this achieved was spinning her around and now she was sliding backwards. ********! There were no words to describe the drop in her bilesack as she went barreling off a ramp backwards and flew into the air.
"AIEEEEEE!!" Screams cut through the air. Flailing, she almost used her psionic powers to lower herself safely back down to the ground. That would've been smart. Instead, Tevini felt overwhelmed and simply accepted death. Spiraling down she hoped it would be swift.

And in the past she'd never cared about being alone.
"Hm." Tevini paused, suddenly concerned for herself. She knew she'd softened up ever since she'd moved in with Cerpin and fallen for him but she hadn't expected herself to change this much. Was it a good thing? She didn't know. Drumming her fingers on the snow, she knew she couldn't run away from this realization like she would in the past. There was too much at stake to do stupid things like that anymore. Tevini really didn't want to lose any more time.
"Ha..." She sighed, smiling down at the foundation she'd built. Smeared and discolored from the parking lot snow, it was sturdy but it wasn't going anywhere. It didn't look appealing at all. Picking up a handful of some glittering clean snow nearby, she sprinkled a little whimsy onto it. Looking at it from a different angle now she could see some potential that she'd missed. Perhaps a different perspective was all she'd needed.

Looked like it. Must be all those damn tourists trotting all over the thing. She poured some more water out, hoping to get a huge, thick sheet that no one at all would step on. After a moment or two, she grabbed a few icicles as well and lined the front of her hive with nasty-looking spikes. That would sure keep them out.

Current Score: 5 Quella took a deep breath as she finally emerged from the tree line. She'd managed to slow herself a bit zigzagging through the heavy forest, using her spear for leverage, but it still felt like she was going really, really fast. The blueblood oushed her skiis outward, trying to slow herself down at least a little. It didn't seem to do much other than throw her off balance. What was that red marking up ahead? Was that... That was a jump. Definitely a jump. The hunter was going to die. Except maybe, just maybe, she could use that to her advantage. Get some good air to slow herself down. Quella tensed, her legs bunching as she prepared to fly off the the ramp. Then a single spring, and she was airborne and slowly... rolling... forward in midair. This was fine. Everything was fine. Twisting herself and her weapon, she tried to right herself before she came crashing to an ignoble end. The hunter just barely managed to get her strut pods under her before she slammed back against the powdery snow with a spray of fine particles. Good gog, that had been close.
