MAYHEM - March 12th, 2018

User ImageWithin the following weeks, both the CWF Women's Champion Sasha Banks and her opponent for the Royal Rumble, Becky Lynch would be targets of the Riott Squad to make a name for themselves. In a hard fought battle, Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks would come up victorious in a 2-on-3 Handicap Match against the Riott Squad, with Sasha getting the win with a bank statement onto Liv Morgan. After the match, both Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks would stand tall with the Riott Squad retreating, as the two women would soon meet at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view event for the CWF Women's Championship. The CWF 7-Continents Champion, Samoa Joe would then put his championship on the line in a triple threat match against both The Blueprint, Matt Morgan and The Phenomenal, A.J. Styles. Before the sound of the bell however, I, Stephanie McMahon would come out and announce a new championship that replace the Dixie Carter championship designed title, and reveal the CWF United States Championship. The three men would put in a tremendous performance, but in the end, it would be Samoa Joe prevailing, being the first and ONLY man in history to be the last CWF 7-Continents Champion, and the first CWF United States champion.
After the match would be all said and done, Austin Aries would come out and interview Joe. The interview would take a turn towards the worse, as Aries would blindside Joe. For the past couple weeks, Aries would interview the competitors after the matches, and Samoa Joe let his guard down. Who knows what would happen next. Later on in that night, Abyss would take on Bullet Club member Adam Cole in a Steel Cage match, as Adam Cole would showcase his talents in singles competition in his CWF debut, letting the rest of the club members know that he could hang with the Monster. Even with outside interference from CWF Champion Matt Gennison, it still wouldn't be enough to put away The Monster in a long, hard fought match, with Abyss walking away with the win.
