The girl yawned loudly as she moved her legs pushing the show out of her way with each step until she hit something with her foot making her trip and go tumbling down the mountain and ways. "damn snow... damn ice.... damn rocks!!!!" She yelled as she rolled through the snow and hail. ""
Onyxia grabbed a Pokeball. She wanted to attempt to catch the Pokémon before it got hurt more or Ordo got hurt more. She threw the ball with everything she could. In her mind thanking her Father for treating her like a boy. "Please be caught." She looked at Ordo who snatched the sandwich and was munching on it. "Thanks Ordo..." She went back to watching the Pokeball, a prayer in heart and mind to catch a new friend.

Nim's eyes widened as she realized exactly what the Bunnelby's intentions were. "NO HUGGING!" she shrieked in horror, returning to a reckless run down the mountain. None! Literally none! She'd only just started warming up!
Eins grumbled, but skittered along after her trainer.

Starter Pokemon: Mimikyu [F] Name & Level: Eins, Level 3 [Temperament] Lonely Bio: Eins spent most of her pre-capture time haunting a candy store and sneaking free lollipops into the pockets of screaming children. She'd have been content to stay that way but for the will of the cult. Indeed, she was actually caught by Nim's sponsor, and given to the girl in an attempt to give her a step up when it came to fighting. The sponsor also has a slightly better sense of humor than Nim-- giving a Mimikyu a Mimikyu! No one could count on Nim's dislike of Pokémon being quite as... intense as it was, for the girl can barely stand to look at her starter. Nim couldn't even name the creature properly, just giving it a number for a name. For her part, Eins isn't too fussed; humans are strange, and she'll melt her trainer's heart one way or another... possibly by giving it a heart attack, but still. [[Whoops, forgot Deneb's EXP from the Sneasel fight!
A Smoochum ambled slowly along the path, deep in thought. Oh, if only she had a way to break this curse! She KNEW she was destined to be something more beautiful, but there wasn't a single Pokemon on this mountain that she hadn't kissed, and none of them had managed to save her from this fate. She smooched the air sadly, wishing it was a handsome prince.
As she heard Altair coming, she'd lift her head up. A sudden joy lit up in her eyes. /My prince!/ she squawked, holding her flippers wide. /And my, so handsome! We'll make a beautiful couple!/ She ran right at the trainer, lips first, ready to plant a big one on him!
Though it might have been tough for Sol to see, the tiny waving of the Vanillite's oddly poofy "swirl" would give away it's hiding spot. He had witnessed the Golett's brutality, and wanted nothing to do with the situation. He would stay buried here for as long as needed; if Sol wanted to engage, he'd have to dig the ice-type out!

"There is no place like home ...there is no place like home"
Tiye would declare over and over as she looked out the side of the helicopter at the land below. The ride had been something of a nightmare, the thing seemed to lurch in the air at times, and she swore she heard something fall off during the flight.
The blades were loud and the entire thing was pretty deafening. There was nothing fun about this ride at all, and all the girl could think was that she would give anything ...anything to be on the ground right now.
The land, the earth, the soil ...yes earth, mother earth.
Tiye was pretty sure if she survived this, she would be building a raft and going back to the academy that way ....because there was no way she was going to use the signal flare. No way, she was getting back in this thing again ...maybe she could catch a ride with another student who had a much more stable ride.
The wind bluffed the helicopter again, and the girl went green in the face. The sound of the engine actually died, and the rotation of the blades above her head seemed to actually slow down.
Tiye would grip the seat belts in a death grip.
Her mantra of there is no place like home changed in an instant to.
"I don't want to die ...I don't want to die."
A loud bang like something misfiring and the sound of the engine would roar back to life ...as the blades started to speed back up.
Tiye wanted only one thing at this point.
She wanted out of this thing.
Thus her mantra changed again, "I will keep both feet on the ground ...I will swim in the sea, but human don't belong in the air. I will never fly again, I swear."
Tiye's heart had skipped a beat, with that scare, but, it seemed that everything for the moment would be okay.
Trust was being assaulted by a fury of attacks, she needed to respond quickly and move out of the way from this Deino! Luckily, the Pokemon was blind so if she ducked back enough, she should be able to dodge!
[I shoulda asked earlier, since I flinched...was the previous roll for a defense or was it the roll for my attack turn?]
"ghh?!" What a hideous creature! caught completely off guard by a smoochum, of all things. Altair instinctively reached for a pokeball, calling his newly acquired sneasel out right between him and the smoochum. "Spica! Prove your worth and protect me from this...grotesque thing!"
"> Oi, what makes you think I'm gonna listen to- hawawa! <" What a hideous creature! Wait, he'd definitely hunted one of these things down before. Their weak spot was those big, easy to catch lips. Without giving it a second thought the sneasel rushed forward, mouth wide open and sharp fangs sticking out. She'd finally found someone who kissed back - but this boys kisses pack a mean Crunch!
((15+5)-5)-(9-6) = 12 x 2 = 24 DMG! Smoochum is at -10 HP!
Spica gains 35 EXP!
Well, dark and handsome, this Sneasel was, but this one wasn't tall. Still, the Smoochum was initially happy to see him, throwing herself forward into his maw... quite literally. Spica's attack would crush the life out of her, ripping her lips right off, and leaving behind a mangled corpse. Well, that's one way to do it. At least she died dreaming of a prince.

Altair promptly recalled the sneasel, though not before he could catch a glimpse of Spica apparently swallowing whatever bit of the smoochum that was left in his mouth. Food was food no matter how ugly the source, and those plump lips were especially nice and tender.
The boy briefly considered burying the body out of respect. Some other wild creature might find use out of it, though, so he simply sidestepped past it instead. He wasn't a blood ritual type witch anyway, no need to dirty his hands handling the corpse.
The rocks beneath Altair's feet began to shake and rumble. Snow and sheets of ice slid off the mountaintop, crashing into the ground below and highlighting exactly how much longer he had to reach the ground. The earth heaved and shuddered, sending Pokemon scurrying down the path out of danger. Altair would have no such time to react, for shortly the mountain would crack open to reveal--
/AFTER TEN THOUSAND YEARS, I AM FREE./ A Carbink rose from the bowels of the earth, shedding dirt and snow as he floated mid-air. /IT IS TIME TO DEFEND MY COUNTRY./ Though Altair wouldn't be able to understand it, the melodic tones of the Jewel Pokemon still rang out like the clanging of little bells. Without a hint of hesitation, it placed itself directly in front of Altair, staring into the witch's eyes. It remained there, motionless and humming gently. This was an Area Guardian, prepared to defend!
It would seem that Isuzu's ruckus would attract some unwanted attention. Drawn by the noise...or perhaps it had been watching it whole time...a Vanillite would appear. Slicking back his swirled top like hair, the Ice-type would proclaim ">Well if no one is going to take care of the riffraff, I'll just have to do it myself!<" Leaping down from a snow dune and into the girl's path, the Vanillite would go on to declare ">Dazzling the stage, I have ARRIVED! As the clouds above as my witness, this day you shall perish!<" As if reacting to this words, the clouds would abruptly part, the sky clearing almost instantly. High above the sun would shine brightly. It didn't release enough heat to raise the temperature much...in fact it seemed to be getting colder....but my was it a Sunny Day all of a sudden!
Clearly Onyxia hadn't yet learned that capturing a Pokemon was a game of patience. You were supposed to weak it some before throwing a ball!
With a terrifying snap the ball would burst open, breaking against the ground as the cryogonal looked at the girl with pure, abundant rage in it's eyes. How DARE they. The insolence alone made it a promise the girl would die even slower than originally planned, and it did like to take things slow. But first it needed to prepare. It wanted every blow to be brutal and painful, and so it would Sharpen itself further.
((The previous roll was technically your defense, and I would like to remind you to make sure to keep track of your HP in your posts. Anyway you can turn that 15 into an attack in this one rare case if you like, or simply roll again. I'll allow it under the circumstances as you weren't yet aware of Flinch being in effect.))
Tiye would soon find her wish being granted, albeit not in the least how she probably wanted it to be. Turned out her seatbelt wasn't actually attached to the seat, and so as the door opened, it would take on one small sharp shove from the Jumpluff to push her right out of the helicopter. It was a long long way down. Mercifully the drop itself was much shorter. By accident or design, the girl would land on a tall, well balanced stack of rocks which vaguely resembled a mushroom from the distance. When she eventually crawled down there she'd find herself in a glittering white salt flat, the sun beating down on her from high above.
