"Futomimi...watch.." she called to the Mannikin, pacing around with her weapon. She glanced over the enemies...Judging their sizes, weights and shapes....Before starting to dodge out of the way of their strikes.
The Mannikin watched as she made use of her petite size, dodging out of lethal blows, and swaying around...as if leading them into position. Before he could point it out, she'd found her opening...
And dashed through them with a blade-rush, splitting them all in twain..And leaving her body unmarred by their assault. Futomimi clapped at this, prompting the girl to bow lightly.
"All a part of my training.."

Youmu faced a similar horde...But, figured it would be better to not have an audience. She didn't want to risk appearing foolish if she failed.....And, as she switched her pace around the demons..
She twirled like a dance, hands teasing at the hilt...But, pausing..waiting for the right moment to strike.
She waited...and waited...and waited...before eventually finding the window of opportunity, and lashing out. She cleaved through the enemies...but, left them alive this time. The dull end of her blade would hurt them considerably, but wouldn't fell them. No.
"If you approach me again, I will use the proper side of my blade." she called to them, sheathing her blade as she groaned on the ground. "So..Do not make me regret sparing your lives today."
It was a cool-one liner...but, she still felt dorky saying it. She really hoped none of her friends ever saw, or heard of her doing such a thing.

The girl was able to wait for the proper moment...before gripping her blade, and lashing out at them, only opening her eyes after the bodies all tumbled to the ground...and she heard a soft cracking.
Turning her head, she saw Futomimi bringing his fist down on a single enemy...gesturing with a smile at her.

"Show me a hero, and I will write you a tragedy"There were plenty of options for places to eat in the Okina City Station...or at least, there were in better times, when people walked the station paths and occupied the restaurants, serving foods of all different varieties. There were your standard fast-food joints, restaurants for family meals, and different nationalities of foods that were enough to make the mouth water just thinking about it. Personally, he had always wanted them to open up a specific Beef Bowl joint or a branch outlet of Hagakure here (ever since that trip to Gekkoukan when they had hit up that hole-in-the-wall Ramen Shop which they had left Teddie stranded at after he stole Yukiko's meal he'd never forgotten it). Alas, his favorite spot since he had started coming here that was open and/or existed was the Chagall Cafe, with high-class bagels and that coffee that, while strong, was completely out of this world. And it didn't hurt that every time he'd had their coffee it made him feel as though his persona was evolving, some deeper understanding of the other sides of himself growing inside of his mind. He had a thirst for one of them right now, actually...that Pheromone Coffee...but the odds of finding it with the shop in the state it was in was...well, slim-to-none. He'd have to find somewhere else, he supposed, if he wanted to find something worth eating.
There was a Wild Duck Burger nearby, though. He supposed that was the simplest option, wasn't it?
"You know, I heard a rumor about something in that Wild Duck Burger once, but I can't quite remember it," he thought aloud, pausing as a demon came closer, springing at him before he side-stepped it and chopped the back of its neck to send it sprawling on the ground, "Hellishly good...something? Maybe if I stop by I'll find it...can't imagine a more appropriate food for a world like this one, right?"Quote: 33 Tokens

"There's so many demons still..but at the same time." she mused, sheathing her blade again. "I'm not scared of them. Not right now.."

"Show me a hero, and I will write you a tragedy"Youmu was right, it was always good to see a familiar face, let alone in a situation as completely off-the-rails screwed up as this one. He nodded and smiled faintly as she appeared before him, calling out to him, and with a nod he greeted her in return.
"Mysterious Girl," he quipped with a half-smile, though he had since learned her name it was still entertaining to use the nickname that their mutual acquaintance and friend Shun had given her upon their first meeting, "Nice clothes. Glad to see you're still alive, too. I just decided to investigate Okina City today, but I forgot to grab something to eat back in Inaba before I came." That was about the long and short of it, there really wasn't much else to be said so far. He wished that he had been a part of the struggle the day before, but sadly, he hadn't been present when the first of the Fiends fell. His hands had been rather full, anyway, with the devils he had cleared out of so many of the buildings back in his hometown. Today it was Okina's turn to get a little bit of Soji Justice set upon it. But for now, and first of all, food was on the agenda. Man could hardly function unless he had something in his stomach for fuel the machine, right?

Youmu KonpakuYoumu let out a small chuckle as Soji referred to her by the Monkier he and his friend did. As he remarked on her clothes, she lightly blushed, and averted her eyes for a moment.
"W..well...I didn't wanna wear the same thing every day..." she called meekly, pressing her fingers together. "Worried it would look..kinda gross."
Despite the..masculine clothing she wore, she still very much had a feminine side...And, as the boy assured her the glad-to-be-alive-feeling was mutual..Her ears perked up at hearing him mention food.
"Oh, Do I ever!" she called with a smile, turning to lead him towards Troittown. "A friend of mine actually has kind of set up something here that's...unbelievable."
She didn't want to come out and say it was a restaurant...Because, that still sounded weird to her. A place like that, in the post-apocalypse?
"So...just think of what kind of thing you wanna eat. You'll know the place when you see it."
There was a giant-freaking angel with a 'Kiss the Cook' Smock on, that was bigger than a few buildings. It was..hard to miss.
There were a few demons that would attempt to ambush the two on the way back...but, Youmu drew her sword with several careful, practiced slashes...and Soji would be lightly reminded she definitely was far more than met the eye. "Meat's stocked....Bread's at the ready. Significant amounts of cheese..."
Inventory checked out..the demons had rested well...And, their newest addition, Nyx, had her own section filled with various..beverages that she wouldn't let them drink, but several Oni and other demons would be fond of.
Demons were all around her...But, unlike many other times..They just made her feel at home.
"Oh, I hope everyone's back soon with some good news!" she called with a smile, watching as the doors would soon open, and customers would be pouring in.
"I hope Youmu has found some new friends." she called lightly to herself, watching as a brown haired girl made her way in. "Hi! Welcome to Troitown! Home of Heaven's finest burgers! What would you like?"
The girl looked...perplexed at the remark. So casual...So offhanded.."Are you an idiot...Or just that strong that you can keep this kind of place running?""We're all about helping our customers." she called, gesturing at herself.
