She was deeply troubled, frustrated. "Damn them, they are now just toying with me I know it. The far ones..." She got to her feet then, and crossed her arms across her chest. "I'm sorry..."

He let out a sigh as he too raised to bring her hands to her face, cupping her cheeks, "Forget them for now, love. If they show up again, we'll know."

"I..I can't go on like this..knowing they can take control of you in the blink of an eye, that they can destroy us so easily. It...I just can't.." She babbled, and then slowly shook her head.

He pulled her close to stroke her hair in hopes of calming her down, "Love, it'll be fine. I won't forget you again, I can't allow that. I'm....making preparations. We'll find them the moment they come within range and I will give them an ultimatum before they can do whatever it is that they did."

She leaned against him and sighed heavily. "I just worry....." she said softly, and closed her eyes. "That is all...What do you have planned?"

He smiled as she seemed to calm, still holding her close, "I know you worry hun, and as I've said, its not a terrible trait. You just need to learn not everything is worth the effort, just like I need to learn to be nice to people instead of killing them." He chuckled weakly, trying to make light of the situation, "Can't have ya worrying yourself to death while I'm out carving big messages to myself in rock in several places I frequent so I'll remember you for sure."

She stared at him oddly. "Your carveing messages into a rock?" She asked, raiseing an eyebrow slightly.

He nodded, "I figure if I carve myself a message in the side of a mountain near where I usually go It'd kinda be hard to miss it." He smiled weakly. It wasn't the best plan, but it was big, flashy, and....hell, it was just ******** huge, so it was totally his style.

"The side of a mountain?" She asked again, and tried to picture this in her head. "When do you go to a mountain? What mountain? How do you know that they...won't erase it?"

He chuckled, "The northlands! My fortress there was built within a mountain range. A deep crevass runs through the rock nearby and a sheer cliffwall rises behind. At least one Soldier is posted there at all times to monitor the Fortress. As for erasing it, I am seeking out alternate locations to mark, even going so far as to ask an old friend not part of the Dominion itself to take similar procautions. Even if the words etched in stone are blasted away, these Far Ones cannot hope to scour the land of all the clues I shall leave behind."

"Mindblaze, the far ones created you and this Dominion I think they could easily find them all." She said, not really thinking of her words, but as she let what she said sink into her head she mentally slapped herself.

He couldn't help but chuckle a bit, "That may be true, but with the precautions I have taken they would have to take a very active role in the life of those across the globe. Seyisu and his bretheren have not failed me before, and I shall never fail them. If the need so arises he will reveal unto me what is to be known. I cannot forget him, my love. As such they cannot take away such a countermeasure. Calm your fears, love, I won't lose you again."

She sighed, slightly frustrated. The Far Ones were able to so easily take her, to erase her from his memory, to erase people from the Dominion from his memory. At their will she was sure they could shape the Dominion and its people. She bit her lip and ran a hand through her hair.

He let out a brief sigh, "Perhaps we should leave the confines of Utopia. I would give the world to stay here with you, but it feels...off. I want to protect you from all that is within my power, but I fear I cannot do that. This leaves us with a choice. We can hope to find a way to bargain with these Far Ones, or I can expell you from the Dominion so that they may not forcibly remove you ever again."
