Nicolas rolled his eyes and walked over to Yulma, poking her side a bit while staring down at her with his piercing eyes. "Aye, you scared?" he teased her, although he did wonder if this meant that she was also scared of him... It truly made him wonder big time and maybe it was best if he kept his distance from her just in case. "Alright. Sorry if I scared you then. I'll get going." he cleared his throat and then walked out of his room, Lily following after him only for a bit before she wandered to somewhere else in the house.

As he left, he did think if he should do something to demonstrate her that he was just as normal as any human. What Nicolas wasn't realizing is the fact that he was worried that she was scared of him or his roots. Why would he even care, right? I think I have a book in the library about what human women like... It might help. he thought as he quickly made his way to the library that was in his home.

It took a while to find the book, but Nicolas managed to find it. The book was titled, Don't just pretend to be a Human. Believe you are one!. It had been a best seller back in the days. Let's see what this book has to offer. Nicolas thought as he grabbed the book and sat on the couch in the living room reading it quietly. "Okay...? This book his sh*t." he said out loud as he threw the book at the floor. Maybe it was best if he only didn't use or did anything a demon would do. He was hoping that wouldn't scare her away from him. "Hmm..." Just as he stood up from the couch, the bell rang. Someone was by the door, but it seemed that the person had allowed themselves in.

"Oh Nicolas! Where are you?! I heard you were back!" a female voice called from the distance. That voice Nicolas could easily recognize... It was the princess's.... Nicolas's eyes opened wide. What is she doing here? he thought. Quickly he walked out of the living room and looked around to find the princess, Evangelina, walking around searching for him. The moment she saw Nicolas, the princess ran towards him and tackled hugged him. "Nikky! When did you come back? Why did I barely found out?!" she said as she had her arms wrapped around Nicolas and looked up at him. Nicolas blushed lightly and looked away, he was not hugging the princess back. "It hasn't been even an hour since I arrived..." he said still not looking at the princess, but his blush still there.

The princess giggled and let go of Nicolas. "Well, I'm sure you are aware that you won't be able to leave for a couple of days, right? There's been things going on... But I'm really glad you're back! You never seem to visit me anymore..." she said looking down at the floor, getting shy all of a sudden. Nicolas turned to look at Evangelina, Eva for short, and opened his mouth as to say something really quick but stopped himself from saying anything... "You know why I stopped visiting you..." he said moments later.... Nicolas had stopped visiting Evangelina the moment the king had her betrothed to someone, which was pretty much the reason she and Nicolas broke up in the first place. The princess got quiet but quickly broke the awkward moment by changing the subject. "Is it true you didn't come alone? Who did you bring with you?" asked the princess, the curiosity was very noticeable just by the way her eyes sparkled.

Nicolas wanted to take the princess to the living room to continue with their speech but just as he was about to do that, the princess turned around and began roaming around his house randomly. She always did as she pleased. It wasn't as if she wasn't used to it anyways seeing how she was the princess of hell. "Hey! Don't go around just walking randomly into people's homes." he said holding to her arm. He didn't want her to find Yulma. He knew that right away the princess would know that Yulma was human... and who knew what she would do if she found out. Nicolas wasn't too sure if the princess was even fond of humans in the first place.

"I'm the princess of hell, Nicolas. I can do as I please. Now, let me go. I want to see this person you brought. One of your servants said it was a woman. Is this true?" she asked raising an eyebrow. Although Evangelina looked calmed, she was actually trying to hide her jealousy. She was engaged but not on her own will. If it was up to her, she would still be with Nicolas, but there were things that couldn't be done... Nicolas sighed to her question and walked towards her. "So what if it is? C'mon, Eva. You don't have to meet her. She and I are dating so I rather you two don't meet. You know.. it would be weird for my actual girlfriend and my past girlfriend to meet." Nicolas found himself lying about his relationship with Yulma on purpose since he couldn't reveal the truth about them. If he did, then the servants would also find out that he and Yulma had lied earlier as well.

Taking the deep breath, the princess was really trying her best to hide her real thoughts and feelings about this. "Well, with more reason! Allow me to give her my blessing!" and after saying that, she ran around trying to find Yulma!

"Wait!" Nicolas called but it was already too late. The princess was already off to who knew where in his home. "I guess she hasn't changed at all." he said to himself as he ran his fingers through his fine dark hair. Just as he said that, he had a realization. He had to find Yulma before the princess did! He had to let her know a bit about the situation so the princess doesn't catch her off guard.

Dammit! Whenever Eva is around, I always find myself hurrying up to do things.... Quickly, Nicolas began walking around trying to find Yulma, but he was having a hard time doing so, however after a while he managed to find her not too far from his original spot actually. Made him wonder if she had even heard his conversation with the princess. Still, without wasting time, he quickly pulled her by the arm to talk to her. "Yulma!" he called. However, as he found her, the princess was already on the other side of the hall ready to talk to Yulma!

Nicolas realized this so he had to think quickly. Sh*t! Sh*t! Sh*t!" he thought. He had no time and he didn't want the princess coming near Yulma any time soon, so... the only escape was... kiss. Without much thinking, Nicolas pinned Yulma against the wall, quickly looked at her innocent round eyes and then quickly he closed his eyes and locked his lips with hers. His hands holding on to hers against the wall, while providing her with a deep and passionate kiss on the lips. Honestly, Nicolas didn't know what to expect. He had three options: a slap from Yulma or teasing from the princess. Whichever it was, for some reason it didn't matter, because Nicolas found himself enjoying this kiss more than he had thought he would... The man just continued to kiss her deeply and still against the wall, being fierce yet passionate about it.

The princess halted midway as he looked at Nicolas and the woman that was with him. She was speechless, although her facial expression remained blank. This wasn't much like Nicolas, or at least not a side she knew... which is why it came pretty much to shocking. Is this... for real...? she wondered, but the princess wasn't stupid. She wasn't going to buy this or at least not yet. Instead, she had a plan. I'm gonna hide... let's see what these two do when they see I'm gone. she thought. She was pretty sure that the only reason Nicolas had kissed the woman was because he somehow saw her come into the hall. She was also convinced that the moment he notices she was gone, that he would reveal that they aren't really dating. Or would it...?

Not putting much more attention to his surroundings, Nicolas continued to kiss Yulma... just as energetically and passionately.... Was this really just a façade being put up or was something really coming up between him and Yulma that the demon man was failing to see yet...?

Nicolas would be lying if he said that he wasn't enjoying the kiss one bit. The man was really into it, gasping for air to kiss her longer, but in his mind he was chaos. Why am I doing this? Why am I feeling this? I feel like I want more of Yulma.. he wondered as he gave Yulma one last deep kiss before he broke the kiss and stared down at her eyes while he caught on to his breathing. That kiss had surely been... intense.. and what was worse was that the princess was no longer watching and Nicolas knew... And yet, somehow he wanted more. More of Yulma.. more of her soft lips.

Locking his eyes with hers, not menacing but instead those of a lost puppy, he leaned in ready to kiss her again. Ready to still another kiss. He felt his heart beat faster, but his body wanted this...

The princess, who was on the hall next to the one Yulma and Nicolas were in, gasped for she had managed to see the look of Nicolas had given Yulma and how he was leaning in for more... It left the princess wondering. No... I-it can't be... Maybe he thinks I'm still there...? she thought, as she refused to accept this. The princess was convinced this was still an act and was going to try her best to see if she could spark that love Nicolas once had for her.

The fact that Yulma stopped him from kissing her truly took him by surprise, but it did make him snap out of it. I was gonna kiss her again.. he realized. Taking a step back, he looked at Yulma again, but his glare was different. It was confused one. He opened his mouth as if about to say something, but not a word came out. No. Nicolas merely placed both hands on his pockets and walked away, turning right on the hall. The princess stood there watching Nicolas walk by. She wasn't sure how she felt about this. "Nicolas..." she whispered as he watched him go. Sighing, the princess decided to step out of hiding and finally meet with Yulma.

As expected, the princess kept her poise, and smiled at the woman. "Hello, I believe you're the woman who arrived with Nicolas there?" he said pretty straight forward. The princess could smell Yulma.. She could tell she was human... but she wasn't going to mention it. At least not yet. "Look, I'll go straight to the point. What are you to Nicolas? Now, don't lie to me because if I find out you did, I assure you that you and Nicolas will be in trouble." said the princess glaring at Yulma. This was pretty much just her jealousy acting up since the princess was usually a very calmed and friendly woman.

Nicolas was by the mini bar area, serving himself something. It was just a small quantity. He looked serious and thoughtful. The man was in deep thought. He had one hand on his pocket while the other one he used to drink from his glass. As he stood, he looked poised and charming. He was easily one of the best looking demons out there and it was easy to see how many fell under his charm without him ever really trying. What the hell am I supposed to answer her if she asks me again? I wasn't really trying to get a favor out of her and the princess wasn't even around anymore... I've got no excuse... he thought, letting out a heavy sigh.

Nicolas finished his drink and placed it down as his thoughts got interrupted by Yulma. Part of him was grateful that she had because he knew he was a mess inside at the moment. "It's nothing... I just.. " he took a deep breath and was about to say something but out of nowhere the princess came in and wrapped her arms around Nicolas's arm. "Nikky... Can you prepare a bath for me? Please..? Like told times..." the princess said overly affectionate over Nicolas. Normally, Nicolas would have said no, but since he was trying to avoid to talk to Yulma, he said yes right away. "Alright..." he looked at Yulma and then back at the princess, following after her. It was clear that Nicolas was evading the subject.
