Gavyn was very grateful that Darren was being so kind to him. He merely gave a small smile at the other's response. The group continued on in the cave, and it was Darren that kept talking with the bespectacled male, commenting on grass types. It was nice to hear someone praising grass types - he used to get picked on for preferring them. Most people he had known had considered grass types to be the 'sissy' choice. Though, Darren used the word 'tank' to describe a Ludicolo, which Gavyn just didn't quite understand. Instead of questioning it, he smiled. He wasn't sure what to say on the subject, and soon, he didn't really need to figure out how to continue the conversation.
Oh dear... they didn't move along fast enough, it seemed. Gavyn shuffled, feeling a bit like it was mostly his fault for holding the other's back with his questions and his desire to block off the hole. There were some Rockets again, with slightly different clothing. Were they... tougher than the grunts from before? The green eyed male blinked, looking over to Darren and Sable as they insisted that Gavyn and Mitsu go to Cerulean for help. "O-oh, um... I-if you're so s-" he replied, but was cut off as a magnitude attack caused him to fall to the ground, having too easily lost balance. "Gavy! Are you okay?" Merlin asked, concerned for his trainer. The brunette slowly picked himself up, not even bothering to brush off the dirt. "I-I am fine... I think..." Gavyn replied, then looked over to Mitsu as he spoke to him. The light haired male... was unnervingly calm about the entire situation. "I... uh... sure, i guess..." he muttered, not quite sure what to really do in this situation.
These thugs... they were much more violent than the others. They even were using their own pokemon to hurt Sable! Gavyn winced as the bronzor had used psychic powers to dole out a beating to the girl. He wasn't... the most brave, or strong, but he really felt it would be wrong to just leave them. A movement behind Darren caught Gavyn's attention suddenly. "DARREN LOOK OUT!" Gavyn shouted. There was a third admin that had come up behind the other male, letting out a Metang. The Metal pokemon swung it's right arm at Darren, striking him. "M-merlin, pull it away!- Darren, are you alright?" Gavyn called out to his clefairy, then moved forward to ask if the brunette was okay after that hit. Surely, it could have been worse if he hadn't warned him. Merlin used psychic to drag the Metang away from Darren, but it was clearly quite the struggle. "Oof... Gavy... this one is tough!" Merlin commented, losing the fight of psychic powers.
The clefairy didn't have to struggle with the Metang any longer, as it's attention now turned to Gavyn after breaking free. Merlin was busy trying to recover from the 'mental' battle. "Tch. You must be that noob that dropped Cassy into some water. Why don't you just hand over your pokemon already?" the female admin sneered at Gavyn. "I-I am not a noob..." he muttered, then felt Beth nudge his side. The Grotle snorted, ready for battle and staring down the metang. "Pathetic. Then I'll just have to take them from you by force. Metang, Take Down this pathetic whimp." The admin commanded her pokemon. Beth jumped into action, bracing herself in front of her trainer protectively. Gavyn flinched as the metal pokemon slammed into his starter. Luckily, she had a tough shell, and only skid back a bit from the force of the attack. "Beth, hit it with Earth Power!" he instructed. He didn't really know much about the pokemon he was up against, but it looked like maybe a rock type? And Earth Power was Beth's strongest move, so maybe it'd work out. The Grotle shoved the Metang off of her and then stomped her front right foot down, causing the ground beneath Metang to launch up into it, causing it to strike the ceiling.

Darren glanced to Mitsu as he questioned aloud why the Rockets were going through with this, since it was much easier to just catch wild pokemon and train those pokemon themselves than steal theirs. "Honestly Mitsu, at this point I think they just want payback for the trouble we've caused." Darren grumbled before insisting that the group go on ahead to Cerulean and get help, but Sable refused, of course. "Sable..." Darren gave her a hardened look, but she returned it with a sharp glare of her own, clearly determined to stay put, stating firmly that she didn't ditch her friends. Darren would have argued, claimed that this was a tactical retreat for backup, not ditching, and aside from that she'd just recovered from her previous injuries, he wasn't about to let her stay and get pummeled all over again. Before he could get any of that out though, the admin he was fighting had sent out a Whiscash which proceeded to shake up the ground below. That seemed to piss Sable off enough to try and help Flynn out with Oaken, but before she could, Sable was lifted with psychic energy and flung across the cavern. "Sable!" Darren yelled in panic, about to run after her along with Jin when suddenly-- "DARREN LOOK OUT!" Darren turned to see what Gavyn was warning him about only to see a metang mid-swing at his head. There was no time to dodge, which would have been preferable, but... The right arm was the one being swung downwards, the natural arc would lean slightly to the left. Darren continued to turn, using it as momentum as he raised his right arm and pushed the metang's arm as far away from his body as he could.
He had reacted late, so he was going to get hit no matter what, and frankly he was pushing heavy steel, which didn't work as well as the maneuver would against another human, but it still helped redirect the force of the blow away from him, and instead of clobbering his head as intended, the metang landed a solid hit on his right shoulder and sent Darren backwards onto the cavern floor. "Gack....!" Darren huffed as he hit the ground. He was lucky merlin was able to pull the metang back before he could do any more damage. Darren's shoulder throbbed, but he would take it over a concussion. Flynn had half a mind to burn that metang into ashes for attacking his trainer. "Not so fast~ Your battle is with me." She reminded Flynn with a smirk. The charmeleon growled and turned to slam the whiscash with another Dragon Rush, severely weakening it. Honestly Flynn was surprised it was still conscious; it usually took only one or two attacks to take pokemon out around here. "Tch! Your charmeleon is really starting to piss me off!!" She growled at Darren, losing her composure for a moment. Her whiscash, now that it had a chance to recover from Flynn's attack, seemed rather angry as well, and slammed into the ground with nearly twice as much strength. At that point Darren was somewhat glad he was already on the ground, since otherwise he would have just been thrown around more. Flynn wasn't so lucky however, and the level 9 magnitude tossed him backwards towards Darren.
The charmeleon hit the ground hard, and as soon as the trembling stopped, Darren scrambled over to check on the unconscious fire type. "F....Flynn....?" Darren breathed, but it looked like that second magnitude had really done a number on him, and the floor. Darren could hear the cracks starting to form, but it seemed there was still some time before the floor fell through. "Kyahahaha!~ Aw, did the big bad lizard get hurt...?" Darren kept his face down and said nothing as he returned his starter. "Is that really the best you've got?" She asked Darren with a cackle. "Nevermind, you don't have to tell me. I can see it in that defeated slump in your posture. That was your best pokemon wasn't it? Your starter. Your pal. WAKE UP rookie. This is the big leagues now." She kept rubbing it in his face, and frankly, Darren was getting tired of it. “By all means, keep talking, perhaps eventually you’ll say something actually intelligent.” Darren suggested quietly, standing up. "What was that you brat?! Here I was about to offer you another chance to give up and go free, but now you've gone and made me quite angry." Darren glanced up at the woman with a smoldering gaze. “Angry...? I'm sorry, you seem to have mistaken me for someone who gives a damn.” Darren suggested flatly, taking out his next pokeball. He tossed the red and white sphere into the air, releasing Zephyr into the cave. The darksteel skarmory hissed, slit reptilian eyes honed in on his opponent, unblinking, unwavering, his head and neck moving in short, disjointed movements, closer, away, and sideways as his metallic claws clattered slowly across the cave floor. The admin was perplexed. She hadn't been warned about a skarmory. This kid had more pokemon? Tch. It figured. Not that it would matter. She doubted any of them would be stronger than his charmeleon had been, and yet.... That pokemon gave her the creeps. Skarmory were known to be vicious and intimidating but this thing was downright disturbing. It even seemed to openly mock her, beak hanging slightly agape as it gave a low cruel crooning noise that sounded pretty close to a sinister cackle. "Air Cutter." Darren commanded, and the cackling turned into a terrifying screech as Zephyr sent razor sharp streams of air at the fish. "Water pulse!" The admin commanded. The rush of water hit Zephyr and managed to slow him down somewhat in a daze, but the air cutter still landed hard enough to knock the whiscash out.

When the Rocket Admin let out his heliolisk, Sable's expression soured. He hadn't seen such a pokemon before and couldn't even pin down what type or types it might be. Standing around and gawking wasn't an acceptable option, though, so with a grimace the teen grabbed two of the balls on her belt."Oaken, take over. Amethyst, get some rest,"the teen told her pokemon as her servine was let out and her ekans was recalled. Probably a good thing, too, as the heliolisk started to run around and claw the area, generating gusts of wind."For now, knock it back if it gets too close."It wasn't the most hands-on command, but at the moment Sable was more concerned with figuring out what sort of creature she was fighting.
After a bit of digging, Sable found what she was looking for and pulled out her P*DA. The pokedex was useful, sure, but it didn't give the kind of information that she required. It took a moment, and the heliolisk tried to use the opportunity to close in, but with Oaken helping to provide some distance, Sable got a chance to scan the lizard-like creature and get some information on it. That bit of information was enough to give the teen an idea of what to next, especially with the wind the heliolisk was whipping up."Leaf Tornado, and don't let up!"she called out, and Oaken was more than willing to start obscuring that lizard's vision with a flurry of leaves. Not enough to keep from being hit by a solid attack, but the damage done by the grass starter's attack was more than enough to finish off the heliolisk.
With that battle finished and Jin now awake enough to start helping Lily back to their trainer, Sable was able to focus a bit less on the immediate battle and more on the situation around her. There were still other operatives around, but most of the action seemed to be back with the rest of her group. She did notice that Flynn didn't seem to be battling anymore, and instead Darren was using that unruly scarmory of his. That... Did not bode well from Sable's perspective."Right... If that's it, I'm done wasting time with you,"she told the admin curtly before starting to head back to where the others were. Or trying to, at least.

Gavyn was really concerned about Sable, and Darren even more so. After getting hit by the Metang, Darren's charmeleon fell in battle to another Magnitude. The ground quaked even stronger this time, Gavyn losing his balance again. Luckily, this time, Merlin kept him on his feet with his Psychic powers. The spectacled male frowned a bit as Darren had been too distracted to respond to the question if he was alright or not. Not that Gavyn could blame him, what with everything going on. He really hoped that hit wasn't too bad. Darren seemed to be... pretty angry, and Gavyn couldn't help but cringe as he released some strange, large bird that made a crazy cackling sound.
"Metang, Take Down the dweeb!" Gavyn's attention was drawn back to the battle with the admin he was facing. Great... another word he didn't know about. He assumed it must be similar to 'noob', and just ignored it for now. Beth was slammed hard again by the pokemon, and without hesitation, the Grotle retaliated with another Earth Power, the ground slamming into Metang and knocking it out. Beth looked like she was really weak from the battle, so before the Admin could send out anymore pokemon, Gavyn returned her to her ball. "Good job, Beth. You deserve a rest." Gavyn mumbled as he returned her to her ball. He hoped that she'd heal up just fine from the battle. It was very likely, given how sturdy of a pokemon she's proven to be so far.
While Gavyn was distracted, the admin had returned her Metang and let out a Golbat, wasting no time to command her pokemon into attacking Gavyn. "GAVY!" Merlin shouted, jumping in the way of the attack. The flying attack knocked the clefairy back into his trainer, causing Gavyn to fall back on his behind. Oh no... he wasted too much time trying to figure out who to send out next. And now Merlin was hurt... The brunette frowned down at his partner. "I'm sorry, Merlin... A-are you okay?" Gavyn mumbled, embarrassed and upset that he hadn't been paying good enough attention. Luckily, Merlin was quite aware of the situation. "Yeah, I'll live. I'll take care of this." the clefairy said, then wasted no time as he jumped into battle. He pointed a glowing finger at the Golbat, using Psychic to slam the bat down to the ground. Gavyn got to his feet, glad that Merlin could handle himself, but also worried. The clefairy wasn't nearly as strong as he used to be, and.. he was still a bit angry at himself for not paying enough attention to his situation. His inability to thing quickly was frustrating.
The battle resumed, Merlin taking another air cutter before knocking out the bat with one last Psychic attack. The admin seemed pretty angry about this outcome, returning her Golbat. "Stupid noob! You're lucky I don't have my full team on me! I'd destroy you and your pokemon so hard you'll be begging for me to spare you!" She shouted angrily. The admin looked about ready to just start a fist fight, but was stopped by an unseen force. "Eh? But you are out of pokemon right now. You know what that means, don't you? Now scram, loser. And don't you dare think of hurting my Gavy. I'll make sure you regret it~" Merlin gave an unsettling, toothy smile. The Admin was obviously rather creeped out by the clefairy, yelling out threats as she ended up running off the other way, ditching the other two admins. No way was she going to stick around.
Gavyn looked over to the others after picking Merlin up in his arms. Mitsu was still around, and Sable seemed to have finished her battle with the admin that had attacked her. Hopefully, Darren would be finished soon so they could make a run for it.

Hercules was quite bewildered by all the fighting going on, watching as his new friend went in to battle to protect her trainer. He was a bit disappointed but he understood, and couldn't blame Beth. Honestly he probably needed to go help his trainer out, but Flynn seemed to be doing a good job of that himself, at least until another magnitude hit. Hercules' sturdy legs helped him remain balanced and upright, but man, Flynn and Darren really seemed to be having a hard time with it. Flynn couldn't even get up again after that last one... Hercules hurried to toddle over to Darren's side, expecting that it was his turn to be sent into battle, but Darren seemed to have other things in mind as he sent out some creepy skarmory that Hercules had never seen. He halted in his tracks and backed away a step or two. Man, that thing was plain unsettling... It knocked the whiscash out in one hit, though it had been weakened quite a bit by those dragon rushes that Flynn threw at it. It seemed like Darren was practically non responsive too, since Gavyn had asked if he was okay, and Darren hadn't seemed to even register the question. His eyes were locked onto that admin. Hercules had never seen Darren so angry, though he supposed he hadn't been with the trainer for very long, but Darren had always been this kind of relaxed and happy guy. Seeing him take something so seriously now was concerning.
The admin grimaced as her whiscash was knocked out, returning the pokemon to her ball and hesitating as she grabbed another. "Hesitation? Seems unfitting for your earlier egocentric display. Please, enlighten me again how it's time to... Wake up, was it...?" Darren asked. "Tch. Shut up rookie. Your bird got a lucky shot cause my whiscash was weakened by your stupid lizard." Darren eyes narrowed as she insulted Flynn once again, and Zephyr hissed at the woman, causing her to jolt back again. "Arceus.... You can really pick em huh? Put that freakshow away." Zephyr gave another strange mocking sort of cackle. "Careful, he can sense fear, and it only riles him up." Darren warned. There was no humor in his tone, he was quite serious. The admin scowled and decisively sent out her dustox. Darren could see now why she was so hesitant. The poison attacks that dustox were notable for would have no effect on a steel type like Zephyr. Not to mention the bug was at a type disadvantage. "Psybeam!" She commanded, sending the psychic beam towards Zephyr. The confusing colorful spirals disoriented the bird and made him squawk with anger and confusion. Darren grimaced. Just great. This was going to make Zephyr even more ornery than usual. "Zephyr, listen to me, you need to--" Darren began to instruct the bird, but he already took to the air, charging recklessly at the dustox with all his might, but the bug easily dodged, sending a confused Zephyr right into the cave wall. Another psybeam hit, and another, as Zephyr kept trying to attack in it's confusion and missing entirely, but as many times as it had been hit with the psybeam, and as many times as it had slammed itself into the wall, it kept getting back up again. "Zephyr get ahold of yourself!" Darren barked, and the bird suddenly seemed to come to it's senses, returning to Darren's side and awaiting orders. "Heh, just where do you think you're going little birdie? We aren't done with you yet." Darren ignored the admin and glanced over at Zephyr. "Focus, and use air cutter." He commanded. Following instructions, Zephyr managed to hit the dustox solidly with sharp, well placed bursts of wind, slamming the bug into the wall for a change and driving it down for the count. "Wh-what?!" The admin said, stunned as she returned her pokemon. "Bug and poison against a steel flying type. Don't act so surprised." Darren explained flatly as the admin took a step back, noticing that the admin Sable had been fighting was out of commission, and the admin Gavyn had fought had already taken off like a coward. "Dammit.... You... You haven't seen the last of us!" She growled, making to run off as well, but Zephyr stopped her, standing in the way of her escape route. She stopped and backed away. "Out of my way you freak!" She yelled at the bird, causing Zephyr to hiss and ruffle his metallic feathers menacingly, head ducked low. The admin gulped, suddenly looking a bit more shaken. "Heh... You wouldn't... S-stoop to our level...." She challenged, trying to call a bluff that didn't exist. "A delinquent like you doesn’t deserve mercy." Darren growled, having every intention to put this criminal in her place, but....
He couldn't. Darren's hardened expression faltered. “....Get out of my sight, and out of this mountain.” Darren demanded. The admin nodded shakily and ducked around a rather surprised Zephyr. She went down one of the tunnels and disappeared, while Darren's lowered gaze stared hard at the floor. “Heh....” Darren chuckled suddenly, a short, sad sort of scoff at himself. "Still can't do it..." Darren muttered under his breath. He never could muster up enough hatred in his heart to actually want to seriously hurt someone. No matter how much they deserved it. Zephyr hissed at him indignantly, and moved closer with an angry squawk, but Darren pulled out a few potions from his bag instead of taking it's threats seriously. The bird hissed again, this time distrustfully at the object in his hand. "Calm down, it's a potion. I know you're hurt, so there's no point in acting tough." Zephyr gave an angry squawk, but seemed to allow Darren to spray the substance on his injured wing. The pain numbed and Zephyr did feel a bit better, so he supposed he would allow Darren to heal the rest of his injuries. Darren switched hands, giving the potion to his right and reached out, but the movement stopped short as he grimaced and dropped the potion when his shoulder seized up in pain, reminding him of his own injuries. Darren ignored it for now, eyes searching the cave floor for the potion, only to notice that it had clattered over by Sable's feet. "Ah... Sorry, can you hand me that....?" Darren asked.

For a moment, it seemed like the admin Sable fought might try to keep things going. Upon seeing his allies so decisively defeated, though, it seemed that there wasn't much point in continuing the confrontation."Consider yourselves lucky,"the man warned in his last attempt to be intimidating before deciding to follow the lead of his peers and bail before things got worse for him. They weren't likely to be dealing with those kids yet, not without getting the rest of their pokemon.
Sable glared as the man left, then recalled Lily and Oaken before starting to head the rest of the way over to the group. It seemed that Gavyn and Darren were also finished up with their battles. Darren was even getting some after-battle healing done for his skarmory. Well, trying to, anyway. He had been doing alright for a while, but when he switched hands to spray on some more of the healing liquid, it seemed using that arm was far more difficult as he lost his grip on the bottle. Sable frowned a bit before kneeling down and picking up the bottle. A sour expression crossed her face and her movements were a bit jerky, but it didn't stop her from grabbing the potion for Darren before he could ask her to or try and do it himself.
The teen gave a pained chuckle when asked to hand over the bottle."Sure. Probably better than my plan,"she told Darren half-jokingly as she walked over and gave him the container of healing liquid. She doubted Zephyr would have let anyone else close enough to spritz him anyway, so it saved her the trouble of getting gouged up. She had noticed the sudden stop that caused Darren to drop the bottle in the first place, though, and was concerned about him. Especially since, now that she was close enough, Sable was able to see the large rips in Darren's jacket from where something had impacted his shoulder. Just what caused it, she still didn't know for sure, but odds were it was either the whiscash or the metang that were out when she looked over earlier.
After the desert trainer handed over the potion bottle, Jin couldn't help but clear out his fuzzy little throat."I'm all for getting the team patched up, but shouldn't we get out of here before spending too much time on it?"the zorua questioned, then glanced around."I don't think we want to get ambushed while we're licking our wounds, ya know? Not here."Sable didn't really like the idea, but she disliked the thought of getting jumped while in the middle of healing their pokemon even less so."Yeah, we probably should. It's not like we have the whole cave to trudge through,"the teen agreed as she made sure she had all her gear."I'd rather not risk getting the ceiling dropped on my head or the floor blasted out from under me, and the longer we sit here the more likely those sore losers are to do just that."With that, the teen made her way to the cave exit.

Mitsu wasn't entirely sure what to do other than stand back and let them fight. If he tried to help, there was the chance this would only get worse. It was two on one, and last he checked, criminals didn't like being ganged up on. Ironic, considering that was what they did to trainers. So, to avoid the absolute slaughter of his and his companions' Pokémon, Mitsu just stayed back. Though, he was ready to jump in and fight if he had to. Thankfully, though with some fatalities, Darren and them managed to drive the thugs off. They didn't seem that strong, and just seemed to be on the lucky side as far as effects went. At least they lost."Char....""Don't be upset. Everyone will be fine. Or, are you upset you didn't get to help them?...Dad told me once not to waste energy before it was necessary. If we had gotten involved immediately and been defeated, who would have defended the others if they lost?"Flynn looked up at Mitsu and tilted his head. So, they didn't do anything so they could help when needed? He wished he had seen that. Mitsu smiled and patted Flynn's head before going to the others as they healed their team. Though, Jin suggested they save that for later."Probably a good idea...."Mitsu looked around to make sure they were alone and followed after Sable.

Gavyn remained nervously quiet as Darren finished battling the admin. That ... bird was very creepy. He gave Merlin a bit of a squeeze, which loosened when the admins finally cleared out. "I-is everyone alright...?" he questioned meekly, but his question was likely lost as it was soon determined that they would be leaving the cave as soon as possible. "Right... sorry Merlin..." he mumbled as it was made known that now was probably not the best time to sit around and heal up pokemon. "It's fine, Gavy. Nothing I can't live through. Let's go." Merlin reassured his trainer, patting the arms around him gently. Gavyn gave a nod, then followed Sable out of the cave, but lingered a bit behind out of courtesy for Darren. After all, the other male had kind of done the same for him earlier. Luckily, it didn't take long to exit the cave, and nothing else ambushed them.

Of course, as soon as Darren asked Sable to hand over the potion, he realized that she had already picked it up and suggested that handing it back was better than her plan. He wasn't sure if that was supposed to be poking fun at him not realizing that was what she was planning to do already, or if she was serious, but either way he was too tired and embarrassed to really tell. Besides, if she was serious, what had she planned to do instead? Spray Zephyr herself? If that was her proposed plan, then he would have agreed; his plan was better. He might have been making progress with the steel type but he doubted that Zephyr would be nearly as compliant with Sable. He nodded appreciatively as she gave him the potion, taking it with his left hand to finish spraying Zephyr. Jin spoke up while he did however, commenting that while he supported getting everyone's pokemon patched up, they needed to get moving before they got ambushed again. Sable agreed, especially since the exit to Cerulean was just up ahead. "Right.... Sorry, just reflex to heal after a battle I suppose." Darren explained himself, returning Zephyr to his pokeball for now so that he didn't cause any trouble.
Merlin was in need of some healing as well, but given Jin's suggestion, it was probably best to press on, so Gavyn apologized to Merlin, inferring that he wouldn't be healing him. The clefairy seemed to be able move fine though, understanding and willing to keep moving for now. Now that the scene was clear, and Darren seemed calm once again, Hercules toddled over to his side, looking at his shoulder with worry. Gavyn was concerned as well, repeating the question that Darren hadn't heard previously and asking if they were okay. "Yeah, I'm fine. This isn't as bad as it looks." Darren gestured to his shoulder and slightly ripped jacket, reassuring them with a small smile. It was a lie, but worrying wouldn't help anything, so Darren figured it was better to lie than have his friends worrying about him. His shoulder even looked relatively undamaged except for the light brown bruise beginning to form, though Darren had no doubt that it would get worse by the end of the night.
Mitsu's Flynn seemed upset that he hadn't gotten to help out, since Mitsu was talking to the charmeleon about conserving energy. "Hah... That sounds like something my grandpap would say. He's right though, sometimes the best action you can take, is not to act at all." Darren mused in agreement. As they walked out of the cave, Cerulean city loomed just ahead, and Darren signed in light relief. "There she is, the floral lagoon at long last...." He chuckled. "Misty's probably going to feel overwhelmed, seeing three trainers needing to challenge her in a row." He suggested lightly, trying to keep spirits up. "Er... Which reminds me... After we heal up at the center, what order do you guys want to do this in....? I wouldn't mind going first if no one else wants to." Darren offered.

Hope we're staying for a while im going for a fossil sweatdrop '50 posts. Plus its 5 posts an encounter here @~@ this gonna take a while to train anyway i suspect. Good news i get to start this off with a bang though

Making it into the foothills of the Mt.Moon mountain range Fremy stopped to let everyone rest a moment. A small flat field surrounded by hills from rear and the mountains from the front served as a nice spot to rest and maybe even make camp for the night to come. Hawlucha had long sense fallen sleep and was now curled up in a saddle bag snoozing away. Rapidash momentarily disrupted his nap when he flopped down for a rest himself. Fremy slumped down by a tree's root to adjust her chest wrap and cloak before taking her boots off and letting her toes breath.
Wiggling her toes freely in the grass enjoying the feeling of the blades scratching on her skin. Fremy gave an honest smile as she closed her eyes and bathing in the warm sun light a moment. "Lets rest a moment here." she said looking to Misa. Her moment of relaxation wasn't to last though as suddenly a pair of dirty rocky arms burst out on either side, lifted her up and tossed her away. Fremy screamed in shock as she hit the ground hard. "Geoooo!" calld out a pokemon. Fremy rolled up instinctively reaching for the blunderbuss that was hidden on Rapidash rather then slung over her shoulders. curses she muttered instead pulling out a pokeball and relasing bulbasaur. "Energy ball, now!" Fremy ordered sound rather peeved to be sure picking herself off the ground having to re adjust herself again. From the orb came the pink and creamy white pokemon. "Bullbaa!" It called out as it took a tackle from a Geodude. it most have been resting hidden in the dirt in the tree's roots where it was cool. Bulbasaur finished the pokemon off sending it tumbling down the hill. Fremy had no desire to capture such a worthless pokemon. A Golem would be a different story. rubbing her rump Fremy stood back up mildly agitated now.

The journey to Mt. Moon was rather longer than Misa would have liked to admit. The sun was already dipping down to where the last few rays of sunshine could be felt. ’Now would be the best time to set up camp, I really don’t think I can set it all up before the sun sets.’ But Misa wouldn’t forget the adults kindness when she would wait for the child. Though the child was aware of the Kanto region it by no meant that she was capable of walking through this type of terrain. The incline was indeed steep at time and it had taken a few stops here and there for the child to catch her breath. She had wished that she had Victoria’s lungs so that she wouldn’t have to trail behind. Being a burden to anyone was not her ideal. But then again going on a journey with someone was more ideal.

Fremy took a calming breath before turning back to Misa. Dinner or camp, both seemed equally boring to her. She normally didn't even set up a camp. She preferred to sleep under the stars but for Misa whom wasn't as "confident" as she was a camp most bring a sense of security against the unknown. It made more sense to split they're effort and work towards both goals rather then focusing on one leaving the other for the last second and having to then rush to accomplish the end goal. Plus Fremy hadn't a clue how to cook anyway. "Ill set camp, Ill leave Hawlucha with you though." She said still sounding a little agitated. Setting her boats by the tree trunk and folding her stockings on top of them Fremy departed bare foot to gather rocks and sticks for a fire. She didn't own a tent just a bed roll. "Leave your tent over there." Fremy said point to a spot under the tree's biggest branch just before stepping into a thinly forested area. Fremy left Bulbasaur behind rather then recalling him. The pokemon would wonder about the small clearing before settling into a spot by the tree to watch Misa and Rapidash was off grazing.
"Donphan front and center." Fremy said releaseing the elephant pokemon from its pokeball. The pokemon stood a good four feet tall. A foot taller then a normal one. Dophaa." It bellowed loud and proudly. "I need you to carry wood and rocks for me." The pokemon snorted clawing the ground ready to get to work. It been a while sense he'd gotten to stretch his muscles. Fremy had always been little partial to this one above the others. Rapidash was her favorite no questions asked but Donphan was the only pokemon shed ever been hired to capture and then refused to hand over. She'd never come to set her reasoning to words though. Wondering the forest Fremy stacked what ever wood she could onto the pokemons tusks before finally heading back to camp.
Fremy would return with a small collecting of cuts and scraps over her legs and arms but nothing that had drawn blood. She seemed unphased having the Donphan dump his load before setting to work making a ring out of the rocks. she'd only been gone maybe twenty minuets. She worked in silence but as she worked Bulbasaur returned to her side. Finishing setting the last log into place Fremy was about to stand up when she just happens to glance at the Bulbasaur.
A large red lump had formed over his right eye where the Geodude had tackled it. Reaching out she poked the lump, bulbasaur recoiled hissing in protest. "Your hurt. Fine come here." Standing back up Fremy crossed the camp heading to Rapidash glancing at what Misa was doing. the kid seemed to know what she was doing at least. Pulling the saddle bag open Fremy pulled out a small purple spray container, a potion. "Hold still." She said kneeling down and setting a hand over the pokemons eyes. The pokemon complied but still flinched when she began to spray the potion over the lump. "That should help." Fremy stood stuffing the now empty potion back into the bag. Time to set up the tents. That alone took Fremy little under an hour to do. Having never owned a tent and with out instructions it wasn't exactly a walk in the park but eventually she figured it out. It seemed so damn easy after the fast to that Fremy cursed herself for being stupid enough to get stumped by a bunch of rods and tarps. 'Finished."

Miss. Chimory appeared to contemplate about whether she wanted to assist in cooking or setting up camp. While in the meantime, Misa was able to call upon a few of her companions to assist her. ”I’m going to need your eye’s Pidgey.” A toss of a ball and a small bird popped out. Instead of making a beeline towards the child’s shoulders it stayed flapping just a bit over her head. Pikachu continued to rest upon her shoulders but was seemingly becoming awake with a bit of fuss going on about. Growlithe had seated herself by the child’s leg, its pinkish-red tongue still lolling out on the side. ”We will be in charge of cooking,” a small cheer erupted from the fellow Pokemon as they would assist in the child’s work. ”I know that I have ingredients for the Pokefood and our food.” Misa motioned towards Victoria, ”Though, I would still like to see if there may be any edible plants that we could have. So, Pidgey and Pikachu I would like for you to look around this forest area for any edible plants that you know of. Please work together and try to stick together. Night is going to fall soon enough and I don’t want either of you to get lost.” Pikachu yawned a bit as it gave a nod towards the girl’s words. It jumped off her shoulder and landed softly upon the ground. Pidgey gave a chirp as it landed down by the Electric-type. ”Growlithe I may have you stand on the sidelines so you can see how things go along. I don’t want to put too much on your plate so I may have you try some of my cooking.” The puppy Pokemon barked in agreement. This was the time when she heard Miss. Chimory deciding on fixing up the camp and realizing that she had an extra helper on board. ”Hawlucha, I think I’ll have you stick with me and Growlithe to set up dinner.” The child beckoned the small bird-like Pokemon over while Victoria pointed to a spot where Misa should drop off her tent. ”Will do Miss. Chimory!”/color] The child called out as Victoria went about her duties.
With a clap of her hands Pidgey and Pikachu set about to find what they knew about the area to assist with dinner. ”Lets get to unpacking then.” Setting the pack down she was able to place the rolled up sleeping back and tent by the designated area that Miss. Chimory pointed out. With that down she wanted to set up her cooking station. With so many rocks around the area she was able to find a plentitude amount of flat surfaces to work on. ”Hawlucha, if its not too difficult could you please bring that decently, flat-sized boulder over here so that I can use it for dinner.” She sent off the bird Pokemon off to a task but also managed to pull out her Pokedex. ”Lets see what you can do again.” Rescanning the Fire-type she saw that he had actually learned the move Ember. ’That means I might not have to find flint now.’ The thought was pleasant as it meant that she didn’t need to look through the forest for the fire producing materials.
Victoria returned back to the camping site with the wood needed to make a fire. It also appeared that they had gathered the stones needed to make a pit but also necessary in preventing the fire from spreading out from the wood. ”Thank you Miss. Chimory and thank you….” The child was unsure of the name given to a semi-elephant looking Pokemon. ”I’ll be sure to start preparing dinner soon.” The child took a couple of necessary utensils from her pack including a cutting board, a knife, seasoning, and the dehydrated chicken from the market. If she were to actually bring some meat along the journey then it would certainly melt and expire by the time she may have wanted to use it. Normally one would need water to dehydrate the meat but now she had the cooperation between two Pokemon.
With the boulder set in place the preparations could begin. Though she first went to work with cutting the chicken pieces into small bite-sized bits. Next came the seasoning, basic ones of salt and pepper, ”Growlithe could you get me my pack.” The dog barked happily as it went on over to retrieve the pack. It did its best to lift it off the ground as it carried it over to her. ”Thank you,” with a small pat on its head she set her eyes on Hawlucha. ”Thank you too. Could you please keep an eye on the food so that I can set up the fireplace?” With an agreement between the two Misa took out a foldable grill from the bag along with two foldable sticks that allowed one to position the grill at various heights. Setting it up was quite easy but she need the fire to get going. ”Growlithe, can you please use Ember on the wood so we can get a fire started?” Growlithe eyes grew a bit serious as it faced its opponent, wood. It seemed to suck in some air before releasing a shower of its Ember attack upon the wood. The move would need some work but it would do for now. The wood caught fire but it may take around five minutes before it would get to a point where it was cooking worthy. ”Miss. Chimory, are you alright with having sautéed chicken and onions for tonight’s dinner?”

Fremy sat back watching quietly as the camp site unfolded and Mis worked to prepared dinner. She'd taken back her spot under the oak tree before the Geodude had attacked her. Misa she noticed was quite efficient at what she did and while she might be a little naive in general she was skillful at this. Fremy silently cursed herself for having never learned to cook before. She could watch and memorize every detail of what Misa did here but it wouldn't gain the same results she knew. Cooking was a hands on talent earned by doing not watching. It was also a skill she preferred her eventual significant other to have, if at all possible. Mis was a tad bit on the younger side but she was cute none the less. Love wasn't her objective in life and it was a silent blessing when Misa asked her if chicken was fine. "Yes, thats fine." She said blandly trying to hide her expression by burying her face into his knees.
Hawlucha had no issua moving things much larger and heaver then himself. Standing over a few inch's tall would give the impressing he was rather weak but that good old fighting typing meant this tiny bird could move mountains. Bulbasaur wanted in Fremy's lap but she wasn't moving the let him ontop of her like that. Still curled up the pokemon tried and tried but could brake into her lap so instead he curled up over her feet. Fremy flinched when his cool belly sat over her toes. Donphan began sniffing around Mis looking for craps. Fremy after Bulbasaurs incisive desire to be in her lap had moved her head to watch the camp again. The warm heat from the fire felt good. "Stop begging for scraps." she said to the Elephant pokemon who huffed, curled into a ball and rolled away from Misa. "Dont feed him meat. Its bad for him." she said glaring at the pokemon. Why she cared what he eat she couldn't explain. Maybe it was just a desire not to having the over sized ground type passing gas all night.
