/rollAnother late night during the grand festival, and Alec was up staring blankly at the dart board ideally tossing them as if they'd solve his problem. He missed his old man and wished the b*****d hadn't died in the line of duty. Gritting his teeth he angrily chucked a dart, staring at it when it landed a rather aggressive score. "I should go home.." he muttered rubbing his temples sighing tiredly. It was more to just blow off some steam. Better on the dart board than his family. natsuko-neko quoting for score owob <3

The next time he tired to toss a dart, it landed with a harmless thud on the ground. So much for good aim. Sighing Alec watched as the dart wobbled side to side before finally stopping. "Yeah, enough is enough for one day." With that he departed, lost in thought as he made his way back.

Kaiyumi As expected, his simple toss earned him a very satisfying "pop". Selecting a plush owl, he offered the girl running the booth a quiet thank you. Rachel gave the boy a smile and a 'welcome'. leon_a_darkangel "This might sound weird, but do I know you from some place?" he looked at the red headed girl, searchingly almost. "I'm sorry if that seems weird..I just swear you remind me of some one I use to know." He asked her as he leaned on the booth, forgotten the fact he'd just scored well. Rachel put a hand to her check and tilted her head in thought. "Maybe, you do seem familiar beyond the fact you've played at my booth." She just could quite place it. He went silent, gazing at the other red head for a long while. It was like a small time bomb went off in his head. "Your mother..whats her name." Alec asked her, looking up after having just thrown a dart suddenly not caring about the game for the now. Wait. Was she really THAT Rachel? Then again how many red heads who liked drawing did Alec really know. ....only one. This girl before him he was very likely his cousin. His eyes were wide staring at her waiting for the answer to a question he was sure he knew already but had to hear it from her. His mind raced, suddenly rather happy if not stupidly happy at this prospect. His half of the family had moved around a bit before finally settling in the Shinganshina area. Alec had missed her, she was almost like another sister to him really. It had been years since he'd last seen her. Alec didn't even notice when he'd scored so well, he was awe struck.

Lenore followed Zinnia over to the dart throwing booth. She threw the dart at the balloons and.... missed horribly, the dart arcing over the balloons before landing, thankfully, in the dirt.

"Ahh, close one," Zin said sympathetically to Lenore. She picked a dart of her own and squinted at the balloon-covered board. The tip of her tongue poked out of her mouth as she deftly threw the dart at her target. The dart glanced off the side of the balloon and the sharp point sank into the board instead. "Aw..."

Lenore gave a small, uncharacteristic, laugh as she returned with the dart. "The only way I could have been less close was if I chucked it in the opposite direction." Still... She threw the dart again, and again missed horribly. At least she hit the board this time, even if there weren't any balloons in that area.

"This time for sure...!" Zin announced, tossing another dart that also found itself buried in the board. Zin huffed out a loud breath through her nose. Luckily soldiers used swords, not throwing knives, or else this would be really embarrassing.
