Chand Orion Chand would sometimes use the fingers of one hand and pulled out a small feather of his angel wing to write the signature on the bottom when he was done painting. He poured out the used water in a sink and wash his paintbrush as with his strained hand. He wasn't satisfied with the finished abstract painting, but he couldn't figure what is missing so he is just going to let it dry.

鶴∙[He looked up from the book as Chand went to the sink. He was cleaning up so he thought he was done. He closed the book and put it away. "Is it fine to look now?" he asked, getting up. He joined Chand by the sink. "I'm curious, what type of paint did you use by the way?" Scarlet wanted to know because paints dried at different speeds.]∙鶴

Chand Orion Chand decided to keep quiet about not knowing if he was finished or not. "Sure, go on ahead" he responded as he dried his hands off. "Can I see your artwork then?" he asked him. "Acrylic paint" he answered.

鶴∙["You can look at it. I didn't spray it down yet so careful not to smear it," he replied, giving permission. He guess they could both check each other's work out. He made his way from the sink to Chand's easel. Ah, so that's what he meant by "going with the flow," it was an abstract piece. Since it was acrylic, it should dry fast. It was a bit harder to interpret abstract, but it was sure fun to do.]∙鶴

Chand Orion Chand nodded, "I promise not to smear it" he responded and walked over to Scarlet's easel to see his artwork. He smiled approving the charcoal art that he was looking at.

鶴∙["It looks nice," he said. He felt it was appropriate to give him commentary on it. Ah, he should apply a fixative to his own picture since it was done. He looked around the class and found the spray. He took down his own picture, putting it on the floor, and applied the fixative. He put it away afterwards. "So what do you think?" he asked, "About your work as well as mine." ]∙鶴

Chand Orion Chand smiles when Scarlet says the painting looks nice. "During the summer I sold off my artwork. You won't be seeing them in museums, but their are hanging up in people's homes" he responded. He watched him use the fixative spray bottle, "Um, I think it looks really good for a scenery picture and charcoal media. I rather not comment about my own work" he responded to him.

鶴∙[Scarlet didn't think that Chand had done that before. Well, he guessed it's something he wouldn't know unless told. "Maybe it will be in a museum one day" he replied. Scarlet didn't know, but it was a possibility.
Scarlet didn't think of himself as the best drawer but he was above average. It was hard to tell since he used an oriental style. He didn't really do realistic. "Thanks," he said in regards to the complement.
He was curious about why he didn't want to talk about his painting. Should he ask? He specifically said he didn't want to comment about it. "Do you think it's dry enough yet? I am sure you can leave it out to dry. The teacher will probably put it away," he decided against it. If he didn't want to talk, he didn't have to.]∙鶴

Chand Orion "Hopefully while I'm alive or dead" Chand responded because some artists work end up there after their dead and they can't enjoy being famous then. "You're welcome, Scarlet" he said smiling. "Friendship is established when two or more people accept each other for who they are and what they are and trust each other right?" he asked an irrelevant question. "I will place it on the dry rack" he said before walking over to it and picking it up then put it there top. "What are you going to do with your picture?" he asked him as he took off a painting he made when he was in this classroom earlier and it dry now then he rolled it up and put on a rubber band.

Scarlet was a bit confused about why he said such a thing. Was it about his abstract piece? He wouldn't really understand until he asked; "Why do you say that?" He guessed he could go on to answer him, "I think friendship is something hard to solidly define. That sounds like it's part of it."
As Chand put his panting up to dry, he listened to his other question. Scarlet noticed him move another painting in the room that had his name. Did he make that one too? "I'll probably have the teacher grade it then I'll store it at home or get rid of it," he replied.]∙鶴

Chand Orion "Because there are artists that don't get recognized or appreciated until after their long dead" Chand explained. "Ok" he said accepting Scarlet's response and understanding now there is more to friendship than he thought there is. He stashes the rolled up painting in his bag on the floor. "Could I keep it if you don't store it at your home?" he asked him and thought it would be a waste to get rid of it.

Chand Orion Chand smiled when Scarlet accepted his request to have the picture after it is graded by the current art teacher. He assumes that they probably get going in case they aren't allowed to be in here without the teacher around. "Ready to go to the next location on campus?" he asked him. He picks up his bag and straps it around his waist.
