Voluptas chuckled at Pothos' nervous look, before settling in to actually watch the dance they were treating her to.
Yes, treating! Despite the fact that Apple Bloom and Pothos both claimed not to really know the Hustle, they seemed to be dancing it fairly well. Perhaps it was Apple Bloom's confidence that was assisting them in the matter? Perhaps it was Pothos finally sucking it up and dancing despite the fact he was just booed? Either way, Voluptas approved, and she showed it with a cheer of, "That's better!" A 10 was what they received. Hopefully they could keep it up.
It seemed Parvana's solo performance yesterday did not translate into a good duo performance with Hedylogos today. It was a shame, too. It seemed the immortal god was only bringing her down after how well she had managed to perform a partner dance solo. She had no choice but to grant them the absolutely lovely score of ... 1. There was just no redeeming that mess of a duo dance.
Iordanes and Minuette seemed to be back to performing their dances well! They were not nearly as impressive as the newly confident--or, at least, sort of confident--Apple Bloom and Pothos, but they were good! She had to give them credit where it was due, and that credit translated into a score of 8.
Aglaia was showing the true skill of the Graces, continuing to dance wonderfully with her partner. As one of the two Graces left amoungst three other Erotes, she probably had a lot to prove--especially considering last year! She seemed to be proving it, along with her partner proving his own skill at dance. It was not as perfect as the dance from earlier, so she granted them a 9.
Now... Euphrosyne and Lucius, the other Grace pair that was left? This felt like how a grace's dance should have felt! Apparently the two were very skilled at the Hustle, rivaling the skill that Apple Bloom and Pothos were showing a small while ago. Two 10s? This was unbelievable! The Hustle was apparently the one dance almost everyone in this competition was actually good at.
Leaning over to Venus, she murmured a, "We need more dances like this..."

The final tally for Day 7 is as follows:
Pothos + Apple Bloom = 48
Aglaia + Kratos = 41
Dylo + Parvana = 33
Euphrosyne + Lucius = 33
Iordanes + Minuette = 32
Day 6 Winner is Pothos and Apple Bloom!
And the pair with the lowest score is Iordanes and Minuette. I'm sorry dears, you just didn't bring your boogy shoes. Time to leave the dance floor. Don't forget to come to my engagement party! Presents are encouraged!

Apple Bloom gave Voluptas a thumbs up just seconds before Pothos covered her mouth with his hand. She narrowed her eyes on him, trying to figure out what on Telrunya he was doing when he took it away again apparently trying to pass it off as part of the dance. Uh huh. She shrugged it off though and finished the dance.
It came as a huge surprise when she and Pothos were announced the winners of that round. When the shock wore off, Apple Bloom squealed happily and hugged Pothos in her excitement. "Whoo hoo!" she said and giggled. And the next dance was free style! "C'mon, let's show 'em what we've got!" she said and giggled again, practically yanking him out on the floor for the next dance.

What! They really won that round?! How luck seemed to shift.... but he had hardly little time to think about it as Apple Bloom had wrapped him up in a hug and was already proceeding at yanking him along for some freestyle... "Heavens! I didn't expect that!" he huffed in surprise as he watched the fauny girl bust some serious moves. However his creative juices didn't seem to be flowing so well himself and instead tried to copy her. Hey, maybe it would work, she was doing some rather nice moves if he said so himself.
