★The Dark Star★ Aris looked down as Vaughn took her hand, her eyes widening in surprise. "Well, probably," she told him honestly when he voiced his suspicions about how Aris would repay him. "Precious....like....what?" She asked as he took her hand, completely confused by his statement.

-- Vaughn Faeles --Vaughn scratched his head with his free hand, thinking for a bit. He had to word this properly. "Life is precious... Like a bond between two people. Someone you can trust with your secrets, your life. To care for someone and to be cared for. A knowledge that no matter what hell you could be put through, someone will always have your back."O.O.C:

★The Dark Star★ Aris looked down at Vaughn wide-eyed for a moment, trying to comprehend what he was saying. "I do care!" She said, a grin coming over her face as her psychosis became apparent once again. "I care about lives that's why I take them!" She held on tightly to Vaughn's hand as her katana flashed outward, trying to impale Vaughn through the abdomen.

-- Vaughn Faeles --Vauhgn quickly moved, jumping on top of her blade before hugging her. "That's a terrible rationality... I care about you, and I want you to live a free, long, life. One where you could make new bonds with people you haven't met yet, and see sights that you couldn't see here. One where you could really find a reason to fight, for others. That's why... I'm not going to fight you." Vaughn... regardless to his choice of retirement had found a reason to move again, sadly. But he was compelled. He was also a bit pissed. Letting go of Aris, he flopped onto the ground, still holding her hand at caution before letting out a yell. "Death!!! I know you're out there! C'mon out!"O.O.C:

★The Dark Star★ "Hmp," Aris said with a grin as she heard Vaughn after he jumped off of her. There was no response from Death, but there was one from Aris. She angled her sword downwards towards Vauhgn's chest and then shot it forward to try and run him straight through, the sadistic grin still on her face.

-- Vaughn Faeles --Vaughn stepped back and let the blade hit the earth, right before jumping onto the hilt of her blade, stomping it into the ground. All the way down to the handle. He turned his head back, even though his eye was gone, it was still known to Aris that he was looking at her as he stood on her hilt. "I won't fight a wild dog in a cage. I forfeit the match." Vaughn then walked away from Aris, sighing as he went for the exit of the arena. If the match was ending, and Vaughn was about to leave, it meant Death himself would come to collect Aris, lest she followed him out attempting to kill himself or anyone else out side. Then he'd question the reaper.O.O.C:

WEOPON ADAM ARCLITE "Uh...no, I'm fine." After being dragged all the way from the medical tents and felt like he needed to go back. "Could've let get a shirt, geez your pushy." Adam pulled a t-shirt out his duffel bag and got it over himself, when he was done with the shirt he started smoking a cigarette. "I'm afraid this where we part ways for a while, I've got to go look for miester of my own. Until we meet again." (Exit Adam) Weapon Form:

--Valor - Solace-- Okay, no. I already told you that you cannot move around other characters or things they're holding. You cannot push, grab, take, stomp on, jump on, stand on, bend, pull or otherwise manipulate a character or something they're holding without their permission. If you do it again, it will count as your second warning. ₳rΪs ℋeЯa
★The Dark Star★ Aris watched blankly as Vaughn walked away from her. "You...do? But....I haven't killed you yet," she replied, still trying to figure out what was going on. Death didn't reply to Vaughn even though he was watching, staying silent for the time being for unknown reasons.

-- Vaughn Faeles --The cat turned around, nodding as he walked away backwards. "I'm afraid that's how it is... It's too bad though... My body is full of blood, and this flickering thing called life inside of me. It'd be really interesting to see how it got snuffed out. Or even better, the people behind this exit. There are a bunch of living people just outside of here, would you believe it?!" Vaughn stood to the side of the Exit, pointing at it. "Right here, past this door, the one totally unguarded by Lord Death or anyone! Tons of people wriggling about with life!"O.O.C: I was aiming for dramatic effect, not essentially trying to gain a upperhand in combat. It should be a unconscious nod between roleplayers when they are trying to do such a thing. But your pride seems intent on taking the piss out of everything. Regardless, If that was so, wouldn't basic maneuvers such as parrying a blade into the ground, something that happened earlier that you didn't call on, be counted as illegal as well? I thought it would be corresponding to the reflexes to the person being affected would take action. Basically saying, someone could do not do two quick movements against another characters attack, like parrying, and then then finishing by forcing someone to lean back into a bridge position even though they never stood that way. By this logic, at least what you told me, "One of her major strengths is speed; there is no way even someone as fast as Vaughn would be able to continually run her blade into the ground, dodge every one of her fastest attacks or jump on her and force her backwards without her being able to react before she was completely bent over." This situation could be thought, at least to me as acceptable due to the fact that Aris was aiming her sword down, and Vaughn allowed it to go down except not with his body being the target, basically a parry. A single action in response to another. I hope you read this thoroughly and perhaps try to understand my point of view and why I thought it was okay for my character to do that..

--Valor - Solace-- Regardless of your intentions, you can't auto-hit, as it's been defined to you, other people's characters. Depending on how well you know someone you can have a more lax policy between each other. You've already auto-hit before, so I'm not giving you any leeway until I know you understand what you cannot do. It's not about pride. I don't care about being proud of this. I care about running a fair guild where people don't have to worry about their characters being auto-hit. Regardless of what you *think* the effect of your attack would be on a character, you cannot narrate it. I could say that the effect of me swinging my sword would make you jump backwards, but I cannot say that is what happened. I can only say that's what I'm going for. Also, it wasn't just about narrating what happened to Aris, it was forcing physical contact with her. You can parry an attack or block it since that is another character attempting to touch you, but you cannot say what happens to THEM as a result of your blocking, parrying, dodging etc. regardless of what you think should happen or what makes sense to you. People have different opinions. I did read what you said and I understand that you're trying to narrate a fun and interesting story based on what you think should happen logically. But you CANNOT narrate another character's actions, or the results of your actions on another character. You CANNOT make another character or something that belongs solely to them perform any sort of action, not just through your character, but through your narration. That is not fair to the other roleplayers. The basis of a good roleplay is that multiple people cooperate to put together a good story with their individual characters that they solely control. Of course that leaves a story vulnerable to crappy roleplayers who can't tell an interesting story and that's a shame, but it's better than having someone be able to control other's actions. Do not argue with me again. This is your final warning. Do you understand?

Though I would not say I'm arguing with you, rather clarifying the parameters of which you and Spirit are allowing me to roleplay in this guild, that of which you did a excellent job doing, all that was needed was to coax a little passion out of you. I'd say don't take things personally, but I was the one who brought your pride into it. Perhaps I have been going at roleplay wrongly in this guild for a long time now. Perhaps I was wrong for assuming your pride was involved. But perhaps I chose the right person to have this specific interaction with. I thank you for your input, and I now wish for you to continue the story, if you'd kindly. And yes... I understand.

★The Dark Star★ Aris stared at Vaughn as he began to walk off and tried to tempt her to go through the exit. "Noooo, I know what's going to happen if I go through that door!" she exclaimed, the slightest tinge of anger in her voice. "Lord Death is going to come out and stop me. He ALWAYS does. But he lets me fight people here. And you're right, you are definitely still alive and FULL of blood!" She agreed. She angled her katana towards Vaughn and rushed straight towards him. Until she ran straight into a tall dark mass in front of her. "Oof!" She cried, falling backwards onto the ground. Lord Death "Vaughn. What do you think you are doing?" He asked him. Though his voice was still in its regular, goofy tone, he was clearly annoyed at Vaughn's actions.

-- Vaughn Faeles --He stood solid as Aris approached. The cat smiled, seeing Death appearing between her blade and himself. As expected. "What, no hello Vaughn, Reaper? Its been a couple hundred. Thought you could be a little nicer who helped you clean up the madness that slipped through the cracks so long ago... I suppose that seeing you was something I should have done when I moved into your city. Or is it your son's city now?" Vaughn was clearly having fun poking Death, but he sighed, knowing he needed to get down to brass tacks. He pointed the sheathed Mitsuyoshi at him. "I digress. I have the same question to you Death. Why are you keeping this girl here?"O.O.C: I know that this guild is probably separate from the manga, but didn't the original Lord Death die in the manga? Can you explain that hole to me? Also, Death knew Vaughn back in his blood thirstier days. So he can returns prods against him about Vaughn turning soft.

--Valor - Solace-- Guild canon only parallels the official canon through the end of the anime. They diverge after that; Lord Death is still alive in this guild's timeline. And ok. ₳rΪs ℋeЯa
★The Dark Star★ Lord Death "Oh? Letting you open up a milk bar wasn't nice enough for you?" Lord Death asked, tilting his head slightly to the side. "Imagine what you would say back in the day if someone told you you'd be opening such a place." He stared at Vaughn silently for a moment after Vaughn asked his question about why Aris was there. Aris slowly got up behind him, but he didn't turn around. "Haven't you guessed? Aris is an anomaly. She certainly isn't a kishin or any madness-related being. Yet she is clearly mad." He said, emphasizing the last point. "She's unique....as far as we know. And she's incredibly powerful. She's certainly too dangerous to let free in the world so I would have just killed her but....there could be more out there like her. If so, I'd very much like to know more about them before they attack."
