Try to make her top look like a bunch of caution tape wrapped around her torso? don't worry about the tape around her waist in some references. The body paint markings can expand to her tail and are sporadic in color & have no true pattern.
I'd like if her tail to fin was a gradient of some kind? CC, preferably starting in a neon green at her waist...
Her eye makeup is a throw to DJ SiSeN, if it's not too clear on the references. Mainly in blue, green, yellow, and purple tones preferred, but feel free to "wing it".
