Bending slowly over Keera pulled the little kitten up letting it rest on her belly. "Well now... what could you be little one... your certainly not your average cat."
The elf looked to its eyes which were oddly not animal like but more intelligent and with a glint. "Now though... you can't speak and we'd like to know your story."

"A simple talk with animals spell can solve that problem." Stella commented, still hovering near the gravid elf's shoulder.

A few complex hand gestures later, followed by a light poke on Keera's forehead and the elf suddenly found herself able to understand the cat-creatures mewling and meows.

(Shade, Viper, Okami, and I assume Angel still are. As for the story the characters have left town, they are assembled outside of the city and are preparing for a journey that will help find a new town. Sanctum was destroyed too much by the dragon attack, so the characters were enlisted to help. Right now we're trying to figure out what Okami's character is after her rescue)

Keera only heard mews from the cat until stella had touched her forehead. Suddenly though, its noises became speech, although only to her. Nodding she gave a small smile. "Yes I can Katarina. My name is Keera. Your no housecat i can tell especially with that fire."

"Well still, we can always try to find a way to reverse the curse. Unfourtanatly I can't use healing magic, and believe me if I could I would reverse my own curse." The elven magister muttered as Katarina was bounced on her belly by a child's kick.

Keera was blushing deeply when Cattleya was pressing herself into her back. She knew there Minotaur was correct in that even if she could remove her curse, the fact of it was the young elf was having children despite her wishes. “Your... right about that.” Keera said slowly after a little while. “I probably should not mess about with the natural cycles of life especially what happened to me, but its not a good idea to be raising these children out in the wasteland. There is no short of danger out there that would not love to get their claws on an easy meal.” The elf told the minotaur.

Looking back to Katarina, Keera scratched the kitten's head. “Apparently that bow seems to have melded itself to you, I'm guessing you we're some sort of Artifactor before this happened?”

Garek was muttering to himself. “Stupid thing work!” the orc grunted out loud. He flicked a few switches and heard the generators begin to hum but as he adjusted the throttle nothing happened except for a whine. “Hey Jace! Could you get up here I need a little help with this!” He called to his mute companion.

"That explains that, you think the paralax capacitiors need replacing too? I had such a hard time scrounging for those in the first place. " The orc lept down from the drivers seat and looked down into the plate. "At this rate it will be easier to walk I just don't want to have to make an several humans, a minotaur, an elf, and an orc trek across the wastes without some sort of transportation.

He stepped around to the trunk and threw it open revealing a mass of parts. "We'll only be a few more. I figure if we can bypass the regulators we can least make it to Rubbish in an hour or two. There we can get some real parts and a decent meal. I don't know about you but Sanctum's food wasn't as good as out in the wastes. Must have been the human's cooking!" Garek flashed Jace a toothy smile.
