Scarlett growled at the pushing force that moved her walls back. She turned to look at the wolf. "What do you want from me? To say sorry? Well then my damned apologies to you Greene. I don't have any more fight left in me. She stood up, easily balancing with cat-like claws dug into the branch. She didn't trust jumping down right away, she knew the wolf would charge and attack. She sighed, tired and worn out mentally. She eyed the sleeping wolf below her, cursing herself for letting one wolf cause this much grief.

Rail had had enough of this torture game. Unknowing what the hatred was due from he decided he needed to step in. Plus being surrounded by four females didn't sound like a bad time at all. A small white bird 'brrrrped' at him from upon his shoulder before going into hiding within the wolf's long neck fur.

The large male moved gracefully down the hill side to the small group. He moved his head in a swift and seen style to smooth his fur to look his best before them. Just as he neared the sleek brown female made a crack at a dog insult before causing a tree (which had a trapped wolf up high) to nearly explode into fire. His head tilted to the side in surprise and Colt went flying and screeching in the opposite direction. With a role of the eyes he met the brown wolf as she neared the fallen one. "Aww but why no begging? It can lead to a lot of fun" he said flurtatiosly and raised his brow, swishing his two tails about behind him. He hoped to distract the enraged one from doing harm and at the same time get 4 out of 4 females swooning. He tilted his head with a playful 'aww come on' look. He prided him self on his 'prissiness' and beauty, the fact that no female could not get lost in his smokey grey eyes.

"You were, talking to me of course, correct?" He said as he sat before the brown one wondering if her anger would fade.

"Explain Marta." her quiet voice growled. A warning and that quiet, authoritative anger pooled in those tired but alert blue eyes.

The dreamless sleep she had been in was rudely interrupted when the roar of the explosion had hit her ears, jolting her awake much to her chagrin- she was really starting to hate waking up; every time nowadays, there was some sort of crisis going on-

A tree was erupted in flames- the ground around it ablaze; as before in the cave she was filled with confusion, but she shut it down, focusing on the task at hand alone. It was her secret specialty, her laser-like focus.

Trotting closer; she had seen the ensuing encounter; seen Marta pinned the Tailed One and begin to reach out to rip her throat; had seen the young male newcomer arrive, but acting on instinct she had slammed Marta off the Twin-Tail. Though she felt no personal duty, this chaos was a direct insult to her authority and she was going to shut it down. Period.

Red-Fur had intrusted the order of the group to her and she would maintain it without question.

She eyed the newcomer curiously and the pairs of eyes that stared at her sudden awakening and arrival. His story and where the hell he'd come from would have to wait. Still tired, her orders were quick and punctual, no room for discussion. "You three. Take fuel away fire. Done, go sit on beach and wait." She gestured with her head to where the fire was raging- they had to clear the surrounding dead wood lest the fire spread to the rest of the woods. Then they would go sit on the beach and wait for further instruction. till she returned from her interrogation. Marta had some explaining to do.

"No more fighting. You fight, I kill." she growled bluntly to them all. This constant inner-struggles were growing intolerable. This was not a group acting as a team; this was a ragtag brawl waiting to happen. And her patience from lack of sleep and rest and general stress was growing thin.

She eyed the green-wolf and saw her flinch slightly. "Marta, come over here. We talk."

They would go a set distance away, not of eye-shot lest anyone else try something but out of hearing.

She stopped and turned nodding for her old comrade to sit before seating herself. "Now explain. From beginning." she growled.

"hmm, I guess I'll just have to prove you wrong now wo.." his words cut short. Rail smirked and gave a surprised 'huh' when the second white one took out the pretty brown one. Oh well, better luck next time. He sighed and relaxed as he went to cleaning his fur. The wolf gave orders and he scuffed at her, but then smiled knowing just what to do. He looked over his shoulders to the trapped one "and what about you? Not your type either." He let his hurt pride slip out on the words as he went to help her stand. He lifted his head up and gave a short bark to the sky. Colt fly back down to him as he scratched at his back. Horns always made your back itchy when ya went to howl or whatnot.

The mutated bird hopped around before his paws, it nodded it's oddly shaped head then took wing and scanned the area. He stood and went to greet the red wolf. He caught her looking at him so of course now he had to pose and make sure he was being seen. The wolf went to the water, right where he was heading too. She stopped and he watched as her fur melded off and together to form a carrying object, she placed water around the fire but it would not be enough to put it out. As he moved past her he made sure to sway his rump to lightly bump her side. "Impressive, my turn." He reached the water's edge as Colt came to rest on his shoulder once more. The bird tucked itself into the fur around his neck for safety.

Rail took a deep breath and closed his eyes. This was to nice an area to let it turn to ash. He called on his 'other side', the demon, devil, altered side of his being. Soon a large fish-like creature came to the surface. He rose his head and looked at the beast with pure smokey grey eyes. The creature moved back and forth to aline itself with the fire and spit water at the flames until they finally started to dwindle and puff out. It opened its mutilated mouth showing dagger-like teeth that didn't belong in its species naturally. It tried to lunge at Rail but was met with razor sharp claws slashing across its face. "I am master here, not you" he growled lowly at the creature and willed it back into the dark side of the waters. The creature slammed its body on the shore a few time but quickly retreated into the water and away from the wolves.

Rail stood and shook his fur out, causing Colt to jump and circle around before hiding once more. He turn and gave a toothy grin to the blood-bender. His eyes faded back to normal, rather than the full glowing grey state they were in. He eyed the smoking ground but was certain with her and his contributions the fire would not be able to rekindle itself.

He moved to stand near her as he watch her face. He slowly picked up a paw and went to touch the flowing coat. He wanted to know what it felt like. Like normal fur? Or wet and sticky like blood.

He pulled his paw back just in time before she snipped at him. As she did Colt sprung out like a natural defense system with a hiss and attempted peek at her nose. Though he did not contact her, the bird thing was just afraid. His mind fumbled through the static trying to respond. No words came to him so he settled for shrugging his shoulders and going to lay under a tree until the two females finished their girl talk. He looked back to the blood wolf, "I am sorry if I have upset you. Curiosity gets the best of me sometimes. And don't worry about Colt, he cant hurt you." He bowed his head slightly then refocused his gaze on the others. Checking once in awhile on the other twin-tail, wondering if she was okay and if she had the answers he had been looking for.

His faced warmed when she mentioned liking the twin tail. He liked all females. "no" he said quietly. "she might have answers that I've been looking for. Shes the only other twin-tail I've ever seen." He had never thought he'd fine another like him. Did he even know what information he wanted? Not really, but these wolves seemed to be very humanized. "Why, if I may ask, was the brown one blowing things up?"

Frost gave Marta a long, evaluating stare. She didn't by the "poor me" act about being "cornered and horribly outnumbered" in the cave. But the collapse had happened and if Ember's (She had established this to be the Bloodied's name...she hoped was correct,) complete willingness or at very least acceptance of bringing the tree down with its hapless victim in it was anything to go by, then that at least seemed true.

Serious accusations. Frost sighed wearily, her eyes closing as her thoughts sifted carefully. The Leaders had vanished to who knew where, she did not know. In their wake, a crisis was waiting to happen born on all this dissonance and chaos. At this rate, someone was going to die.

When her eyes opened, their was an unnerving steeliness to them, for the first time in a long-time, the old, quiet confidence of a tried and true leader made its way to the surface. But it would be difficult; her inability to speak clearly was slowing her down, making her ill-advised to lead them in the meantime.

A grim, dangerous plan was forming in her head, and she tapped her foreleg four times.

We will not leave them. This is my team now, Marta. I will assist and protect them as I have sworn to of my own will. And you will restrain yourself. she accompanied this as with a short growl. Things had become much difficult with her arrival; she would need to keep one eye on her from now on. That being said, it was time to reveal her plan.


Marta. I need you to force-insert some basic wolf-speech. Do not touch anything else. It will not be opened to you.

This was reckless, but desperate times had called for desperate measures. This time of "instant-learning" however, was a most dangerous idea. Should Marta not securely place and fix this part of her brain, it could permanently damage her ability to communicate at all, let alone in wolf-speak.
