Kari's wanderings brought her once again the the seemingly abandoned booth. Even though she knew it was wrong, her hand reached out to the flowers she so desperately wanted.
Once again, she couldn't bring herself to take her prize, dashing off in failure.
Kari wandered over to the booth again, attempting to muster the nerve to successfully take some flowers. Taking a deep breath, she reached towards the flowers.
She pulled out a white and purple bouquet amid the other arrangements and stared at the flowers she'd just taken. Her heart was pounding and her breathing heavy as she contemplated what she was about to do. Shaking off the feeling and clutching her prize to her chest, Kari walked away with the intent to apologize and repay the nurse later.

"What in the -" Cricket strung together a string of words that sounded so nasty a few of the more sensitive ears in the area likely rotted right off of heads "have you all been doing?"
Clearly she wasn't pleased that in her absence people had found it prudent to steal from her! This was not good at all!
In a rage, Cricket began pulling her booth apart, throwing pieces about! Flowers broke apart, the fence she'd made snapped to pieces, and the sound of hissing and enraged insects began like a symphony of madness.
UH OH! WHAT DO??
Cricket has begun a rampage. This means for the time being you cannot get any minipets from this booth! However, at the rate Cricket is going, you may not be able to at all if she continues.
What does that mean? Well... that you might want to... stop her. However..... only those who have not been to the booth at all, did not participate in the stealing or tried to guard it are capable of this.
How do I stop Cricket?
Cricket's rage-HP is 50.
Roll 2d4, -3 for accuracy (this is for all years and quest students and other professors if they so wish. Should Red or Arel attempt to placate Cricket, they may roll 2d10 - 5 for accuracy. Best Friend Stats. Should one of her mentoring apprentices attempt to placate her, they may roll 2d6 -3 for accuracy.) while RPing trying to appeal to her to stop.
This is the 'damage' you do to her HP listed above. Keep track of it!
What if I was stealing?
Don't talk to Cricket. No seriously.
Talk to her anyways
Cricket does an auto-damage of -10 to you per time you attempt this - and you don't want to end up in her infirmary, right?
Well I didn't know!
Stealing is bad. Were the flowers worth it, you wonder?

Molan hadn't been to this booth, not once... and perhaps there was a reason. He slowly walked up, staring at the... chaos before him in silence a moment before cringing as a piece of booth went flying by his head. That... was a bit close. He shifted a few steps to one side of the nurse before trying to edge around to look at her, a bit meek since... she seemed rather ticked.
And he wasn't even sure why.
"Didn't... you work hard to make that?" Perhaps this wasn't the best way to try and convince her now to ruin everything, but he didn't even know what had happened.
With the commotion from outside, Uru held a finger toward Maple and gestured her to wait there. If she stayed here, it would be safer. Being who he was, the hellhound stepped outside the cafe and followed the sound of the commotion. It was coming from a booth, one that he had seen many times, passed many times each day of the festival, but did not stop for it. It would appear someone was throwing a fit and there were people around to stop this person.
Uru knocked a piece of booth away idly as he came up to stand beside a person dressed in white.
There was a girl, ripping apart the booth and the things to it, pieces strewn all around her as she ravaged it. The humming of insects grew louder as time went on.
Without hesitation, he moved forward toward the girl. His eyes furrowed into some sort of aggression. Aggression, but the intent was to protect. Ears perked forward and tailed swished behind him with each step, gloved hands to his side should she take her rampage on him.
Rosciel had just gotten down to the Scarentines event, had just gone to that stupid relationship machine at Sin's insistence (Needless to say, he hadn't enjoyed it). She'd been in the process of tugging him over to another booth when he saw the commotion start. He'd had a few classes with Nurse Cricket, honestly she was probably his favorite teacher, really. Suppose it helped that he really sort of liked the subject. But that was beside the point. What was going on?
He gave his ghoulfriend a kiss on the cheek before leading her over. "Nurse Cricket?" It didn't seem like her to make such a mess, and of her own things no less. He ducked a piece of the fence, holding Sin close to him so she didn't get hurt. "Isn't this wasteful?"
Sin smiled and followed Rosc along happy to see him heading towards a booth without being urged. Of course she quickly noticed that there was a problem and frowned, oh dear Cricket seemed to be throwing a bit of a fit. She cringed beside Rosc and looked at him worried, teachers throwing fits really wasn't ever good. "Uh Nurse Cricket isn't this a bit reckless and dangerous?"
She cocked her hip and took one step back worried that Cricket might snap, of course before she stepped back she made sure none of her 'babies' were around her heels.

With so many booths, Miasma was sure she had missed a few, so it didn't come as too much as a surprise as she seemed to not recognize this booth when she walked into it.
"Miasma! Look-" There was a shriek, and something came flying her way, and she barely ducked in time as it soared over her head, dissipating some of her butterflies. "HEY! What do you think you're-"
... Was that... a professor? Wait, wasn't this her booth? Why in Jack's name was she- Another piece of debris flew her way, grazing her cheek. She. Scratched. Her. Face.
Professor or not, she needed to calm the hell down. Focusing her FEAR, she summoned a few more butterflies, sending them towards the rampaging teacher.
Efflo had been quietly wandering the booths, minding his own business when suddenly his glowworms were all set a flurry. The uncomfortable wriggling forced the undead to cease his aimless wandering and to begin searching desperately for the source of agitation. An ominous buzzing reached the boil's ears, the sound becoming almost deafening as he reached Cricket's booth. The glowworms were peering out from wherever they could, and several had made camp on his shoulders, swaying madly as they fed off the other insects' energy.
He crept as close to the whirlwind of flying debris and bugs as he could, voice softly squeaking out,
Erintis had been looking around the booths when she stumbled upon the woman that seemed to be causing such a rucas. Raising an eyebrow she stepped forward.
"I am not sure what has happened here however, I believe that damaging booths and scaring students is not what needs to be done?"
Being sure to keep her distance just in case the woman turned violent against those trying to keep her from hurting the students.
Thankfully it seemed other students were trying to help. Well at least he was less likely to be particularly targeted to throw things a- SMACK and there was a bit of debris to the face.
Lovely.
Still, he wasn't about to let chaos win. He took a break and prepared to speak again, hoping to sooth the teacher when he noticed butterflies. A few moments of it registering and he spotted the reaper. Oh... oh fabulous. After this was all done, perhaps... they could avoid talking and explaining Kashi some more. In the meantime, he had to... stop carnage.
Right.
Another breath and he called out again. "You should really stop, someone might be hurt, and you're ruining your hard work aren't you?" Not. Helping.
With a very small trail of heartless minipets in tow, Thackery opted to take some time to visit some of the other booths. He somehow avoided any awkward confrontation up until now - why not risk that by branching out?
It sounded a lot better in his head.
Another series of loud noises caught his attention; something different than balloon-popping. Something a lot more chaotic. Frowning, he tucked one of the tinier minipets under his shirt, and stuffed another into his hood, fearing for their safety as he went to investigate.
He wasn't sure what they'd done to make her mad, but the nurse looked really, really mad. She was messing up all the nice stuff!
Fai hadn't been there yet, but he did smell flowers, and of course he was drawn to the wreckage of the rampaging ghost ghoul. Ahh, it was lovely, he thought. But at the same time, it was a bit damaging to the plants. He frowned, wondering what would be a good way to deal with this...
He reached down, picking up one of the fallen blossoms and checking it carefully for bruising. "My dear," he said quietly. "These are quite beautiful blossoms. I admire your dedication, I can see it in the color and health."
