Alexander Viola Alex smiled. It was great having Mira as a partner. She was smart, beautiful, and powerful too. All the things he wanted in a girl. He sighed as he looked around when he saw a suspisious looking man. "Is that... the James guy you were talking about?" He pointed over to the guy who was looking at the two. He saw his picture in the wanted, but it wasn't Dylan...

Mira takes a sip of her drink then looked to where he was pointing. She almost spit out her drink but held herself back, it had been so long since she's seen him."Ummm...let's not make eye contact...I don't have many good memories with him..." She looked down.

Alexander Viola Alex frowned as he looked over at James. He must be a huge problem if Mira wanted to avoid him, But he couldn't do anything to him.

Mira realized James had seen her look at him, he had gotten up and was making his way towards them. "Oh my god...he's coming this way!" She turned and scooted closer to Alex.

Alexander Viola Alex looked over and saw that James was walking over to the table they were sitting at. His grip tightened on Mira's hand, and he smiled at Mira. He turned back to James, who was now at the table. "Hello. My name is Alex. If you don't mind me asking, what exactly do you need here?" On the outside, Alex was smiling at the man, but it was all that he could do to prevent himself from punching the jerk.

Mira wrapped her hands around Alex's arm, she smiled but tried her best to not make eye contact.James
James smiled politely then walked over towards the girl. "Oh nothing in particular...it's just this...this girl looks quite firmiliar, well her face at least." He bent down, James gave her an evil smile while staring straight into her eyes.

Alexander Viola Alex tried his best to keep his smile on. He placed his hand the table and leaned over so that only James could see his face. He wasn't wearing that smile anymore, but a scowl. "I know that look in your eyes," Alex said barely above a whisper. Hopefully, Mira couldn't hear or see his face. "If you touch one hair on her, I will rip your limbs off." He leaned back, the smile back on his face. "Why don't we buy the nice man a drink? Come on, sit over here by me? Don't be shy, I won't bite..." His smile was a shade darker than before.

Mira's eyes widened as Alex invited James to sit with them."Yes...p...please join us!" She put on a fake smile for James while glaring at Alex for inviting him.James
James's smile grew wider as Alex threatened him. "Hmmm do you really like her that much? He asked him quietly. James swiftly walked towards Alex, and ran his fingers across Mira's shoulders as he passed by. "Why I'd love to join you guys!"

Alexander Viola Alex's grin was genuine when he smiled back at Mira. "Don't worry, I know what I'm doing." He said quietly to Mira. He turned to James again. "So... how exactly do you know Mira? Or did you two just run into each other in the street?"

Mira smiles slightly as Alex tried to reassure her.."Ok" She said softly.James
James smiled and looked over towards Mira."Well when I was younger a boy you now know as LeX trained with me at an old shrine. When we were about 9 or so our master found Mira all alone in an old abandoned house. Her parents died in the war so we took her in. We all trained and lived together. Then master.....died. LeX and I took off for the city and never saw Mira again till well now!"

Alexander Viola Alex smiled as he heard what James said. So that's how the three of them know each other... Good thing I took prosecutor apprenticeship classes... His grin widened. Now for the real show to begin! He tilted his head curiously. "How exactly did you know your 'master'? And do you know exactly how he died?" OOC: Well, I thought it would end up like this... XD Lawyer powers activate!!
