However even though he can't admit it, he had more rays of light that influenced him in his life but those two stole the spotlight. He handed the baby back to the mother. Send him off to bed, let him get his sleep.

Ellie nodded hopping from his seat, then cradled the baby in her arms. She kissed Eight's forhead goodnight and began to walk away.
Before she left the room she turned to look at Eight. "Sleep with us tonight?" She gave him a small smile,it had been a while since he last slept beside her.

Eight watched her leave as she asked to come to bed with her. Eight responded with a nod in agreement. In a minute. There's something I need to do first. Eight got up from the chair and walked the other direction. I'll see you there. A portal opened on its own as Eight walked right through and vanished without a trace.

This day was pretty much over for Eight, with still enough time to get some sleep. Eight walked over to his room and took off his shirt and got into bed with his wife already in there. He got in and held onto his wife and went on to sleep in utter silence. Not one word came out of Eight the entire time.

As Eight laid besdies her she laid with the baby in her arms. She sat up, laying it into it's tiny bed beside their bed. Laying down, she looked at Eight and his closed eyes. She knew something was on his mind, that omsething was bothering him. She knew him better than he knew himself, she could see inside of him even when he couldnt. Gently with the back of her hand she stroked his cheek, allowing her thumb to follow his strong jaw line, and her index finger over his lips. "Dont ever leave me." she whispered kissing his lips gently, and dozing off to sleep herself.

Hours have passed by, giving Eight and his family enough sleep to refresh the brain and body. It's been a while since Eight had actual sleep and was nice to finally get some nowadays. The next day came along as Eight woke up. Noticing his family was still asleep, he quietly out of bed and walked out to his window. The war is extremely near and preparations are almost completely finished. This is Eight's biggest battle to face yet. Facing all that played a special role in his life and heart, the same people he is going to fight against and this time on his own will. He crossed his arms as he looked out the window watching Arkham and everything within it.

Ellie didnt sleep one bit, she had nothing but nightmares, so she had no problem hearing her husband get up. She sat up in bed and whispered "What's wrong?" She could sense the tension coming from him.

Eight heard his wife's words out to him. He slightly glanced over and back to the window. Nothing...nothing at all. Eight remained silent. He knew it was coming, and it was coming soon. There was no mistaking it, no changing it. Nothing of the sort. The end is coming Ellie. It's time to prepare for it. Eight kept his arms crossed as he made his statement.

She looked down and their small son, and quietly slid out of bed. She stood behind Eight whom was at the window. She placed her arms around his body from behind and kissed the back of his neck. She just stood quietly embracing him while she laid her head on his back. "No matter what happens. I will always love you and only you."

He tilted his head down to think a bit, while also spending as much time as possible with his wife before the war.

After a long periods of time have passed, Eight turned to her. The war is coming in closer. I'm gonna need you to stay here and care for him. Eight dimmed his eyes at Ellie. Also, if anything should happen to me during the battle, and I don't return. I want you to move to the Zaibatsu with Derek and start a new life there. That's not up for discussion with me. Eight gave her a kiss on her forehead and walked out of his room and out of the mansion.

Eight appeared inside the mansion as he heard a sound of a crying baby. He walked over taking his time making inside the room seeing his crying baby boy. Eight walked over and picked him up and held him close. His wife came over and planted a kiss on his lips. Eight responded with the same. He looked into the crying eyes of his son and gave a genuine smile. He took his free arm and held his wife close to him while his son is in his other. Giving them their moment of being together once more. Eight closed his eyes and remembered on how these two impacted him strongly. Moments later, he placed his child into his wife's arms and gave her another kiss and walked out. Silent he remained, he couldn't bring the words out of him to say anything. He walked out and vanished to one more place.

_Much after the infiltration, Derek went through the Mansion, trying to find Eleven and his younger self and mother. But to no avail just yet. He searched upstairs first but have found only maids and empty rooms. He searched the side of the main floor but haven't found anything yet. He walked back to the main lobby and sat down on the main chair and began to think. Now if I were my father, where I hid something very secretive? Derek couldn't think of anything till he remembered something back from the past. He remembered a hallway, a mighty long one at that. But he didn't quite remember where this hallway would be. He got up and began to pace back and forth, he was running out of time. Which is something that isn't on Derek's side at the moment. He asked himself that very question again. Wait a minute. Derek looked behind him, behind the throne there was a door down the hall. Could that be it? Derek couldn't help but to find out. He walked to the door and opened it and went on inside. He began to run again this time. He needed to get to his family as quickly as possible.
_Derek made it back to the main floor of the Mansion. Looking around he turned to see if Eleven was near him. Do you think you could locate my mother here? Derek looked around once more. She's got to be in one of these rooms.
