Courath
[Gathering Information]
Courath was not one to normally talk to others outside of Hers. Still without the young woman there, Courath had no option if she wanted to do as she'd intended. Always keeping an eye and mental ear out for Aerith's call, Courath carefully approached a handful of weyrfolk. ~ Be calm, we're here to help. ~ Her voice soothed, eyes whirling blue and posture non-threatening. ~ Can you tell me what you've seen? ~
From the jumbled words and a few images she was able to glean there was a vicious creature of which Courath had never seen terrorizing the weyr. It had not been what started the fires though. To the other dragons in the area Courath alerted. ~ They are oil fires! There is a large creature... like this. They do not know which way it went. ~ She sent a hazy image of what might be a tunnelsnake along with her message before crooning to the stunned weyrfolk. ~ If you can, help the others. If not Ours have a safe area where the feast was to happen. Someone can lead you there. ~

[Moriath - tag Asoth]
Moriath rumbled, shoving her way awkwardly through the thick growth, breaking trees where she had to. she elaborated as another tree fell under the force of her powerful forelegs. It wasn't especially fast going, but she couldn't turn around and backing out would take too long.

Freia and Freiask [Gathering info]
Even though they saw something resembling it, Freia wanted to make sure. She went to talk to the group, wondering if she could believe them. Freiask was not happy with the turn of events. She should be out there, clawing the Eggs out of that intruder. She knew what that scream was and figured she could track it.
Of course when she goes to talk to the person, they can't say a word. Sighing, the wherhandler stepped away, looking for someone else to talk to or see if another found the trail.

Asoth rumbled an agreement to Moriath "Should i follow your trail with you from the air and keep watch for you?" he asked her, hovering near her as she broke her way through trees. That looked like fun but if he did the same it would take too long so he stayed in the air, awaiting her answer.

Fighting Fire
Remaining Fire - 70-6 = 64
D'lin and his group had made swift progress back to the weyr with the dragons going ahead to ensure no danger was present. The sight of the fire made him angry...they had all worked so hard, so shafting hard, first to win the weyr back then to rebuild it for him to let it burn down around him. "Find out what you can about the snake!" He told Freia though she and her gold already seemed to be moving in that direction.
"Everyone else put out the fire or we won't have a Weyr to bother saving from the blasted animals!" He stated, grabbing a bucket and throwing it on the flames right behind Kleos. The sight of the Trough where she was filling her bucket gave him an idea though and he gave Plexith a mental tap with an image of what he wanted.

Fighting fire..the dragon way.
Remaining Fire - 64 -7 = 57
Plexith had been pleased to see no danger between the group and the weyr and he passed that information along to Cepheith sure that the gold would be happy to hear it. 'We encountered no danger in the fields on the way to the Weyr' He told the golden queen 'The young ones are even behaving themselves so far.' A mild bit of surprise in the bronzes voice at that bit of information. 'A fire has encompassed several buildings and weyrfolk seem frightened...ah mine has seen someone wounded, I believe he is past help' The bronze continued his running commentary, a touch of sadness in his voice knowing that it is hard to stay behind when things were happening.
His mindspeech was paused for a moment however as his rider drew his attention. 'I am to help the fire, mine bids me to the beast pens..I hope the crafters will not be to terribly angry.' The bronze stated as he wheeled away His attention switching from Cepheith to Aerith momentarily. 'Watch the young' He told the white simply be fore swooping down and snagging one of the large troughs to feed the herdbeasts and his attention shifted once more to Cepheith sending her an image of what he was doing - because even in the midst of a disaster there was a bit of humor to it. Carefully he gained altitude, trying not to spill the liquid until he reached the flames, where he let one end drop as he flew overhead, making for the lake to refill.

Carltis muttered an extremely rude word, which fortunately was covered up by the shouts of those fighting the fires. Grabbing and filling a bucket he said rather more loudly; "This is why we can't have nice things!" and threw the water over the flames.

Aerith
Trolling after Courath while she information gather's
Aerith was not keen on speaking to others, sure she had spoken once or twice to students during a lesson but it was not something she did regularly. It just..wasn't right. Rather then do so she turned her attention to seeking out those who were wounded and calling attention to them with deep rumbles. All the while keeping an eye on Courath to make sure the little green was keeping out of trouble.
When the flames licked especially close to one unconscious soul she ever so carefully snagged his clothing with a claw and drug him further away whole calling for some help.

Tag Dizzian, Others in Group C
When the Weyrling didn't fight her Mercy rolled to let her up "But she's not going alone and there are others to help her now. Just like we have to help people here." She insisted. "Weyrwomen Narisa and Wingleader Z'fer are in charge, they've ordered us to stay..so we say. Lets go and make ourselves useful."
With a tip of her head she motioned towards the wreckage that was the former party. The place was a disaster, so Mercy started righting tables and picking things up.

Roscoe
Group B - Fighting Fire.
Remaining Fire - 51 - 8 = 43
Roscoe had wasted little time in following N'mol to D'lin's group - but he did so quietly in case his friend tried to make him stay behind. Once they reached the scene of the fire however he wasted no time in pitching in and helped to douse the flames.

[Berath - Fire fighting!]
Having determined that the healers' complex was not on fire Berath hit the ground with a thump by the water trough closest to her and grabbed it in her jaws. Not trusting her lumbering liftoff process not to spill the lot she jogged as quickly as she dared to the burning buildings and tossed the water over it, then taking to the air after Plexith to replenish at the lake. If she could scoop water up in flight, she might be alright.

It was surprising how many people had passed on going to the feast. In some ways it was a blessing. More eyes to see what had happened, but also more lives to be at risk from the spreading flames. Courath could feel Aerith's eyes upon her and as such kept her actions cautious, directing others to step in when she couldn't quite get to someone safely.
It may have been annoying to another to have a little white shadow but Courath wasn't bothered. She was glad not only that she was here doing her own part but that she had Aerith and the other dragon's experience to guide her as well.
~ Aerith!~ She called out suddenly, her eyes picking up speed in her excitement. ~ They say they saw the tunnelsnake! It has been through these buildings! ~

"You suck with jokes, this is a bad time. Now stop making me grumpy, you're making steam come outta my ears." Just as bad? Oh, yes. Just as bad. Perhaps worse. Rochelle ran with him, grabbing at a bucket to throw at some flames to snuff it out. "Psh, nice things! This is just adding decorations to the place."

[Siata, fire fighting]
Kleos stormed off to go and be a total boss and Siata followed right after. The wingleader had her own ability to take over things and Siata, rather, ahd a wher. "You! Go take care of those people. S'not like you can go and put out fire." She yelled the words out to Siask, darting in to start putting out some of the flames.
Siask did as ordered, swiveling in the direction of that youth and those people, large body bounding over. He had the intelligence to not get too close to the huddled people just in case they tried to stab him and talking to them id not seem to be a possibility. He rumbled, head swiveling to and fro to try and see a threat.. but it was much too bright, too hot.
