Oh for the love of.
Shun frowned as Ziggy started to bolt off. Grimacing, he took off after the cat. This was probably going to get him all scratched up, but the last thing they needed was for her to cause more trouble. Mitsu had lost her breath shortly after beginning to run, and so he quickly passed her up, swiftly jumping over some crates to try and close the distance between himself and the little acrobat. If he could just time things correctly... he might be able to shadow step right to her to snatch her up.

Ziggy continued on passed the crates for a short while before she made a sudden change in direction and headed back the way she came. Her eyes were fully black as they settled on Shun but for once she didn't leap at the reaper as she normally did. Instead she zoomed in between his feet and jumped to the highest point of the stacked crates that easily took her off the ground by twelve or thirteen feet. She stopped then and sat herself down staring down at the people below her. It seemed she just wanted to be high up.
"Zi-Ziggy!" Mitsu finally made it up to the crates and placed her hands against them as she caught her breath. This was a terrible state to be in. Her lungs burned, her sides ached, and her legs didn't want to go any further. "Ziggy come down." As Mitsu tilted her head up something on one of the crates caught her attention. To anyone else it probably wouldn't have rose any sort of suspicion but the name Amityville was something familiar and it jumped out at her without even trying. Pressing her hand lightly to the label she realized it was a cover over and saw most of the other crates were on their way to Hollow Hills. What had come from Amity?
"That cat of yours is going to get you in deep trouble one day," The announcer wheezed as he caught up. He had followed along to make sure the feline didn't attack any more of his people.
"Sir....what do you get from Amityville?" Mitsu asked without looking back.
"...We don't get anything from Amityville. Its too far off our route."
"T..then why is this one labeled..." Mitsu didn't understand but her ears pivoted forward when she thought she heard something from inside it. It sounded like a moan.

Shun saw the cat turn towards him, and he was getting ready to prepare himself for an attack. However, it never happened. Turning around, he saw her bound up onto the crates. Grimacing, he looked over the crates, wondering if they were sturdy enough to support his weight. Probably. Considering they were supposed to be filled with supplies and all.
He didn't try scaling up just yet, as he turned towards Mitsu, who was having hard time breathing. Frowning lightly, he rubbed her back, trying to help her relax. They were going to need to do some training for sure once they got back home.
Once she had recovered some, he was about to climb up, but again stopped as he was distracted by something else. Apparently one of the crates was labeled differently.
He frowned as he heard something come from inside.
"I hope you don't typically stuff things in these crates that would make such noises," he murmured flatly before knocking on the wood. Maybe he had just imagined it. But it sounded like something alive was inside.

The knock was answered with some shuffling noises and frantic muffled sounds. It was a decent sized crate but would still be rather cramped for anything other than a mini.
The announcer stared at the crate a little wide eyed. "We don't ship anything back in these crates....they should be empty." He quickly motioned for some of the workers to come over and they made fast work of unloading the crates to get to the one at the bottom that was making noise.
Mitsu had moved to retrieve Ziggy but the feline continued to stay out of reach, watching the crate almost intently. When they finally got to the bottom the crate was pulled out and a monster quickly set a crowbar into the lid and popped it open. Inside, curled up in an uncomfortable position was Tom, bound, gagged, and wide eyed. He made a muffled distressed noise until the announcer moved over to remove the cloth in his mouth.
"Tom!? Tom, lad, what happened? Are you alright?" The man sounded worried trying to help his son out of the crate so that he could untie him. Thankfully one of the monsters assisted pulling him free and holding him while his bindings were cut before setting the boil on his feet.
Before Tom could answer a loud booming cry came from behind them. "TOM!!" The ringleader had returned and she bound up toward the group and grasped Tom around the shoulders and pulled him into a powerful hug. "You had your mother worried sick! Where were you? I've been looking everywhere." Her eyes turned and saw Shun and Mitsu and she smiled releasing Tom just long enough to grab Shun and pull him into a hug crushing him against her bosom. "Thank you so much for finding my baby!"

Ok. Something was definitely alive in this crate. Frowning lightly, he turned towards the announcer as he flagged down some workers to open it up. The kid from last night was inside. Bound and gagged. Well. That solved one mystery. That didn't really say anything about how the hell the kid ended up like this though. Placing his hands into his pockets, he just waited as the little family reunion happened.
Shun was completely taken by surprise as he was suddenly grabbed into a rather crushing hug with his face stuck in the ringleader's bosom. He tensed up greatly at first, then tried to roughly push himself back and away.
"We didn't really do a whole lot," he muttered under his breath. Though it was likely not really heard as his words were muffled from the woman's chest. It was also pretty hard to breathe like this.

As Shun would imagine the ringleader didn't hear, she was just too happy that Tom had been found. The announcer shook his head at the display and tried to get his wife's attention.
"Dear....Dear." She wasn't listening. "Juliet."
She turned then to look at her husband, her expression questioning.
"The lad needs to breath."
"Oh," She let Shun go then and set him upright again, straightening his jacket and fussing with his hair like mothers always do before she went back to her son and resumed with the same questions. While they were fussing with Tom Mitsu stepped up next to Shun to make sure he was alright, placing a hand against his arm gently.
When Tom was finally allowed to speak he seemed baffled.
"I...I don't really know. I was talking to Archer last night and I gave him the news that you wanted me to study to be the next Ringleader. I was telling him the ideas I had about the mini pet parade and so on and then everything went dark and next I know I'm waking up stuffed inside a crate." Tom reached back and rubbed his head where there was a large knot.
"What's everyone gathered out here for? We're supposed to be setting up we have a show in two hou-" Archer had walked up on the scene and saw Tom right off the bat. His eyes grew wide for a moment before they narrowed and he hissed. "s**t." And just as quickly he turned and took off trying to flee the scene.

Squirming some more, Shun found that it was getting harder to breathe like this. Would he end up suffocating he wondered? When he was finally released, he gasped for air, taking a few moments to recover from that. Dusting himself off, he grimaced and returned to Mitsu's side.
Tom's story was an interesting one to say in the least. It sounded like Archer may very well be their culprit. What was even more incriminating, was when the acrobat showed up himself. Narrowing his eye, he saw the guy turn around to start fleeing. The Reaper took this opportunity to shadow step in front of him, and swinging a low punch to try and catch the guy in the gut. Hopefully that would be enough to stop him from fleeing any further.

No one had managed to move into action except for Shun. Perhaps they were all too stunned by the implication so if it hadn't been for the reaper, the acrobat would have likely gotten away without any trouble. As it stood Archer was on a clear path until he found a fist in his gut making him double over.
He looked up in time to see Shun there and glared at the reaper. Where the hell had he come from? "Get the hell out of my way." He hissed, flipping back before lunging at Shun with a fist of his own. The acrobat might not have been a trained fighter but he was fast and agile because of the stunts he did on a normal basis.

Shun wasn't particularly stunned. The guy was an a*****e anyway. He was also relatively prepared for some sort of retaliation, and so he just barely managed to duck out of the way of that punch Archer threw back at him. The guy was more nimble than he originally thought.
He didn't say anything in return to the acrobat, and he definitely did not get out of his way. Instead, he threw a punch at the guy's face, then attempted to leg sweep him to knock him over.

As Shun's fist came toward his face, Archer fell back and away like his spine was made of rubber. His feet leaving the ground just in time to avoid the leg sweep as he flipped back and landed in a crouch, his eyes glaring daggers at the reaper. Well, if he wasn't going to get out of his way then he was just going to have to create an opening. He sprang forward again light on his feet but instead of striking he leaped high into the air, flipping head over heels as he went in an attempt to pole vault over Shun to get behind him and land an attack there. Keeping this a fair fight was far from his mind and he had plans to run as soon as he downed this jerk for getting in the way.
"S..Shun!" Mitsu had started to run forward but a hand grabbed hold of her shoulder to hold her back.
"Best to stay out of the way, Lass." The announcer said softly.
The lycan frowned but did as she was told, her eyes turning back to watch the fight with an uneasy gaze.

Go figure that the acrobat would be spry as all hell. Shun was trying to watch his movements carefully, but he didn't quite expect the other to jump over him like that. With a grunt, he felt something strike him from behind, causing him to stagger forth. Catching his balance, he shifted back and aimed a kick towards the acrobat's midsection. He planned on following it up with a roundhouse to his side as he turned his body to face him once more.
The Reaper also heard Mitsu calling out his name, but he didn't look towards the lycan. He needed to keep his focus on the acrobat.

The acrobat's reaction time was pretty acute but he still managed to catch part of the kick to the midsection. It pushed him back and away from the roundhouse kick, rolling back before he got to his feet again. Archer could take a fall and walk it off but repeated abuse was another thing. He was no brawler and it wasn't going to take much to put him down.
He frowned realizing Shun wasn't as slow as he hoped he would be. The reaper was pretty light on his feet and had a powerful hit to boot. If he managed to catch him with a full out blow it could very well be over.
"You're going to pay for getting in my way." As quick as a rabbit he was off again, darting and weaving before he came in to slam an elbow into Shun's face.

The acrobat was still rather quick. Shun was going to need to think of something to try and take him out. It was far too tempting to whip out his daggers and start carving into the guy. Somehow he didn't think that would be all too appreciated though.
The urge was still there nonetheless.
As fast as he was, he wasn't sure if he could be agile enough to dodge his blows and retaliate quickly while still getting a solid hit. A sacrifice was going to need to be made. Gritting his teeth, he stared down Archer as he came in quickly, holding his ground while crouching and getting ready. He didn't attempt to dodge. Instead, while he saw the elbow coming in at him, he brought up his right fist to try and drive it straight into Archer's temple at the same time.
The blow he took in turn dazed him, as well as knocked him off his feet. Groaning, he placed a hand on his head where he had been struck while he was slowly making his way back up.

Soon after Shun took the hit he would feel his fist make solid contact with something. When he finally managed to regain his composure he would find Archer in a dazed crumpled heap. The end of the fight seemed to signal three things. One, Ziggy came out of no where and latched onto the acrobat's calf with her teeth and claws causing the boil to yelp and flail helplessly trying to get the cat to go away.
"Stupid cat! I thought I got rid of you! And then you had to come back," He growled.
The next thing that happened was Juliet came marching over, hauled up her son like he weighed nothing more than a rag doll and proceeded to slap him. "You were trying to ship your brother away!? What the hell is going through you head!?" She continued to question him, slapping him in between each one so that Archer was never really allotted the amount of time needed to answer.
The third thing that happened was Mitsu came rushing in, stopping just behind Shun and rested her hands on his arm. She stared up at him, checking his head for an injury and silently asking him if he was okay.
Tom came in a bit closer then, trying to reach for the cat as Archer continued to flail. "Got rid of her? S...so this is Cosmica? I thought you said she ran away."
Juliet had stopped shaking Archer long enough so that he could speak. "Stop being so dense. I couldn't even lure that damn cat away. I threw her out the first chance I got. She was the reason you had so many damn plans to do shows with minis and then what would that leave me? I'm the ******** star of the show here not these ******** cats! GET THE HELL OFF ME!" Archer managed to fling the cat from his leg but Tom was quick to catch her. Juliet, however, resumed shaking and slapping.
"Don't talk to your brother that way! We have a lot of things to talk about!" She dragged Archer off to who knows where with her husband quick to follow after checking on Tom one last time to make sure he was okay.
"Gotta make sure she doesn't actually kill him," The announcer explained before he disappeared.

Shun tensed as he saw a blur of green, but again, Ziggy did not go for him. It was kind of nice to not be her prime target. For once. And it seemed that she used to belong to these people after all. Not only that, but Archer was an even bigger a*****e than he first anticipated.
Feeling Mitsu's hands on his arm, he turned towards her, still holding his head where he had been hit. A bruise was forming there.
"I'm fine.." he said quietly. He didn't feel dazed still. The Reaper just had a headache now. It wasn't really anything that he couldn't deal with.
Grimacing, he turned towards the circus people as they rushed off to deal with Archer, leaving Tom behind.
"a*****e," he muttered under his breath, regarding the acrobat.
